I visited my neighborhood Starbucks on Friday to pick up a Chamomile tea I first fell in love with during a recent trip to DC. I placed a mobile order for pickup, which was ready when I arrived. The tea cup didn't have a sleeve, which made it difficult to carry initially. Thankfully, an employee kindly grabbed one from the back when I asked. I couldn't help but wonder--why wasn't the sleeve already on the cup, especially for a hot tea that had been sitting in the pickup area? The tea itself was slightly cooler than expected, but still had the flavor I enjoy. The store was clean, but the drive-thru line was incredibly long, so I'm glad I chose the walk-in option. All in all, a decent visit--but the team should pay a bit more attention to the small finishing touches that make a mobile order feel as thoughtful as an in-store experience. read more

I did a DoorDash Pickup order for the first time in my life since I had received a gift card. I have a newborn and 2 toddlers and thought it would be nice to treat myself to a coffee since someone gave me a DoorDash gift card. After waiting in the drive thru the guy on the speaker said I couldn't get my pickup through the window. I told him I had 3 little kids in the car and he said I would need to come inside for my coffee. . Refund wasn't an option either. To say I was frustrated toting all 3 little kids in for my coffee I ordered would be an understatement. Lesson learned but also won't be back, terrible customer service and lack of empathy for a tired overstimulated postpartum mom. I'll drive somewhere else next time for my caffeine fix. read more

I love this Starbucks! Not only is it only 2 minutes away from my front door, the entire vibe, decor, and friendliness of the staff is amazing! It's a large location with lots of seating and it's a open concept! There is lots of parking so it's never congested. I visited this location for the first time today via drive thru. The line looked intimidating however it moved very quickly. The customer service person at the "window" was friendly and accommodating. I ordered my Chestnut Praline Latte extra hot and the temperature was perfect. I added extra espresso and the espresso taste was there. I wish they would have added the chestnut praline topping/garnish to my drink, but apparently they were out of it. I wish they would have told me that beforehand. I also felt that my drink could have used an extra pump of the chestnut praline syrup as my drink wasn't quite sweet enough but overall I was pleased and would return. read more

So excited to have a Starbucks close by now! Hello Cane Bay Starbucks! This location is very spacious, clean, and modern. I was surprised how big it was compared to other locations. It is decorated nicely. There is a ton of places to access outlets as well. The staff was friendly and the drinks were delish! This location might get me in trouble with my husband. My daughter is already hooked on the Strawberry Acai with Lemonade Blended. She even purchased a reusable cup to take in each time. There is a drive thru as well and plenty of parking. read more

There were a few items out which I can understand of this restaurant being new and the expected par levels are not 100% known at this time. Waited in line patiently and wanted to add just one chocolate chip cookie not two or three Just one. And was told sorry we cannot add item cause we are backed up. It does not take that long to "warm" a chocolate cookie up in a microwave. And to top it off was told I would have to either come inside to get it or get back in line. Which by the time line was already long by the way. Who in their right mind about to do that. really bad customer service experience as well when ordering felt like attendant was rushing me. While the location is wonderful and the building nice in the standard Starbucks manner, we have been consistently disappointed with our drinks. The last three times we have gone, there has been a significant amount of the beverage missing. Having been a Starbucks lover for over 20 years and all around the US, I know this is not their standard. I also don't want to have to open and check the cup each time and ask them to fill it appropriately. For now, I'll just drive the extra distance for consistency and quality. read more

Go to this location everyday and 50% of the time the drink tastes terrible.I have asked numerous times to even change the recipe but to no avail. Love Starbucks! The drinks they make are so good and tasty. I would recommend the London fog tea latte because of its sweet flavor. The food is great such as the egg bites and impossible breakfast sandwiches. The interior is great and makes you feel at home with nice seating inside and outside of the cafe. Though the place is a bit pricy I would recommend it for all who are looking for a nice cafe to stop at. read more
