On your way out of West Seattle you can either hit Starbucks for $4 coffee or Subway sandwich for $10! I'll take the java for some real fuel. Small location but very efficient staff of baristas. Always know what you want before you order. Only point of contention is all the lounge lizards who sit there all morning like it's there personal home. Really? Get a life and stop hogging the place up, it's not a social club for soccer Mom's & Dad's. Now I'll take my overprice coffee to go!

typical Starbucks.. was here primarily for the wifi & it's really slow. Just a heads up. 500kbps is what I tested.

I pretty much rate all Starbucks the same. Here nor there. Meh. Okay and young staff. Very cookie cutter.

Unfriendly barista. I watched her be unfriendly and talk back to other customers as well. I thought they were required to smile?

I've always had a good experience at this Starbucks. The baristas are usually quick and friendly even when the store is busy.

Just moved over to West Seattle and I always love To find…read morenew coffee, breakfast spots! I came across The Birdhouse. This a walk-up counter spot. Seating out side but no inside. They are known for their breakfast sandwiches. They have breakfast and regular sandwiches. I got a "build your own" with sausage egg avocado tomatoe on a brioche bun. It was delicious. They also have this fire cracker sauce which I loved. Next time I come I want to try and regular sandwich or the salmon bagel. One of my new fav spots in west Seattle. Come check them Out.

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I got the iced Cardi B (a latte with house-made…read morecardamom brown sugar syrup with espresso and almond milk) and my fiance an iced mocha. The first sip of the Cardi B, my eyes rolled back, and I nodded to how good it was. It's not too sweet (I ordered all of this online on their website for pick up and was not able to ask for it half sweet, but glad they didn't over-sweeten it). The cardamom flavor is prominent, so if you don't like that flavor, I'd choose something else. I also ordered some breakfast items. I got the Lil' Verda, which is a breakfast burrito on a flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, and salsa verde ( I also added sausage to it). It's pretty tasty! It's a big burrito for being on a medium flour tortilla. I got the fiancé a breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun (you can choose what bread you want; they even have gluten-free) that came with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and I added bacon for him (adding a meat was only $2, which is reasonable). As I said, I pre-ordered everything on their online ordering system. My order was ready when I got there as promised. The staff member who helped me was super nice and pointed out where the hot sauce (Tapatio) and straws were. They do have separate windows for ordering and pickup. If you order online, just head to the pick-up window. It is a little spendy (breakfast sandwich w/ added meat $10.75, burrito w/ added sausage $12.75, and two espresso drinks at roughly $8 and some change), however, everything is going up in price (Gas is up to $5.09 +), so take that as you will. Overall, it's a cute little spot nestled in a neighborhood. There is street parking, but it's in an area that isn't too hard to find parking, as it is further away from the very busy spots of West Seattle. I'd come back, perhaps take the fiancée there so we can enjoy it fresh.

I…read morecame around 11am, and the place was filled with- but not busy, and the wait time is not bad at all. When you walk into the space you can feel a sense of community and welcome, which is great! I ordered the Wolverine White Mocha- delicious!! Their whipped cream is made in house, so if you have a chance, splurge and get that whip cream on top of your coffee. The coffee itself was very good- I am one that likes my coffees bit sweeter and it was the perfect taste without any modifications. I also ordered the breakfast taco- small but for the price you pay, is well. Does come with a salsa packet. Will be in again!

This is probably added to my top favorite coffee spots now. Unfortunately I don't live near here but if I did I would be where weekly to study. Coffee was delicious and I am really lucky with my coffee. Customer service was a little "Off" they didn't greet us she just walked to the register. I asked for my muffin to be warmed up she said ok but didn't do it. But honestly good coffee and comfy seating I will be back. I'm assuming they aren't the owner just the workers so I won't let that ruin it for me. But a nice good morning to greet customers would be appreciated for a nice coffee spot like this. Also plenty of parking which I like.

I got here at 11 and there was a line if 10 people with every table full. The line doe move quick, but be prepared to eat outside (or take it to go) during peak times. I got the smashwich and fruity pebbles rice krispy. We also got the matcha shokupan donut to share. Everything was excellent. The house made sausage patty on the smashwich complemented the whole sandwich well; it was crispy, fatty with amazing flavor. Pro tip if you have the passport app you can save 20% off! Only downside - I think their space is somewhat awkward for seating and overall flow. However they are doing what they can with what they have so it's not a knock on them per se, just putting it out there that the flow is a little off especially when busy.

The biscuit was good but I wish they gave you the option to warm it up. The rice krispie s'mores was not too sweet and the density was just right. I wish they did smaller sizes so you could try the different flavors or a smaller option. The brown butter bourbon latte had just the right amount of carmely, richness to it. I wish the service was more consistent. The first cashier seemed upset and wasn't very friendly. The second when I ordered coffee was much more pleasant.
