I had the caramel Brûlée latte and the pumpkin loaf with cream cheese. The latte was delicious and served at the perfect temperature for me because I do not like my coffee scorching hot but I know many people do. However, the pumpkin loaf was not up to par. If it was called pumpkin loa I would be satisfied. However, the name was pumpkin loaf with cream cheese so I am going to be looking forward to cream cheese but I was disappointed. Also, I knew of the buy one get one free offer and the barrista asked me for the coupon code but I didn't have access to it. I understand that I should have had it on me but if they would have given me the offer I would have probably picked up anther treat from their bakery. read more

I love Starbucks, I really do but man the inconsistency is maddening. I had their wonderful pumpkin spice cold brew at a store inside of a Vons on my way home from Palm Springs. I don't know what city I was in I just know it was the most delicious drink I ever had. It came with a small sprinkle of cinnamon on top and it was a perfect blend of flavors. But since that first experience it's been very inconsistent on whether or not the barista remembers to add cinnamon or not.At this store I asked the barista to add the cinnamon because she forgot and she added so much cinnamon the entire top of the drink was covered. It was October 23, I remember the date because I was on my way to Long Beach to go to a record store. The barista had put on so much cinnamon it had me gagging and coughing. If I wasn't so far away I would've turned around, went back in the store and thrown the drink against the wall. It would be very nice if it was just consistent so every time I ordered, I got the same drink. read more

The line moves pretty quickly here so that's a big plus. I come here twice a week to pick up my boss's coffee (same order every time) but they still don't remember me, what a shame. Sometimes they offer free pieces of their cakes so that cancels out with the part where they don't remember me. This location closes a little too early for my taste - I am used to Starbucks being open until around midnight, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. The employees who have helped me were friendly but some of the people in there are rude. Every time I come here there is just one person who sits in the middle of the big couch and stakes it for themselves. There are other tables and chairs for just 1 person so why take up an entire couch? It is rude - that is OK to do at your own home but not in a public place where there may be larger parties of people who like to actually sit together. I would rather go to other locations to get my drinks. read more

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks! I usually do mobile ordering and my drink is always ready for me. One morning a barista met me near the door with my full order! It was so nice to be greeted that way! They truly take their time to know their customers and greet me everyday! Had to meet a friend here today and I had never visited this location before. Easy to park, plenty of seats and nice and clean. The staff were nice especially the older woman with short blond hair. Got my drink in a fair amount of time and had no issues. Nice Starbucks. read more

This place is understaffed. I use mobile orders and it's not ready after 10 minutes. There's no point in using mobile orders if you have to wait in line and wait for your drink. Please adequately staff this location so that mobile order is ready as it is intended. read more

The baristas at this place are very friendly, especially the worker Travis who took my friend and I's order. He was enthusiastic and friendly, and when we'd been waiting for a while for our drinks he checked up on us and made sure we got them. One of the best Starbucks workers I've met. read more

One of the friendliest and most consistent SBUX I've been to. Most of the time I order a double-blended, coffee frappucino with a double-shot. Not all stores get it right but at this location it's always spot-on. Clean and comfortable store. Highly reccommend. Also, it's next to a Togos, AT&T and a Panda Express so I frequently get my coffee and a sandwhich and eat it at the outside patio. A major Best Buy shopping center is also just across the parking lot. Great location and great service. read more

Avoid. There are frequent problems with transient persons at this store - perhaps in part due to its' location next to a bus stop e.g. monopolzing the restroom. The final straw was today when i was in the store an off-duty employee's child was behaving badly and trying to knock a display rack off the wall. One of the worst Starbucks in the South Bay. Their drinks are stale and they treat their customers badly. I asked for the code to the restroom for my son while in line. The server told me he was busy and I would get it after I paid for my drink. The notion of customer service seems to escape this location. read more

I am embarrassed to admit that I visit a Starbucks between five and six times a week. As I am in a different locale each day, the Starbucks I visit changes day by day. I have managed to be a semi-regular customer in just about every Starbucks in the South Bay. This location is far and away the best in the entire area.
