There are several stores in this shopping center that I visit occasionally, Mitsuwa, Jamba Juice and the Dollar store. This location is tucked into the corner of the lot and always busy during the day. This location is always packed. This was the next closest location on our journey, we arrived at 6:14 pm. The food here is a bit overpriced but if you are on the go, this is a decent option. The drinks are their signature trademarks, they always update when it comes to season drinks. I tried the energy refresher blended drink. One of three options to pick from. For one, I didn't feel any energy pick up, and it wasn't as sweet as I expected. It tasted like a sugar free blended drink. This is a newer built location, a little bit of a labrynth to work around. So be careful as the drive through is a bit challenging with two ways of traffic trying to work its way in. The inside is your typical ambient feel of a coffee shop. read more

I've encountered rude customer service at this location one too many times! The unnecessary attitudes are so annoying especially first thing in the morning. They seem to hate their jobs or something. Making customers feel like they're bothering you is not great customer service. No wonder this place only has three stars. But on this occasion I was on may way to see a client nearby and was a few minutes early. I ice coffee and croissant along with a quick visit to the bathroom was what I needed. What impressed me about this Starbucks, other than the clean bathroom, was the team work. One person took my order and I noticed another start to warm up my croissant. As the person that took my order went to get my coffee her coworker was walking by and scanned my Starbucks app [I was a little slow accessing it when I placed my order]. None of them said anything, they just seemed to work so well together. Of course, you can imagine that a place with these type of workers would have a clean and well maintained area. I've never felt so unnecessarily singled out in a Starbucks. While walking to the restroom, a shift lead yelled across the store--from behind the counter while making drinks--asking if I was a "paying customer." It was loud, public, and embarrassing. I responded that I was, but the damage was already done. I then tried to calmly explain the situation to another employee and was met with zero empathy or concern, as if this kind of treatment is normal or acceptable. Even if there were a policy issue (there isn't), publicly calling out a customer like that is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from a lead. Basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing here. Plenty of Starbucks manage to treat people with dignity. This one didn't. read more

Nothing is ever wrong at Starbucks. It's always a well managed, clean experience ordering from a responsive barista using the app for a refill (I came earlier). I don't need a wallet, I linked my bank card to the app and there is no security issues because they know how to keep it secured! Bad service. Customer service from the drive through is definitely there. Whomever the supervisor there this morning could definitely use some customer service training. Talking about me and my experience negatively with her staff. After getting a taste of my drink, I noticed that the Acai drink barely had any sweetness to it. It was mega diluted with water. I went back in to let the supervisor l ow about my drink. She defended it by saying it needed to have lemonade in order for it to be sweet. Wrong! I have been to many Starbucks branches and it has always been made correctly. She was very defensive and I understand that. Well Starbuck's is one of the few places open via drive thru. Our Yelp reviews is a bit limited. The back story to this visit is the interesting part. But anyhow happy they were open. 5 mins before closing and they were happy to take the following cars behind me as well. Use your rewards cards if you're in their star program. I get a reminder fr a frontline dr in the UK checking in with me to have something healthy and green besides other healthy wellness things. So sweet right? So for Mama Vera I ordered a matcha tea frappuccino w/coconut. What do you think? Healthy or no? Never had this drink before and I will be ordering it more often. The matcha isn't bitter and is easy to drink so I like it. The coconut gives it a tinge of tropical. The overall frap is lush on a hot day. I went here with my sisters to get fall drinks because we've never tried them before, we also never have to this location before either. We went in and we were looking at the menu, the cashier looked really tired so we moved a little away from the cashier so if someone comes in they can order since we were not ready. After we picked what we wanted the cashier had a straight face the whole time but was telling us about the drinks and we really appreciated it because again we never tried fall drinks (from Starbucks or anywhere) so we didn't know anything about it. I ordered first and I ordered two drinks, it was something like apple spice frappe, the other one was for my brother. My sister ordered their drinks and when they were ordering I seen two drinks that looked just like the one I ordered but it was someone else's ordered and I'm assuming because they were already making the same drink they made mine at the same time because they had two more by he drive through window that I noticed but I didn't pay any mind to it thinking I had no reason to. After about 10 minutes they put the drinks on the table for pick up and I asked my sister if she thinks it's mine but she reminded me that I payed extra for caramel drizzle and it didn't have it on there. So I assumed it was not mine, it was way over 25 minutes later that I went to them to ask if my drink is done and they told me it that those two are my drinks and I was shocked. They called my sisters names for heir drinks but didn't call mine? Then they had it sit there for so long, it was all melted and I was upset. I asked them if those were the same ones sitting there and all three of the ladies that were working there just stood and stared at me for like 8 seconds and the supervisor said "yeah the cashier didn't write your name on the Order so..." that didn't make sense because I used my app and it automatically adds my name to the Oder the same way it did to my sisters orders. But then I heard one of the workers say under her breath "It wasn't even sitting there for that long wtf" I was not about to argue with some 18 year olds so I just told them that they didn't even add the caramel that I payed extra for and they just opened the lid and drizzled so little and gave it to me. I 100% should have asked for my money back and did not take the drinks but I didn't. I didn't like the fall drinks so it definitely was not worth all of that but it's okay because at least I know not to go here again. One star for how the place was pretty quiet and clean. I did notice that the lady mopping started making a drink for someone at the drive through, she didn't have gloves when she was mopping and picking stuff of the ground and she didn't wash her hands making that drink, I was watching because I was getting impatient waiting over 25 minutes for my drinks. read more

Went in on Sunday at 12:00 to get a iced coffee. When I walked in there was no one in line. A Older barista says she'll be right with me as she changes out a hot coffee jug. Then proceeds to help a couple who was shopping for mugs. I passed them as I went to order my coffee. So why couldn't she have taken my order first??? The couple was not in line I was. The woman who I assume is the manager at this place is very unpleasant. She wears glasses, speaks loudly, and looks like she might be a mix of Asian and Caucasian. This review is based solely on our experience with her. Starbucks is consistent. The drinks are good and the treats are tasty. My issue is: I ordered 3 cake pops for a colleague for his birthday. One for him, one for him to take home to his wife, and another for his daughter. My husband ran in to grab the order. When we arrived at the office, we realized there were only two cake pops. The next time I came to the store, I told her what happened and showed her my receipt on my phone. She didn't bother to look down, didn't say anything to me, walked away to grab the cake pop and bag it, came back and plopped it in front of me, and said anything else? I didn't actually want the cake pop. I would rather have just had her acknowledge the mistake and perhaps give me a credit toward a future purchase. Maybe foolish of me, but I expected some kind of, oh sorry for our mistake. Quite the opposite. She was borderline rude. This Starbucks really just can't make the matcha tea latte right. I had an issue before with the drink made here as it tasted just like milk only. Today I even asked for an extra scoop of matcha powder and it still is just tasting like milk only. I think the issue is they don't shake it enough as it's all clumpy at the bottom of the cup. I wanted to order two 5 gallon cambros for an event and after calling three other stores (who said they unfortunately only had one on hand) Karla, the manager, said that she would be able to drive to a nearby Starbucks to get a second one for me so that I could pick up my whole order at a single location. I greatly appreciated her willingness to help me out. I ordered two pike coffees and everything was ready on time. They also provided cups, half-and-half, sugar, napkins and stir sticks. Everything I could need for my event. You just need to return the cambros by the end of the day, which is very reasonable.
