I haven't been to a Steak 'n Shake for years and although it's far from gourmet dining it's a really good inexpensive meal. A friend of mine used to say it was great hangover food! At this location they no longer have table service, I'm not sure if that's how all Steak 'n Shakes are now. You order at a kiosk then they call you up to the counter when your food is ready. If you order a fountain drink they give you a QR code with your receipt that you use to get your drink. The shakes here are always good, today I got a child size egg nog shake and it was the perfect size and tasted great! The burgers and fries with cheese on the side were really good also. Three of us had meals with drinks plus my milk shake and it was only around $31 dollars! They place was very clean and the few staff were interacted with were very friendly.

Asked for a burger w bacon they gave me burger w no bacon when I came in to tell them the manager started talking in creole did not even apologize she beat me to getting mad yea im definitely not coming back here

So let me start with the positives: the service was fast, the staff is nice and the food is delicious. The restaurant itself was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was no soap, tissue and 2/3 bathroom stalls were clogged up. The tables were dirty, even though the place was almost empty. If they would take care of the restaurant a little bit more, my rating would definitely increase.

Steak and shake Definitely waked and baked Service in the drive through was the fastest ever I thought the service could never be better I order their double cheeseburger and it came with fries It's not 4$ anymore but that is life Prices went up, but so did the service Even the way they packaged this I definitely will be back Because it's closer to me than shake shack :)

The ambience at Steak 'n Shake is a fun mix of retro diner nostalgia and casual comfort, with bright red booths, black-and-white checkered floors, and the irresistible smell of sizzling burgers filling the air. This time, we ordered the classic burger and the Butter Double Burger. Let's talk about the classic--it's everything you want in an old-school burger: cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard all stacked between soft buns. It's greasy in the best way possible. And the fries? Thin, crispy perfection. None of that thick, potato wedge nonsense--just pure crunch with every bite. Now, let's talk about the Butter Burger. I don't know what kind of magic they put in it, but wow. It's rich, buttery, and heavy in the most satisfying way. The caramelized onions take it to another level--I think I've found my new favorite. The food always comes out fast. & the service has been solid every time. Steak 'n Shake is the place you hit up on Sunday night right before convincing yourself you'll start eating healthy on Monday. A true classic that never disappoints!

Haven't gotten Steak n' Shake since I was a lil girl. It made me reminisce lol. I got the Garlic Steakburger with bacon and a Birthday cake milk shake and it was delicious. I got my food fairly quickly and it was fresh and juicy. MUST TRY!

Everything we had was genuinely good and we'd definitely come back. First things first: the pancakes are HUGE. Seriously, if you're ordering one as a side, know that one pancake is easily enough for two people to share. We also tried the Secret Lemonade -- and for anyone wondering, "secret" basically means it's made in-house. It was fresh and tasty, but definitely on the sweeter side, so just be prepared if you don't typically like very sweet drinks. I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich and really loved the flavor. The chicken was well seasoned, the biscuit was great, and overall it was delicious. My only small critique is that the portion feels a little small on its own, so I think it would be nice if it came with a side or something accompanying it. My husband is plant-based, and we appreciated that there was an option for him. He ordered the avocado toast along with a modified salad from the menu, which worked out well. Overall, solid spot with flavorful food.

Fluffy and sweet and not dry. Although I enjoyed my fried chicken biscuit enough to eat it all, it fell a tad short of my expectations. The biscuit and chicken were both lacking volume, the biscuit not fluffy enough and chicken not meaty enough. I couldn't pick it up without it all just crumbling apart. Menu claimed homemade biscuits, but maybe not made fresh that day? Chicken was wide but thin so every bite was just way too much breading and very salty. I would order something else next time. It's a teeny but charming restaurant that was packed when we got there. Luckily we were first on the list so got a table in 5 minutes. If there had been more people and a longer wait, downside is there's no room more than 2 people to stand and wait inside, and it was way too hot to have waited outside. Parking lot has plenty of space around back. All in all, it was a fun and cute spot to take my old folks for a family meal.

It is in a great spot in the plaza right next to Tide Cleaners and near AA Mint & Culver's. We came right after sunrise at the beach and it wasn't too crowded but it really filled up after we were seated. We came with a pretty big party, 8 adults and 4 kids, and the staff was super helpful in getting us seated and taking our order. I got the Frittata Rustica (my fav) and then also ordered some items to go for my household. The service was fast, the inside was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious, as always. A great location of First Watch!

This was a solid breakfast stop after a run. I put in my name for a table on the app (and you…read moreshould too), showed up 10 minutes later, waited for a few minutes and was seated. Just as any other location, this one had a fair number of larger parties waiting for a table after 10 AM on a Saturday. But the wait is worth it if you ask me. Our server greeted us soon after we were seated and was very helpful with all of my questions about menu items. She accommodated my request to leave out sour cream on my dish (the Chickichanga), put Vera Cruz sauce on the side and add jalapeños. My photo of the dish looks real different and bare because of the changes haha. My one wish is for First Watch to have more spicy items available, but the jalapeños and the Cholula hot sauce at the table are the best spicy options I can find there. When I mentioned I like spicy food, our server offered the jalapeño addition and to add a red pepper sauce on the side for me to try. The jalapeño came pretty much sliced raw inside the dish but gave me that kick in each creamy bite that I was hoping for. Both sauces were great to dip into with my hot, gooey, chickeny Chickichanga and hearty seasoned potatoes. The red pepper sauce came off like a light aioli and the Vera Cruz sauce was a grown up queso, only because it had chopped peppers. I would take the kid version too if I could. The potatoes were cooked just right to being crispy on the outside without losing its texture on the inside. Our server continued to be helpful when I asked whether the sauces were mayo based (there was an egg allergy in my party). She went out of her way to speak to the kitchen and ask about them before returning to tell me that the Vera Cruz sauce does not have eggs while the red pepper sauce uses a hollandaise that is made off site, so they cannot verify its exact ingredients. Her handling of my inquiry was so thorough that I could have given her a hug if I hadn't been so sweaty and ragged looking. Thank you for a great breakfast!

The people I was with were pretty much done eating, and I hadn't even started because I didn't have sauce. I asked someone else to get our waitress and she still didn't come. I ended up going up to the bar and asking for sauce, and by then, my wings were cold. Our waitress finally came back with the sauce, saw it on the table, and said "oh someone else brought it?" I told her I got it myself and she just said okay. I still never got my 10th wing. She disappeared again and now our drinks were empty for a long time and we were out of napkins. Again, I went to the bar. I apologized for bothering them and explained that our waitress disappeared, and the bartender was super nice and helpful. Eventually she came out to check on us and was again surprised that our drinks had been refilled. I again told her that I got them myself. She said she had other tables, which I get, but they definitely weren't busy and the amount of time she was gone was still super excessive. Between basically waiting our table myself, the missing wing, and the dry wings, this was unfortunately my worst ever Flanigan's experience.

The restaurant has an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere that makes it perfect for a special occasion, date night, or simply enjoying a great meal with family and friends. Our server, Lisa, was wonderful throughout the evening. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience. The food was once again delicious, and the quality of the dishes was evident. However, there were a couple of minor issues during our visit. It was a very busy evening, so I understand that the staff was working hard to accommodate a full restaurant. We did wait a little over an hour for our appetizers, and when they finally arrived, our entrées were brought out only a couple of minutes later. Additionally, I have a mushroom allergy, and some mushrooms were accidentally mixed in with the grilled onions on top of my steak. What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. As soon as management became aware of the cross-contamination issue, they immediately stepped in, took it seriously, and worked quickly to correct it. Their response demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest safety and satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated. While no restaurant is perfect, great service is often measured by how challenges are handled, and Wolf Steakhouse's management team did an excellent job making things right. Between the beautiful atmosphere, attentive service from Lisa, delicious food, and management's dedication to customer care, I will absolutely be returning. I had a beautiful filet which came served with carrots and broccoli. Extra sides could be added, so we opted for some sauteed mushrooms. A lobster-loaded baked potato was also offered at a reasonable $16 add on. I missed out on that this trip, but will definitely add that next time.
