They make good coffee adding enough oat milk for my coffee going there every second day

I stopped by here once upon a time to have coffee with a friend. It was a short walk from where we were, and we hopped in here to escape the weather. The staff was not too friendly. Still, they processed our order in a timely manner. The drinks were ok, but nothing over the top. The place was not an clean as other starbucks locations. Maybe they had a surge of people just before we came in, but they made no effort to clear out the mess. It was not too busy when we walked in here either. With a mediocre experience, we walked back to where we came from, and carried on our day. I haven't been back here, and I don't see myself coming back in the future. While they served their main purpose of providing caffeine, the environment in this place is so-so. read more

This is my local Starbucks. I purchase frozen Chocolate croissants because I can defrost and eat them at my leisure. The store saves labor since they do not need to heat them. This location has changed their policy and will no longer sell me anymore since they do not want to be short for the following day. I understand that, but even if I ask to purchase just one frozen Chocolate croissant, they say no because they do not want to open the box (which they have to do anyway). So this location values any customer that might shop tomorrow, but see no value in selling to me today. According to Claire, this is the store's policy. Is this true? Does Starbucks have a policy that they will not open a box to sell inventory to a customer? That seems odd since I can drive 2 miles further and the Sherman Oaks location is happy to make this sale. Why does Starbucks require me to drive to a farther location to buy their products? read more

This is not a good Starbucks....small store, horrible parking lot. I ordered via the app, app told me 5-7 minutes. Showed up on the later side of the time and they hadn't even STARTED my order! Frustrating! Won't come back here unless I really have to, which is a bummer because it's so close to my house - would rather hit up the one across the street at Ralph's! One of my favorite stop, I shop here at Ralph's and it's so convenient my coffee shop just right here. The customer service is usually pretty good here. Mike is very good. The other are pleasant. They are always working hard because they are always busy. Things I don't like. This Starbucks is always busy. It seems like there is a line no matter what time of the day! Which means I don't like the parking lot. And I swear there is always cops in there. Always! There is parking on the street and more in the back so I guess that parking isn't too bad. Today I got my usual breakfast sandwich, the spinach feta wrap which I love and is 290 calories. However it wasn't cooked all the way, or I guess I should say it wasn't heated up all the way. The eggs whites were cold. This was a recent problem at another Starbucks so maybe it's their warmer and they don't put it in long enough....I will have to remind them to cook it longer next time. Overall I like this Starbucks I just hate the line. It's in a parking lot next to Panda Express, Chipotle, a yogurt place and a hair supply store just to name a few. I usually avoid going to Starbucks. However, whenever I'm in a wild-hurry to get to work and have ABSOLUTELY no time to make my breakfast I will sometimes come to this location. Sadly, there are no quality independent coffee choices near work. Its a Starbucks. That being said, my multiple experiences there have been good. The morning staff is friendly, smiles on their faces. The line is usually 6+ people long, but it moves with efficiency. Prices are what Starbucks charges. It goes right by me based on the qualities that matter (speed, quality.) This location is not a sit-down-for-45-minutes-and-enjoy-my-coffee-and-wifi-time location. What. A. Pit. Really. I'd stopped coming here because of the piles of trash, but was running late today. I thought I'd give it another chance. Less trash, good. The outside music was loud (like, really loud), but the inside was far louder, and was mayhem. There were supposed to be ~6 customers inside, but at least twice that were there, waiting for their order. Waiting and waiting. Music was apparently turned up by staff so they could hear their faves over all the annoying customers. Peaky thing customers -- they keep trying to give money in an attempt to try to actually get coffee. Hah. Good luck with that. 90-95 decibels inside -- so loud people had to yell... and staff still got it wrong. Mine was correct the first time, and only took 12 or so minutes, but some people were still there, trying to get what they'd ordered and paid for. Not coming back to this location. Starbucks, you're driving people to other coffeehouses. Peets is uniformly pleasant (great coffee, too). read more

I've been coming here for a while and the staff have been great during the pandemic. But recently things have changed a lot. Yesterday Friday around 6:25 pm I went in there and there were three on the floor. One was helping a difficult customer on the cash register, the manager was putting away stuff, as if getting ready to close and the third person was sweeping the floor. No one was preparing the drinks and placing order online was not available anymore. After waiting in the line for little over five minutes I left. Today I walked in no one greets me as other places do. I wait for my order and she does not announce my name, once she makes my drink (mobile order). I grab my drink and say thank you, and she just ignores me. Today Saturday 5:30 pm. They better get their stuff together, if not I have to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say there are at least two employees, who are always on top of their work. None of them were in tonight. read more

This Starbucks location is great. I've been coming here for years and they're always pretty efficient. I highly recommend ordering on the app before hand. They have no idea who I am even though I'm there often because of the app but my drink is always ready when I get there. I live super close by too so it's nice sending the order when I walk out the door. read more

I'm writing this update because it has definitely improved. While there are still days when I have to wait a long time for my mobile order, most days I get it within the promised time on the app. Now I just wish it was a bigger store. On days when I do have to wait, there are usually a lot of people waiting and it can be difficult to get your drink and/or get to the counter with the cinnamon, sugar, etc. Also, really friendly staff :) read more

Whenever I'm in an area that relatively foreign to me, I usually find the nearest Starbucks. It's ubiquitous and I know their prices! With that being said, staff here are very nice. My experience here went just as expected. As far as Starbucks goes, it's exactly what you'd want. The service was quick, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the drinks come out on point. However the building is rather small and can feel a bit cramped with the line and indoor diners. There is outdoor seating if you'd rather get fresh air. I think the major downfall is that there is no drive thru and parking is a bit of a hassle since it shares with Panda Express and Chipotle. Additional parking can be found in the back, though. You've got to enjoy it for what it is with the limited space it's given, but if you compare it to what other Starbucks have to offer, then you'll notice it's lacking a bit. read more

My wife, and I decided to make a quick pit stop, to have some coffee, before the start of our day last weekend. As we walked in, I noticed the line wasn't too bad(this was around 8 o'clock in the morning). After waiting for a few minutes, it was our turn to order. My wife had a Café Americano, but I wanted to try something a bit different, in time for the holidays, so I ordered the Crème Brûlée Latte. At first sip, I was greeted with a familiar creamy goodness of whipped cream, and custard. The subtle notes of toasted sugar greeted my palette. It was the perfect match! The flavor wasn't overpowering at all. It was more like a subtle reminder of having one of the world's best dessert, but with coffee! It was a nice touch, and I really enjoyed it! read more

Needed a late morning pick-me-up, and decided to come to this location for convenience. I ordered a grande hot peppermint white mocha, and the flavor just wasn't happening. There wasn't enough peppermint in the drink, and the mocha was a bit over powering! I've been drinking peppermint white mochas for over a decade, and know what the expectation of perfection is supposed to be, and when a cup of "nah" is given to you! This Starbucks staff today is ridiculous. They provided a cup that was cracked a 1/4 of the way down the side. Made a mess everywhere in my car and all over me. I walked in to talk to the barista and tell her, she barely looked up at me. I told her about the situation and she said, " so....you want a new cup?" I agreed bc I was in a hurry even though I was shocked she didn't offer a new one since I'd lost a 1/4 of my drink to the crack. I set my 1/4 empty cup down and, I ran to the bathroom to clean up. I came back and my cup was sitting there still leaking with a new cup sitting next to it. And I said, "oh you want me to do it." Again she didn't look up and walked away while my cup continued to leak on the counter. read more
