    Grande Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato
    May T.

I discovered my favorite drink at Starbucks! I believe Starbucks made a come back with this drink: Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato. The drink was made with espresso and milk. And I can taste with coconut syrup with espresso at the bottom layer. On top layer was the cold foam that was made from whipped Ube cream with coconut flakes that were probably toasted because that's what I tasted. I am not a fan of Ube dessert but this macchiato drink works like magic. Plus, the drink itself is pretty to look at with lavender/purple color on top and brown color espresso in the middle and white milk at the bottom like 3-layers. So nice to look at and so good to drink during summer or spring season that is coming up soon.

Everything was good. Ordered through mobile app. Didn't have to wait long. Very busy location.

Had a really weird service experience at this location. My husband ordered a drink and introduced himself as Dmitry. In the end, it turned out that a drink for the name of "M" was made for us and we just stood there for 5+ minutes after it was ready, waiting for his name to be called out.

I was in the area to have my car serviced at the KIA dealership located a few miles from this Starbucks location. I'm not from the site and needed to kill a few hours until my vehicle was ready. This is an excellent location with good service. There is only outdoor seating, so space is limited if you want to work from the laptop for a few hours. The service is quick and efficient, and there is only one bathroom. This place isn't great for large groups or study groups. My usual order is a grande ice chai with almond milk and a bagel with cream cheese, and this time, I got a chocolate chip cookie as well. Free, easy parking.

The little stickers you add to your beverages really make me smile on a May Gray Day. Thank you. I also love having this location so close to home because there are mornings where making your own lattes just seems too tedious. Love the app for online ordering. You guys are on point

Have I gone blind or is that NOT a Sugar Plum Danish as ordered?! ‍

There is no option for no star or half stars & there should be! I started stopping here regularly on my way in to work cuz they seem to be on their game but they were living up to typical "Monday" standards it seems! I will bring them back their wrong order when I have time but the whole point of a mobile order is cuz time is money & I don't have time to lollygag in the mornings on the way in to work!!! ‍

I ordered a venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and received this. Everywhere else I go they fill it to the top and here they're saying it's not supposed to be filled to the top? That doesn't make any sense.

    Iced Vanilla Latte Blde/supposedly decaf

I came here for my usual ( iced vanilla latte/decaf with oat milk and sugar-free syrup) also I wanted the half off deal advertised on today's app. Customer service was not good but poor. The cashier had no idea what I was talking about she had to call the manager over. the manager came and said we had to use the app to get the half off on our drink. I ordered my usual and I never have any problems but apparently today the baristas there did not know what they were doing. They made me a blonde vanilla latte instead of the traditional vanilla latte with regular espresso. Don't you typically have to ask for the blonde? I knew something was wrong when I got it, but didn't think much of it until later when I got it started feeling sick because it's stronger. Also, I hope I got decaf because I ordered decaf, but how can I know this for sure they messed up my order to begin with plus they gave me a hot drink when I ordered an ice latte. Furthermore, The girl taking my order didn't ask me what size I wanted and assumed or said that by default drinks were hot. Seriously in this weather? Anyhow the drink made me sick and I hurled later in the day. Also the manager wasn't paying attention to the customers much less the workers she had a lot of money out right next to the counter where people were ordering , I'm assuming she was counting the money, This is very scary It's just like asking for trouble. Anyhow, terrible service terrible drinks. I won't be returning to this Starbucks or any Starbucks for a while especially because I got really ill. Anyhow, since when is a blonde espresso decaf. Plus I didn't ask for this. I can't even have caffeine like that.

And ONLY Rap. It was so annoying. I guess this is what the new generation loves. Walked in yesterday at 2:15pm, and got a very nice, pleasant, warm welcome from Michael and Joey. Both great and happy kids. Michael took my order and was pretty knowledgeable with the menu. I ordered the Crema Burrito that came with: Tator Tots, Scrambled eggs, Avocado, and Jalapeño. They had 2 of the same Burrito. One with Bacon, and the other one w/out ($15.56). Portion of the Burrito was very small for the price, and was lukewarm. Food overall along with beverages were expensive! I also got a single butter Croissant and asked him to warm it up. The Croissant was nicely warm, flaky, buttery and very good! ($6.23). The Baked Goods case was practically empty. Wanted a Blueberry Muffin, and they were out. Last but not least, got their 16oz. Coconut Cloud Matcha ($9.34). Matcha was made perfectly. I still had to water it down a little. The flavor hit the mark though. Trying to get more familiar with different types of Matchas. The Coffee Shop was clean and very quaint. Also, comfortable seating with round, brown cushions. When you walk in, it's hard to miss the nice motorcycle right in the middle of the shop. I wanted to know what did that represent? Michael said that the owners wife bought that for her husband. Where can I get one? The husband, not the motorcycle.:-) They have no parking, only street and metered. Nice outdoor seating all around. Actually, all of their employees. Place was packed. Wanted to see and know the sizes of the cups for me to decide which one to go with and the price difference. I thought that they would also have some breakfast items like egg, bacon, sausage, cheese etc..they didn't. They only had plain bagel and Cream Cheese. My Latte tasted very good, on the flip side the Croissant wasn't as warm and fresh as I wanted for it to be. I asked the ladies behind the counter to warm it up again. The muffin was very fresh and delicious. Lauren handed me the Latte and my goodies. I don't want to dock a star for the Croissant, but it could have been a lot more fresh. Place was clean, with one gender neutral restroom, inside and outside seating, and the price was right for the 3 items that I got. $14.00 in total plus my tip of $2.00. Street parking only, woman owned, beautiful art work on their walls by famous artists, merchandise for sale, and nice music from the 80's playing overhead. The main thing that stands out here is their 1987 coffee roaster which is the center piece of the cafe. They roast various single origin beans on a daily basis, so you know you can purchase some fresh coffee beans here. If you need your beans grounded, they do grind it for you depending on your brewing method. They have beans of light roast, medium roast and dark roast and sell by various weights for a very reasonable price. They also sell various tea leaves, baked goods (croissant, muffin, scones, bagel, Danish, coffee cake, Dessert Therapy cookies, and merchs. They also have a seasonable menu that changes. When I went, it was the Sakura season menu. Staff were all friendly and were very willing to answer any questions regarding the menu. Please note, the base coffee blend for each day varies and rotates on a daily basis For my visit, I tried ... 1. Buttered Coffee (4.5/5) The base coffee for the day was the Peru single origin, which was well-balanced; slightly sweet with a hint of tartness and nuttiness. They then add a chunk of butter into the coffee, which helps cut some of the acidity, but also is supposed to enhance the caffeine effect and give you additional energy from the fat. It does leave a layer of fat/oiliness so if you are not a fan of that, then this may not be for you. The butter did give it a subtle buttery flavor, which I personally liked. 2. Matcha with Sakura Cold Foam (4/5) The matcha was blended smoothly and was not grassy at all. The Sakura cold foam didn't really taste like Sakura (been to Japan, so know what real Sakura flavor should taste like), but instead, just tasted floral. 3. Columbia Supremo Whole Beans Full body and aromatic. Good for those who like to drink black coffee 4. Guatemala Huehuetenango Whole Beans: Crisp, acidic and a hint of nuttiness Glad I found this local roaster where I'll definitely be coming back to get some more fresh beans.
