We had dinner at this location last week. We had a large group of 18 people, and the restaurant staff had no issue putting together a bunch of tables to accommodate our group. During our dinner the power went out three times, each time the staff was extremely patient and hardworking. Marisa was our server and she was phenomenal! I was really disappointed with both the service and steak. I let my server Alyssa know I ordered medium and it was rare... even raw in some parts. I ordered the loaded potato and didn't get the toppings. After 6 years we decided to come back to try again ... This time was a million percent different (and better) than the last. Although the wait was set an an hour, it was about 30 minutes (7:00 on a Saturday night). I wanted to try a bit if everything so i ordered the hungry platter. Steak, shrimp, chicken and ribs. My mother who is 88 who complains about everything had cod chili beans with a salad was silent the whole dinner. We enjoyed this place. We had steak, zucchini, potato's, salads. The bread was good and toasted with lots of what tasted like garlic butter. The server was on it too! Our cups were never empty for more than a few seconds, and all our needs were met fast. Don't expect modern decor or anything g new inside, It's kinda old and dim inside but this on place has been open since the 60's I think. Not cooked for one of them ‍ And it's not a 3% discount for cash if you UP-Charge for using a credit card. You should just put that as a sign- credit card transactions are charged 3% more. Oh and if you order children's drinks for your 11 & 12 yr old and they bring an adult cup for your child, this isn't Texas Roadhouse where they thought they'd be nice, no they'll charge you for that so better have them correct it at the onset.
