So i had received a Starbucks online GC and decided to use it here this morning. Picked up a cheese Danish and a grande white mocha (hot) plus to cool down in the heat, a cold water bottle. Ive been here before in the past but I guess ive never sent a review before. This is a busy location.. no doubt about it. So with that in mind, know that your order may take a lil longer for the crew to make. But let me talk about them for a sec. The crew here is very good. They hustle to get everyone's drinks and coffees done timely and orderly. Pls give them grace when u come here. They work hard to make u a cup of coffee. That takes me to my order today. My drink came out fast but when I went to get it, an older man quickly beat me to the counrer and grabbed it. He looked pretty confident it was his drink so I sat back down thinking theyre still making mine. When the man went to open the lid, he realized it wasn't his drink after all (lol).. anyways, he returned it and the very sweet girl (cute too) asked me if I wanted it re made. I kindly said no and I was OK w the drink. She just changed lids and now im leaving a good review for them cuz she handled the situation well. There is a very unreasonable and stupid old woman there. I have never seen such an arrogant and unreasonable waiter in Starbucks. My Frappuccino was ready, she hasn't packed it, and it's just around her hands. I thought i wrote a review for this one already, but I guess not! This is the Starbucks I go to most. I like sitting outside just bc its fresh early in the morning and it has a lazy vibe. I get the sandwiches here, or used to. I can't have carbs for health reasons. I love their sandwiches and when they used to have their creme brulee drinks with option to have without coffee. Either way I can't have sugar or carbs anymore so I've switched to tea only. Lmao and I'm allergic to coffee. The workers are really nice here and fast. The store was clean and I was greeted when I walked in. Staff was very friendly, both the barista and the person working the register. This is THE spot to hit up for coffee. We have tried every other location (from San Diego, to Pasadena), and this spot makes the best coffee around. The crew is nice and always ready to help. The store is clean, the music is great, and the coffee is most hands down the best. When we're out, if we can, we wait until we hit the 79 and Meadows before we get our coffee. Although this Starbucks is far from home for me, although they don't have the convenience of a drive-thru, they hands down have always had the BEST customer service every visit. They are so friendly, service is quick, and their store is always immaculately organized and clean. You are not able to sit at the tables, employees are wearing masks, plexiglass at registers, many safety precautions are followed here which is a big plus. I was here yesterday (Sunday) and I had another amazing experience!!! I ordered a passionfruit ice tea and I meant to order a venti but accidentally ordered a grande. When I received my order I was confused why it seemed small. I asked them why I got a grande and not a venti, the girl was really nice and said that's what it says you ordered, I realized that it was my fault so I apologized and was going to take my drink, but the girl working behind the counter was so sweet!! She simply said oh these things happen, and said just one minute I'll make you a venti. How nice was that??? She replaced my drink when it was entirely my fault!!! Every time I come to this location I always get great service and everyone is always so great!! But that was really above and beyond great service! This is definitely my favorite Starbucks because of the wonderful people who work here!! Love this location!! They are always super friendly and very patient when I bring my puppy. Every time I walk in with my puppy, they are very welcoming, and when she made a mess with her water, I asked for paper towels to clean it up and they did it for me. I felt bad that they had to clean her mess, but when they took care of it I felt really thankful for their friendly manner. They also saw me struggling to keep her still and offered to bring my drink outside for me so that I could take her outside. I found that very nice and helpful. I know it's hard for businesses to deal with dogs, but they always handle it so well and are always understanding and very helpful. The service is always quick (even when they are really busy, the drinks still come out with a small wait and they are always made perfectly!) Every time I come here I feel welcome, and I don't feel rushed when trying to make an order. When new drinks come out and I have questions the staff is great at answering everything. Received an iced matcha latte and at first, I notice it's not even a filled grande cup. I let that slide because had they put another few ice cubes maybe it'd have been filled to the brim. Then, upon drinking a few sips to my car, I keep getting pockets/clumps of the powder. Upon a closer look, there's all this matcha on the bottom of my cup and hence explaining why my latte tasted a bit blande.
