This location is a mix of great and terrible. I find the staff to generally be great, occasionally there is a drink mix-up, but it's not intentional so I can live with it. The time spent in the drive through is minimal considering there seems to be a line all the time! BEWARE the low curb on the right of the drive through entrance - it eats cars. The biggest opportunity for improving this site is the patio. The patio is uncovered, has a low hedge along one side that offers no protection from road noise and while there are tables and umbrellas offered, they are no match for the sun, wind and rain. PLEASE add an awning to the patio side of the building - it would be so much nicer. read more

I've only been here twice so far at 7:30 am. The staff working at that time are unusually cheery and greet you so enthusiastically. It made my morning. I've never been to a Starbucks where the employees were happy. It's a drive thru with a walk up windows surrounded by Palm trees. The woman at the window was awesome. Fast, efficient on point, funny and friendly with every customer. Starbucks give her a raise or promote her. People in customer service can learn from her. There is never a weekday morning that I don't go by, and there isn't a line for the drive-thru or walk-up window. The walk up window seems to be much quicker vs. the drive-thru, so I always park off to a side and walk up. The staff is always friendly and have a smile, and so far to date, I've never had a wrong / messed up order. read more

My least fave locatiin, but drive thrus are convenient if u have the time to wait it out. My last 3 drinks have tasted terrible. I think they forget some ingredients. I love going to this Starbucks because it's literally down the street from my house. I try going when there are not a lot of cars since it's drive thru. Also, there's a a window where you order if you walk or get out of your car. Only employees are inside. They're extremely nice and they were pretty quick as well but again that depends on the time you go. I really wouldn't suggest to stay out there for just the free wifi during the summer because it gets really hot unless you can handle the heat. I was there for less than 5 minutes and I was burning up. Either way I do recommend on going to this Starbucks when you have a craving for it. read more

My number one location for Starbucks! It's about 3 minutes away from my house and has great customer service. I go for my morning coffee right before work and I'll be down in a matter of minutes. Yes the employees are very nice but 3 out of 5x they mess up my order :( I come here often ESP since it's down the street from my bf's house but it is very inconvenient when they screw it up. Every time I go there they repeat back the order back correctly but somewhere along the way something goes wrong. I am sensitive to milk and have to drink non fat, there has been many times the label says non fat but the drink is clearly made with whole milk. I can't tell you how many times I have waited in the drive thru line to get the wrong order, park my car, wait in line again just to get it fixed. Isn't drive thru supposed to be more effective for someone on the go?? read more

But guys, you really have to do something about your incredibly inconsiderate customers who insist on parking in the driveway and blocking traffic both in and out as well as from your drive-through, because they're too lazy to walk 10 or 15 feet further to an actual parking place. MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET RIPPED OFF, BY BEING TOLD THAT "STARBUCKS PRICES WERE RAISED AGAIN!" I get Starbucks every day! I know my prices! I know how much I'm paying for a Venti Iced coffee with Soy Milk, (no pumps) and a Splenda. I order this because Starbucks is already so f****** expensive that I won't get a late instead, (it's almost the same thing if your drink is Iced and saves you some money)... anyway... so I oder and the girl tells me that my drink is $4.05. I tell her that this can't be right because I always pay 3.25 for my drink! ALWAYS! Same size, same drink with SOY. She gets some manager guy, probably a shift leader, who then tells me " oh... yeah..... uhhhmm... Starbucks just raised their prices" I told him I get Starbucks everyday! He said "yes since yesterday they changed it" I did some research today, Starbucks hasn't raised its prices since some time in July 2016. Anyway this made me so mad, these corporations make so much money already! A cup of coffee costs them 10 cents. I get that employees don't have control over those prices, but if you're a "manager" telling people a lie so that they end up paying more for an already expensive drink, you're s jerk! And hey I'm usually not someone that is picky about a few more dimes other than Starbucks because they're ridiculously expensive and keep getting more expensive. One of the locations where there's no indoors sitting area, but there's an outdoor one. The staff is usually friendly and professional, especially Kevin. Not your typical Starbucks store. More of a drive through kiosk with a walk up window. The only reason I go there, is that it's close to where I live. The little counter outside, where the sugar and cream is, is always disgusting. Dried rings of spilt coffee and cream are always present. So annoying when you go thru a drive thru and it takes 25 min with only 2 cars in front of you. Why does this happen? Because the employees are trying to talk to the girls in the cars, exchanging phone numbers.... Not okay and unprofessional.
