This is the quote I received from Steele Hyundai in Kyle.

DON'T PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM STEELE HYUNDAI KYLE. I purchased a vehicle from them them a month ago. It broke down on my in three weeks and they will not work with to get the issue resolved. The service Department quoted me $2979.14 to fix the vehicle. My vehicle is there today and the sales & lease specialist Britt Tate will not work with me because I bought in AS IS, however I only owned the car for less than Three weeks. Now I need contact my Lawyer to get this issues resolved.

Service was awful - the time it took to get back to me, the inability to discuss my vehicle's issues, the inept consideration of me as a customer, no parts available, and most importantly how I was spoken to. There should be a level of professionalism with acknowledging the problem, validating my concerns, and apologizing when wrong. None of this happened. My vehicle was 10 years old and no parts were being made so my vehicle had to be scrapped. I lost my vehicle to the scrap yard. Very upsetting to me. But, I needed it fixed, so I purposefully was polite to try and get that done. No such luck for 10 days. They just wanted their money for diagnostics that led to them not fixing it. Brusque and condescending. I would not buy a Hyundai anymore.

This is the trade in that Steele offered $500 for.

Had a really good salesman Noah, however the dealership tried to seriously low ball me on my trade in. 2012 Equinox, great AC, very well maintained, new brakes, good tires, trailer package and very condition. Their first offer was $500. But immediately offered to up the offer after I got up to leave. Good sales staff but be prepared for the normal car sale s expierence and do your research before stepping foot onto that lot.

Blatant lying about dealer add ons.

I took the most affordable quote from Kyle Automotive Service Center. I was pleased when the shop called 4 hours later to tell me it was fixed. I picked up my Toyota and was surprised to find out it was cheaper than he originally quoted me because he got the job done sooner than expected. I was also excited to find out that the shop replaced the clutch, timing belt, and oil all under the original $990 quote. He commented that he knew I was leaving town for the holidays and wanted me safe on the road. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care I received from this shop. Thanks again Kyle Automotive Service Center! You have a new loyal customer

Brian is the owner and great to work with. They could have said they had to remove the head and tap out the plug hold, But they did not and instead used a less expensive repair, which is working great. Great price for the repair. I appreciate the HONEST work and friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Thank you. And thank the Lord for leading me to this shop. 5 Stars from me.

I brought my vehicle to Take 5 Oil Change Store #202 for a routine oil change. After the service, I…read morediscovered that the air filter housing was not properly resecured--the screws were stripped, and the box was left partially open. As a result, leaves and debris were sucked into my intake and pressed against the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, which could easily lead to performance issues or engine damage. I submitted photographic evidence clearly showing: Minimal rust on the screws (threads were visible and intact), Stripped plastic embedded in the screw, indicating over-torquing during reassembly, Leaves and debris inside the intake area. Despite this, my claim was denied. The company pointed to "wear and tear" and "heat cycles" of a 2007 vehicle as the cause, rather than addressing the technician's failure to properly resecure the air filter box or alert me to any issue at the time of service. Their own video apparently shows the technician "checking" the housing, which contradicts the condition I found immediately after. To date, I've received no resolution. I've been invited to submit a mechanic's diagnostic report to continue the dispute--something I'm in the process of doing. This was a simple job that turned into an avoidable issue due to carelessness. If you bring your vehicle here, I highly recommend double-checking their work before driving off.
