I love this Starbucks!! They initially were at a place across from where they are now and decided to move to I believe get a drive-thru, which was an amazing idea! The workers are fast and are also very welcoming. They accommodate to your needs extremely well. The seating is also great and is an amazing place to study! Ever since they moved into the old Carl's Jr space, they have really stepped it up! This is now my favorite local Starbucks to go to. The store is immaculate and they did so well on the patio area. The baristas are always friendly and they give super good recs if you're unsure or just want a second opinion. It's a shame how high prices have gotten overall the past couple years, but the food is still reliable there! The drive thru is always fast, I think the longest I've had to wait was maybe 5 minutes in a line. Highly recommend this location! read more

Sitting here now and it warrants an immediate review. The customer service here is phenomenal. Professional, kind, they greeted every single customer as they walked in and out! The location seems new. I don't live in the area. The lobby is large, open, and modern. Roughly 7 tables inside with a large outdoor patio with beautiful furniture. My first time there and just because was across from the gas station. The barista told me it used to be located across the street, so this is a brand new building but same area as before. They just moved to this location in Sept 2024. They were across the parking lot. I have to admit I was expecting some beautiful Starbucks interior but it's super plain. A San Diego theme would have been nice since apparently this is a flagship location where sb heads will meet up. There is more seating than before so that's good. A decent area to sit outside and now there's a drive thru. But note that this place is crazy busy in the business day mornings. After that crazy rush it isn't busy at all. This Starbucks is a very new location. They have a nice interior and nicer exterior with a variety of different seating arrangements. They have that big screen on the inside that lets you see your order and what stage it's in of being done. First off, let me be clear. I do understand Starbucks had a " policy change" which was not in favor of the large amount of customers. I drove through the drive-through today for a glass of water. I was told that I could not be provided a glass of water due to the policy change, but I could buy cake pop and then get a glass of water. Water should be FREE FIRST OFF. SECONDLY, I'm pregnant with a medical condition that does not allow me to have large amounts of sugar. No thank you cake pop. I offered to pay for a glass of water and was told that I had to buy something else in order to get a glass of water. Furious and will never do any business with Starbucks again. I've been to Starbucks before this since the policy changed and it seems like some stores support the change and some stores will still offer you a free water. read more

This review is aimed at Starbucks corporate. The staff is great, but there are very few inside tables. People plant themselves with their laptops at every table inside. It seems like it's time to set a time limit. Some people just want to sit for 10 minutes and drink their coffee and leave, but there are never any tables. This starts around 9am. Excellent location, as it is right off the freeway and off a busy intersection by the problem with this store is that they do not have a drive thru. Parking is limited especially during rush hour but the staff are always friendly and hard working. There is plenty of seating on their patio. They have really comfortable furniture, which is good to lounge in if you're meeting with friends or coworkers. The windows are a good size too! They let in a good amount of light from the outside. It's very clean and never to busy in the afternoon. Just super busy in the morning. read more

This is one of my favorite SBUX locations! It's about 5 minutes from my home, and I love the outdoor space with plenty of tables in the sun and shade. They Fu also gave umbrellas as needed. Inside, the staff are welcoming, and the place is clean. They tend to get many pick-up orders, especially after school gets out and on weekends( mornings are busier). The previous young man, who I believe was a lead or shift manager, is no longer at this location. He was always there when I visited before and was funny and welcoming. Recently, I ordered ahead on my App; I actually remembered to do it so I wouldn't have to wait before my Main-Pedi appointment. I called at home so it would be ready when I arrived. I waited another 10 minutes, and in walked a patron who picked up his order just before my arrival. He said he accidentally grabbed one wrong drink because it was next to his other drink. He read the name, and it said, "Jen". They apologized to him, saying "she" probably grabbed his drink; she was me. I politely said no, I'm still waiting on mine. The first Barista, in training, went to hand me the drink the patron returned after he went to his car and brought it back. But another Barista ( lead?) said she would remake it quickly, and she and the patron apologized. I thanked them both and said not to worry as I hustled to my appointment at the nail salon. Great location to hang out, plenty of seating outside on the patio and inside as well. It was a breezy day when I visited so most of the seats were filled by the morning rush but clears up by midmorning. I scored one of the two comfy couch chairs near the window, perfect for reading with the natural light coming in. Not all Starbucks have chairs like this, really nice! The small tables are located near outlets so that you can work here on stuff for hours and not worry about your laptop running out of juice. Really a great place for gatherings, at the larger table one person was getting Mandarin lessons and at another was a gathering of friends to just catch up. I really like that there are two bathrooms at this location and not just one so you don't have to wait as long, which is important as coffee is a diuretic! The staff was really amazing I forgot her name, but the petite Asian girl was quite gracious when I accidentally knocked over a glass travel mug on display and shattered into a bazillion pieces. A bit embarrassing but grateful for how nice the staff handled it. She just swept up the shards quickly, keeping other patrons safe and didn't enforce the "you break you buy" policy me, thanks a bunch! read more

This location is in same center as Carl's Jr. and the previous fresh and easy supermarket. There's no drive thru. I love how cold it is inside ! They're not cheap with a/c here. This location used to be busy but it's gotten better since the new Starbucks opened in Del Sur (with drive thru). The have ample merchandise and coffee beans here . Staff is pleasant and efficient . They use sticker labels to print your orders. They have mobile station for pick up orders at their bar counter . My iced coffee was fine (perhaps a bit heavy on ice). Still a nice cold caffeine fix for a hot afternoon. Plenty of outdoor seating as well . read more

I came in the morning to get some work done, and since I hadn't had breakfast, I ordered the multigrain bagel with no cream cheese, toasted with butter and a grande blond roast with no room. I somewhat think I'm being too generous by giving the 3rd star but, the cashiers have always been very friendly, the drinks taste great and they do have a nice large patio to sit at. I'm deducting stars only for timing of drinks. I feel like they are super slow here. I go to Starbucks daily and visit different stores and know that this is not the pace they should be making drinks at. I've been here 3 x in the last 5 days and the first time I waited 13 minutes for my drink with only 2 people in front of me at the cashier and they waited even longer than me for their 2 drinks Second time, I walked up to the cashier and there were just 2 people currently waiting for their drink and it took 9 minutes. 3rd time, I waited 10 minutes and there was no one at the cashier and 1 person waiting for their drink.
