Visited this location yesterday right before closing & the guy taking our order was impatient & rude to my elderly uncle who simply asked to see the tall & grande cups so he could decide which size he wanted. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I gave this place one last chance because it is in a convenient location, honestly went in there with an open mind. Ordered, staff very nice and helpful. While the barista is making my (cold) drink I realized I had forgotten to tell the cashier I like it in a glass. I asked her could I get thy in a glass. She pointed to the cashier and said: "He can help you over there." I pointed it's the one the was about to pour in to a plastic cup. All she did was repeat "He can help you over there." So I walked over to "He" asked to have it on a glass, he turns to the barista and says "put it in a glass." What??? Was I not speaking English? This place STILL has serious customer service issues.

Great place, the staff were very friendly. Jane was very helpful. It was 4th of July and this was great to stop by at. Ordered many drinks for our group. Inside is very clean.

Great experiences here in the past few months. Ordered my Caramel Macchiato extra hot for my commute and it is great. Friendly baristas, great clean open area, nice seating inside and very good service. Today Gio and Matt helped me. Great customer service.

Apparently a matcha latte? (See sticker on drink)

I work across the street from this location and myself and my colleagues will sometimes walk over here for coffee in the morning. Today I used the app to order a venti matcha latte, tall chai latte, and egg white bites. We picked up our order and walked back across the street with 5 minutes to spare before our first meeting. I took a big gulp of my (much needed) matcha latte and tasted....chocolate?!? That's when I realized that they made, what I assume is, a MOCHA latte for my order. I'm in meetings for the rest of the day, so I called the store to see if they could write my name down to replace the drink when I'm back in the office on Monday. The employee on the phone told me I could bring the drink back today or tomorrow for a replacement. I told her I'm in meetings all day and live in east county so won't be in the area tomorrow for a replacement. She told me they will only replace incorrect orders on the day of or day after, no exceptions. These people charged me $6+ for the wrong drink (I HATE mocha lattes) and wouldn't even write my name down on a list to replace it when I'm actually back at work on Monday. One of my colleagues felt so bad for me, she actually took the drink and walked it over there herself since I'm in meetings all day and she isn't. Terrible customer service....won't be back at this location again.

I had a green iced matcha latte from this Starbucks. It was pretty well made by the friendly young lady behind the counter. I asked her to try to go not to sweet and she hooked me up. However, they need to work on keeping up with cleaning. The trash can in the restroom was over filled which caused for trash to scattere on the floor and the tables outside on the patio needed a good wipe down, and floor. Other than that, the place was A-okay.

This is the best Starbucks that's close to where I worked. Walked in, and you will hear "Welcome" from the employees. When you walk out, you will listen to "thank you, have a nice day." Employees are passionate and lovely. They offered both outdoor and indoor seating. In addition, I placed a mobile order and got helped immediately by an employee. Satisfied and an appreciable place to hang out with friends or study or do homework

Trenta size strawberry açaí

It was my first time at this location. I was running some errands and wanted to use my birthday rewards so I stopped here. It looked like a pretty busy Starbucks. A few indoors seatings as well as outdoors. With the birthday reward, i was able to get a free drink or food. I thought it would be a grande but the cashier said I was able to redeem a Trenta size drink so I got a Trenta strawberry açaí for da freeee! So make sure you sign up for their rewards program so you can collect a free drink on your special day!

Such great customer service here! Everyone had a smile, and were so happy to help! Love that kind of energy first thing in the morning!!

Grande Vanilla latte and Madeleines

One of the busiest Starbucks I know. There's always a line and there's NO DRIVE THRU...why???! The parking area is shared and it's compact, so compact you have to ask your passengers to get out of the car before you can even park your vehicle. Then you have to hold your breath and squeeze yourself out of the car. There's been a couple of times I ordered a grande vanilla latte (hot) and 75% of my drink is foam. I feel I get charged for a grande size but only got a tall size portion in a grande cup filled with foam, Not cool!!! There are also a lot of homeless people (with laptops) who spend hours hanging out here to use the free WIFI. Ok, let me rephrase that... I'm not sure if they are really homeless but they sure look like it. So don't even bother to try to sit here and enjoy your coffee, there are no seats available. Unless, you want to sun bathe outside their patio sitting with the other set of homeless people without laptops. But be prepared if they ask for money. If you say you don't have any money they will ask "so how were you able to buy your drink?" Haha

This Starbucks is open more than it's closed. 3 out of the last 4 times I swung by they were "temporarily" closed.

It's $6.75. This was quite tasty and like nothing I tried before. It was quite busy, that just means how popular they are. The cashier and the staff were nice. This coffee shop has indoor and outdoor seating. It's a cute coffee that I regret not taking pics of the shop itself. A good reason to go back to try another tasty drink and snap some photos!

Many of the drinks are themed around computer programming with names like "C++" and "Debugger". The whimsical nature of the naming is rather appealing and cute. The atmosphere here is casual and relaxed which is perfect for those needing a chill place to study or kick back. Service was quick and efficient. The staff members also were friendly and positive in mood. I ordered their batch brew coffee which was illustrated as using Guatemala beans that provided "chocolate, nutty, caramel, and citrusy" notes. I didn't quite taste the first three aforementioned notes, but the citrusy, sour note was there along with bitter notes. I've been here before and I much prefer their lattes such as the Troubleshooter and Debugger. Those are exceptionally enjoyable drinks to me. I would rate the batch brew a 3/5 but I'd rate the two aforementioned lattes around a 4.5/5. Overall, it's best to enjoy the specialty drinks here and inundate yourself with sweet caffeine to focus on studying for your upcoming test or completing your project that's about to be due.

It's in the heart of North Park bustling with shops, cafes, restaurants, and businesses. So needless to say we ordered two banana lattes which were so flavorful and delicious . The vibe is energetic with lots of chatter and energy. So, if you want that energizing environment both with coffee and socializing, "Lazy Eye" is the place to be. They also are a dog-friendly coffee shop. So, feel free to bring Fido also! I always love to try new places and support small businesses. They also sell merchandise here! So order a coffee and T -shirt both short and long sleeves plus sweatshirts as well to go! This is a place that is happy, upbeat, sells delicious coffee, food , and cute merchandise. I also enjoyed the upbeat music they were playing in the background. Come to "Lazy Eye" now!

It's local, convenient, and surprisingly affordable for today's prices... under $5 for a latte, which is a total win. There's no indoor seating since it's a tiny booth, but there's plenty of parking if you want to walk up and grab your coffee. Overall, such a solid local coffee spot with friendly staff, creative flavors, and great value.

Kristen the employee who always greeted and helped me out recommended a bunch of options and my absolute favorite is the Crème Brulee Egg Tart. Every time I visit, I make sure to get one fresh out of the oven. It's incredibly creamy, melts in your mouth, and has the perfect level of sweetness without being overly sweet. My second favorite is the Chocolate Boba Egg Tart. The chocolate and boba complement the egg tart really well. The crunchy little boba balls aren't too sticky, and the sweetness is nicely balanced. The Espresso Egg Tart comes in third. It has a smooth, mellow coffee flavor that's not overpowering and pairs well with the creamy custard. As for the Dubai Chocolate Egg Tart, it's very crunchy and not overly sweet. However, the chocolate layers were so chunky that I couldn't really taste much of the egg tart itself. The Ube Cheese Egg Tart was creamy, soft, and gooey with a strong ube (sweet potato-like) flavor. While it was enjoyable, I couldn't really taste much of the cheese. Overall, this is my go-to place for egg tarts, especially when they're fresh from the oven. It's mostly a pick-up and go location but the service is fast. It's spacious inside and has an area to take photos. If you're visiting, I highly recommend trying the Crème Brulee Egg Tart!
