Holy crap did I just wait over 20 minutes for one drink or did I really just wait over 20 minutes for one drink? No, it was not busy either. I have a lot of patience when it comes to waiting for my food/drink because I know what's it like to work in the food industry and serving people. I know people who works at Starbucks hates making frappuccinos and I ordered 1 caramel frappuccino (note: I never order them but I wanted to order one for someone in my family) I started to noticed the guy working at the bar would make the easier drinks first and push mine last. I noticed it because a few people after me that ordered would would get their drinks first because they ordered, ice coffees, cold brew, lattes etc.. As I'm waiting, I'm already hearing the guy who was making drinks complaining on how much he hates making frappuccinos. Someone needs to retrain him to never take the short cut and skip people's orders because the other ones are quicker to make. read more

Hmm short staffed The person that was helping me was very attentive and pretty cool. I felt bad for her being I at first believed she was the only person there with all there with all these customers. So when I saw the Asian chick pop out from the back like 15 minutes later when it's like 15 people in line waiting to get a coffee I was like wow how raggedy is this. The Asian chick was very cold, non attentive, and rude. My experience with her began and ended w/ her slamming my straw on the countertop and shoving my drink to me. I was like wow lol hey if you're having a bad day that's fine everyone has those days...but don't spread that negativity to ppl who have nothing to do with it. Also the parking lot STAYS PACKED! This Starbucks is pretty awesome! I wish I lived closer so I can come here more often. The employees are on their A-game here. This location is really busy, but the employees work fast to get the line moving and get your order out to you. I was in and out of this Starbucks with my iced coffee in hand within 5 minutes despite the constant flow of people coming in and out. Only downside with this location is that the parking area is really small, so you have to be patient for a spot. There is also no drive-thru. read more

Before the honey and I moved in together this location was the closest to the honey's old house. It tended to be where we'd stop by for a quick frappe and we always incredibly quick and pleasant. The seating isn't great because there just isn't that much of it (thus the seats outside) but parking is a breeze because the location is in a shopping center. We'd always end up sitting in one of the huge chairs waiting for our drinks so we could leave again. It wasn't a location we ever hung out in due to the way it's organized in addition to the minimal seating. All in all not a bad location, but definitely could use more inside chairs. read more

Used the mobile app to order my drinks. About 10 mins later, I went into the store. The guy helping customers greeted me right away and asked my name for my mobile order. Only 2 were ready, which was fine, since I had placed my order not too long ago. While waiting, I asked for some straws. The guy proceeded to yell, "noooooooooo" at me. So when he handed me the straws, I took them and said, "thank you??" Another customer came in and also asked for a straw with his Frappuccino. The guy did the same thing to him and yelled no. The customer seemed as shocked as I was. I guess this is normal here?? You get yelled at if you want a straw. Anyway, by the time my drinks were ready, I was soooo ready to run out of there. Its located inside a lil plaza and they are very quick in taking out the orders to the point my mobile order takes them less than 5 mins to prepare! As i am driving in the morning with 1/2 a yawn in..it turns into a smile because my drink is readily waiting for me. The baristas here are very friendly and they know how to make their drinks right! This place is cool. Staff is extremely friendly, my drinks always taste good. There is plenty of space inside for meetings. A large table in the middle, plenty of smaller tables around the edges, and very few patio seating outside (but works). I like this Starbucks. They are efficient, and take care of you. I know I don't have right to say anything like this but this store has one person that really needs to go home. This guy comes to this location everyday and I am positive about that. He always seats on the corner order one coffee. Refill all day. Pretend he is on the phone (the screen is black) and cuss at someone on the phone. For example a lot of F sounds. I love you baby(creepy no one the phone and he keep saying that) always put his laptop on louder sound never ever use headphones. I noticed no one seat next to him. I wouldn't either. It sucks cuz he plugs his laptop there all day and taking up literally 2 spots refilling his coffee all day. Absolutely disturbing. He never changes his clothes. I am not sure where he sleeps or clean. He is rude to the employees. Talk to someone in the cafe. Always put his back on the bench takes up a lot of spaces. I don't know what else to say. This is not my favorite Starbucks- staff is constantly overwhelmed with the sheer volume of customers. You don't get the normal greetings and smiles from the staff (except 1 gal who has the most brilliant smile and makes friendly small talks with everyone). And on several occasions, they've mess up my order (or runs out of soymilk by the end of the day) Fortunately there's a company policy that makes up for it, Starbucks would make it right for free or give you a certificate for you to use next time for a drink of your choice. read more

4 stars for great customer service. This Starbucks is pretty busy. I stayed for a few hours doing computer work. Baristas keep their smile on and give great customer service. Definitely returning to this Starbucks and will give positive feedback about the great experience. Coffee was standard with Starbucks and food fridge is pretty stocked. Fairly clean for a busy store so don't expect it to be squeaky clean. Came back for second visit and still have the best Starbucks customer service. Just climbed up to 5 stars! Friendly service and located in the same plaza as Noah's Bagel! I love that I can pick up a cup of coffee and walk a few steps to the bagel shop. On the weekends it can get a bit crowded, but the staff is great and pretty efficient at getting the line moving. Never had a problem finding parking either. read more

To me this is just like any other Starbucks I have been to. Service is quick and it gets pretty busy. With this location though make sure to grab the first parking spot you find as the lot is not that big and you may find yourself in a traffic jam. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks religiously for the past, at least, 6 months.. in 180 days I might've gotten a "good morning" from the baristas maybe 5% of the time, if that! I mobile order, I'm half asleep when I walk in there, but it would be nice to get at least a smile from the people that are making my coffee, not even the manager is friendly ‍ Today was my last day coming to this Starbucks.. 3 baristas back there, all cheerful, talking to each other, and I was not acknowledged at all, not a smile, not a hello, nothing! I don't think that's too much to ask. Every other Starbucks I've been to, they are friendly and I don't go there on a daily basis. Wow, over 15 minutes for a caramel frappe. Had to ask twice (including going into the back to get the management). At two in the afternoon, it shouldn't take that long for a drink. According to my daughter, it sat in the blender for over two minutes. Then he hands it to her with NO CARAMEL!!!! If they know that when school lets out that there's a rush, have staff that is trained or let the customer know that it may be a few minutes. I have yet to try their pink and orange drink, but I finally got around to trying their purple drink. It fit my taste buds perfectly, only because I love passion tea and soy milk and low and behold the drink was made with these two ingredients. How can I possibly not love the drink? This is probably my favorite Starbucks ever. I used to work at one so my expectations are probably higher than the average customer. I frequent this location because it's a 5 minutes drive from my current job. I'm a little sad, because I'm quitting my job and so I won't be able to go here anymore. The baristas here are exceptional! They are all super friendly and know their stuff. The staff here seems to know all their customers and always greet them with a smile. I tend to come in with a huge order from the office and they never disappoint. The baristas alway gets everything done as quickly as possible. This place is not laptop-plug-friendly. Fortunately, I snagged the corner where there's an outlet. I looked around the other side, where the majority of the tables are, and couldn't find any. Today is an especially noisy day because of the construction going on. Not sure what they're getting done. The lady who helped us was really nice and didn't mess up on my tea (hehe, who can?). I like the open space, and all the windows (it's a corner store, so there's a ton of windows). It's better than most Starbucks I've been to. After picking up his drink Chi spotted a row of comfy looking chairs along the side wall. He scoots over to the first one and plops down satisfied, but just for a moment. "I know, right? I didn't notice there weren't tables over here. What moron designed this place? Who puts in a row of f++king comfy chairs without a single table? I mean, you're serving hot product, why should I have to keep it near my junk? S++T!" Chi becomes more frustrated as the warmth of the cup near his "junk" turns from strangely soothing to noticeably uncomfortable. "Dude, don't just stand there, help me up," Chi pleads to Skippy. "I ain't going near that latte, dude. Gimme your hand." Chi manages to wiggle out of his chair toward the door. "Aren't we staying? You said you had work to do," Skippy asks. "Not here. I'm not crotch-holding my drink any more." "But there's other places to sit." "Naw, I'm emotionally scarred, and my junk's been violated. The latte was just a latte -- not worth the trouble. I had a terrible experience here. My drink was watery and my son dropped his drink. But Vicky was awesome. She noticed my watery drink without me having to say something than she made a new one. When she saw me cleaning the drink off the floor she stopped what she was doing and says "hey it happens" than tells me to stop cleaning it that she will do it in a minute in a polite manner. All the other baristas just looked at me and went on with their work. She provides excellent customer service and went the extra mile. She should be recognized for it. My rating is for her.
