This was almost a 2 star review! After looking at photos on Yelp, I came here thinking I could relax inside but turns out it's Drive Thru ONLY. Then I thought I'd park and walk up to the window to order, since I'm planning to eat in my car and was going to park anyway, but couldn't figure out which window to go up to. Yes, there are multiple windows...Pick-up, Drive-up, and Walk-up hidden to the right of the outward facing Pickup window. LOL, when you're hungry late at night, and need to get back to the hospital...you can only laugh at the absurdity. Why 5 stars? Simply, the friendliest customer service by Junior, who offered sauces and a drink when I couldn't think straight. The food? Always delicious. Came for my usual bacon and gruyere egg bites, but decided to try their new Italian Sausage ones too, and so glad I did. It contained more sausage than I was expecting, so definitely worth it. As for parking, be careful of cars in a hurry to In n Out. One almost hit me. Considering its proximity to the hospital, I'll definitely be back! read more

This location is always busy. The drive thru line extended past the driveway entrance to In-n-Out. But the customer service here is always so great! The employees are so nice and love they don't forget anything in my mobile orders. They also add personal touches like "thank you" stickers and hand drawn smiley faces. I'm absolutely livid after the treatment I received this morning at Starbucks, and I feel like I need to make this known. This isn't about the entire staff, because I've met some really nice workers there, love those people so much! You make the days 10x better but this is just the specific barista who took my order at the drive-thru on 12/03/25 between 6:20 AM and 6:25 AM. I am usually a very calm and patient person, but the way I was treated was beyond unacceptable. It just sucks, and you just suck. (As in the female worker who took my order). I stopped by Starbucks on my way to work to pick up a coffee for my baby's sitter, as a thank-you for helping me earlier in the week. My fiancé is out of town, and I've been juggling work and taking care of the baby alone, so my days are already long and exhausting. I have enough on my plate, so the last thing I needed was an attitude first thing in the morning. All that toxic negative energy, I just did not want it to start the day off. Why would you make it your mission to ruin someone's day, when you don't even understand what their going through at the moment. The sitter had texted me to order an "Iced Chestnut Praline Coffee," and I simply followed her request. When I pulled into the drive-thru and placed my order, the barista immediately snapped with impatience: "What do you mean, cold brew? Latte? What kind of coffee?" I was confused because I've never ordered this drink before, and I was just doing what the sitter asked. I even asked for her recommendation, but there was a huge truck driving by, I didn't realize how loud the truck in the back was, and how the background noise was coming through the intercom. How would I know that? Instead of a helpful response to my question, the barista snapped at me, saying in a very rude tone, "Can you SPEAK UP???? I CAN'T hear YOU!!!" Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely out of line. Tone matters, RESPECT matters, being KIND matters and there was absolutely no reason for her to speak to me that way. I've worked in customer service myself for years, and if I were in her position, I would have said something like: "Sorry, I'm having trouble hearing you with the background noise. Can you speak a bit louder, please?". Although I completely understand the cons to dealing with customers, there was no need for the sassy, rude attitude. None. I was not rude to her AT all, just confused about the order and trying to get my baby sitter a coffee! I now understand the issue with my order, I understand now that the term "Iced Chestnut Praline Coffee" might have been unclear, since I now know you can make it with any coffee base. But next time, instead of making me feel like I'm wasting your time, a simple explanation would have been appreciated. Next time, instead of snapping at a customer, maybe try politely asking if they have any questions or offer a clear explanation of what's needed. I'm just trying to follow what my sitter ordered--she sent me a text, and I was trying to get it right. I shouldn't have to be treated like that for making an HONEST mistake. AND I apologized while ordering at the intercom mutiple times about my lack of knowledge on the coffee, about the confusion with the order, I even apologized after the barista snapped at me to "SPEAK UP", I freaking apologized about the background noise from the giant truck that was driving by, WHICH WAS NOT EVEN MY FAULT, BUT I APOLOGIZED BECAUSE I WANTED TO BE THE BIGGER PERSON AND NOT EXPLODE FROM THE TREATMENT I WAS RECEIVING. Yet I STILL didn't deserve that treatment!! This entire interaction left me frustrated and upset, and to be honest, it really set the tone for my entire day. I expect better than being treated like I'm an inconvenience, especially when I was trying to do something nice for someone else. I shouldn't have to deal with that level of rudeness, especially first thing in the morning. It's unacceptable. Do I want to return to Starbucks? No Would I ever return this location? No I wish I got her name, but the timestamps are all I have. There was another barista that handed me my drink when I pulled to the window to pay. I do NOT think that was the person I spoke to, because when I calmly explained how rude that interaction on the intercom was, she apologized saying "I am sorry that happen" and explained the confusion of saying "Chestnut Praline Coffee" - to that Barista, thank you for explaining it calmly, so moving forward I can NOT make the same honest mistake. Steer clear of the female worker that is working the early AM shifts is all I can recommend. Also, my hazlebut shaken espresso, seemed to be missing the hazlenut syrup, it tasted just like milk and espresso, but not bothered about that, mistakes happen, its the rude interaction that is unacceptable. read more

This is my go to Starbucks! The employees that work here are unbelievably nice and so helpful! Their service is amazing, they always go above and beyond. They always answer my questions about certain drinks and changes (since I don't drink coffee that often). When I needed a fix on a drink or I accidentally ordered it wrong they are so kind and nice to fix it for me. When I come here in the morning to pick up my drink, I always look forward to seeing Lupe! He's honestly the BEST! He cares about you and he wants to make sure that your drink is made correctly and that you like it. He just makes my morning way better and just starts it off great! I leave with a smile on my face. He is always polite, greets you and remembers you, and always is in a good mood or has the best vibes. This location does not have drive-thru capabilities. Inside you will find 2 lines, the mobile pick-up line and the line to place an order. I suggest downloading the app to order ahead, skip the line and the wait time. 4 stars for the Covid preparation, speed of service and for the awesome staff especially Lupe (I think that's his name) it is nice to come to a place where the barista knows you, call you by your first name and is genuinely friendly... so genuine I can see him smiling through his mask. Although there is a Starbucks close to my office, I choose to come here because of the service. There is never a wait to pick-up mobile orders and my order is always prepared just the way I like it. Not a bad Starbucks. It's on the smaller size and located right next to Jamba Juice. I had a caffee misto and a toasted sprouted grain bagel with butter only. The misto was good but a little heavy on the steamed milk. When I taste more milk than coffee, I know that the amount of coffee was not enough. It should be a good balance between the two. they don't make drinks properly. they find the easy way in making refreshers, just throw it together in the cup. they have shakers for a reason. shaking a refresher is what makes it refreshing!! i also asked and paid for extra caramel drizzle and didn't get it. when i commented on it she took my drink back and just put it in another cup with a line of caramel.. it had vanilla sweat cream foam so i wasn't able to enjoy it when she mixed it into another cup. she also seemed upset.. if you made my drink wrong why give us attitude especially because i was very polite and just wanted my drink made right! i work for a starbucks inside a Vons so i know how my drink should taste and look. read more
