I went to this Starbucks the other day and there was a female employee that was sooo rude! It was ridiculous, I will never go there again. BRIANA was her name. She rolled her eyes and sighed when she was handed my cup. I almost asked if someone else could make my drink but I thought I would be nice and give her a shot. Fail, that girl made a horrible drink! I specifically said less ice in the cup and she practically filled it, I asked if she could take some out and she grunted!! I was a little shocked by her reaction so I didn't even bother to tell her that she should fix the rest of the problems with my drink (more Carmel and an extra shot of caff.) Hands down worst experience with this particular Starbucks. Too bad it's so close to my house because now I refuse to go inside. Rude staff..green haired girl complaining she needed a vacation. You try to tell them what you want and they treat you like your stupid. The ginger cashier lady rude as all get out talking to the other baristas like I made their life hard. This place hasn't been the same since the old manager left. I love all the workers but you can tell the new manager isn't taking care of their employees or customers. Make sure it's not barista support group hour when you go in. I waited 20 minutes for a simp iced coffee while the ladies were just talking behind the bar...and not making drinks at all. They would stop making drinks to talk. We got one drink and waited, along with everyone behind us, for the next one. When I asked about my iced coffee I was told it was probably in the line of drinks. When I said my drink should be next in line and I'd been waiting 20 minutes I was greeted with an attitude about being busy. She made people's drinks behind me in line before mine. When the iced coffee came it was wrong. It didn't have the sugar free vanilla in it but I sure as hell wasn't going to wait for it to be remade. I did mention it missing the syrup and I got a shoulder shrug. Maybe if you work there your drinks are more important than paying customers. Oh and the frap tasted like shit as well. 1:00pm on Wednesday the 4th. There staff is not friendly...didn't take my name. Barely looked at me...too worried about the other staff members. Waited over 10mins -no one was waiting on their coffee except me (for a latte) and when all the staff members started talking to one another I asked "did my coffee get made?" I decide to stop into this Starbucks as the one on Lincoln is closed for renovation. The service here is not what you usually expect from Starbucks. The people here are rude, I asked for a drink that is not currently made and you would think I asked for them to serve me a drink with crack in it. I'm a frequent Starbucks customer I recently got a new job that brought me to this specific location. I have never been treated so poorly trying to acquire a drink. I was not greeted when I walked in the door, the barista who was taking my order was very rude and unhelpful. There were 2 employees on sight, the woman that rung me who was very rude and unhelpful & the other woman who was on bar (I wish I could remember her name she had short hair and glasses) she was a lot more helpful, friendly and customer oriented. After ten minutes of waiting (I watched multiple people who were rung after me receive their drinks) I started to become a little impatient and asked for my money back. Let me start things off by stating that things that are inefficient drive me nuts!!! Plus the glorified coffee/espresso makers messed up my order. If the line wasn't so long I would have complained...UGH!!! Yes, I'm extremely spoiled when it comes to my morning coffee...heck for $3.00 a cup Starbucks should exceed my high expeditions and deliver with an amazing cup of espresso and superior service. That's what I'm paying for the ambiance and status that goes along with having a cup of "Starbucks" Cup. It seems to me that every time that I come in between 8:15 and 8:30AM I have to wait at least 30mins before I get my coffee. It starts by waiting in line for 15-20 minutes to take my order, another 3-4 minutes once I get up to the cashier and then anywhere from 5-7minutes to actually get my coffee. This morning was the straw the broke the camels back. 3 people working, one making drinks, one taking orders and ringing, and one walking around with her head up her bottom completely unaware that that the line was out the freaking door at least 30 people deep! I finally got up to the cashier and placed my order "four shots of espresso over ice in a grande cup" he pulls out a hot cup and writes the order. Um...why would I want an iced drink in a hot cup? So I corrected him and politely said that I'd prefer to have my iced drink in cup designed for cold beverages. No problem he made the change. I then asked for 3 MINI chocolate croissants to be warmed. Figured that was pretty straight forward, shouldn't be to much trouble. I patiently waited for my coffee, which I got surprisingly quickly. I then had to wait for my croissants no big deal. When they were finally ready the chick (the one with the head up her bottom) hands me a small bag with handles, I'm like WTF? I look inside the bag to find 3 smaller white pastry bags, I'm thinking she put 3 mini croissants into 3 separate bags? Now I'm really puzzled but whatever I'm late for work. I get into my car and open one of the bags and to my surprise the idiot gave me 3 full sized croissants!!! Seriously WTF!!! I can barely eat 1 that's why I get the minis. Over all this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, If I could give no stars I would. Several of the other customers were also making comments about the wait. I will be sending emails to both the District Manager and the Store Manager and I won't be returning to this location. read more

I usually frequent this location considering I live down the street. However, today, when I came in, I ordered a two drinks, my regular peach green tea lemonade, a decaf coffee for someone else, and two sandwiches. First off, I normally don't order regular coffee, so I asked for two sugars and cream. To my surprise, the cashier looked at me like he was completely confused, and proceeded to say, "I don't know what that means, two sugars and cream, unless you want some kind of sweetener". Bewildered, I only realized, after another worker kindly informed cream and sugar was self-service. What amazed me was the lack of customer service and politeness from the young man who took my order. All he had to say was, "Miss, cream and sugar is right behind you, feel free to help yourself". Were those words so difficult to utter? Instead, I got a smart alec remark, from the same guy who after 10 minutes of waiting for two sandwiches I also ordered, never realized he didn't actually heat them up. Instead, he proceeded to socialize as if he were at happy hour with friends. I will never go back to this location. These kids have no sense of customer service, moreover, have no clue how to be polite. read more

Went here on a Sunday morning and the line was to the door with only two people behind the counter (one making drinks). It took half an hour to get 3 drinks. The simplest drink, a venti coffee, took the longest! Skip this place on the weekend mornings, very understaffed. read more

I did all of the ironwork on that building a few years back. and a few days before the Starbucks opened they started making their drinks and stocking food. All before they got their permit to sell or something like that. So they couldn't SELL the stuff, but they could give it away. It was hotter than hell out there and the manager would send his employees out to us with free cold drinks and snacks practically every hour. It was awesome. I refuse to go to this Starbucks until they start cleaning up the outside of the facility. The garbage cans area always overflowing and there is always garbage around the outdoor seating area. Until people start cleaning up after themselves or they empty the garbage cans, I suggest everybody boycott this place. read more
