To make a very long story short, we were verbally promised delivery within 7-10 days, latest was July 10th, of the pick up date. That did not happen. They even blew past the 20 day delivery window in the contract. Our delivery did not show up until July 27th. All the while we were receiving harassing texts demanding the rest of the payment or else they would turn around. And when the truck did finally arrive, only the driver was present to unload it. We paid for loading and unloading services and were basically left on own with the driver to unload. I have a physical disability and was unable to help, so my partner bore the burden of five grueling hours of unloading a 26 foot moving truck with the driver. We contacted the company after an hour or two passes and still no other movers arrived and were told that, in fact, they WERE there! They even argued with us saying that the movers confirmed they would be there in 45 minutes, 2 hours ago. And yet. No movers. Also the driver used a slur in front of my partner and I about a group of people that I belong to. Absolutely disgusting.

I'm so glad I found this company. My boyfriend and I moved from Riverside to Palm Desert and this company was the most affordable moving company we found. Jake was very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails to get us prices and scheduled as efficiently as possible, which I appreciated since we had a short amount of time to organize the move. Communication was great, they arrived on time and HUSTLED to get everything packed as quickly and efficiently as possible while still taking time to wrap and be careful with our furniture and belongings. Jake and Talo were very professional, hard workers and were able to help us move from our 3-bedroom 2nd-story apartment to a two-bedroom second-story apartment 70 miles away in 8 hours. They moved a 1 bedroom apartment to an other 1 bedroom apartment, with elevators and stairs. I packed everything on my own, it was so overwhelming, and some of my stuff i didn't know how to pack! I didn't know what to expect when I hired these guys. But man! When they showed up they were so fast and efficient and polite and kind! They just looked around real quick and were like "ok got it", I didn't have to explain anything to them or tell them anything. They got it! They wrapped EVERYTHING! Moved a room and an office from Chino Valley to the Coachella Valley with Aibek and Ali. Researched many moving companies and Space Y was reasonable and was very transparent with costs. Their team was extremely responsive when I had to change the start time to an earlier time. They were quick, thorough, careful, and took great care of our furnitures & belongings. Alan and Dulat are super hard workers. They helped us pack our 1 bedroom apartment and drove an hour away to our new place. My fiancé and I have been traveling and got sick so we weren't able to pack too much of our place, Alan and Dulat came in and packed up our whole kitchen and living room plus some small items in the other rooms in about 5 hours. The whole job was about 8-9 hours though. They worked efficiently and were able to fit everything in the truck. They also made sure to wrap everything up so it doesn't get scratched. We had a fantastic experience with Space Y moving. Aza, Aza, and Ali were the three gentlemen who assisted us, and they did a terrific job. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their efficiency, organization, and attention to detail made the move much less stressful for us. They had the right tools for the job and ensured no damage to any of our items. Their help provided us with the time and bandwidth to focus on the many other logistical tasks for the move. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The two movers Slava and Dima (Dimitri) who handled my studio move were true professionals. They went above and beyond by wrapping and protecting items I hadn't even thought to protect, making sure everything arrived safely without a scratch. They partially disassembled my twin bed, transported it, and reassembled it flawlessly at my new place. I also have to commend them on their ability to move all my things up two flights of stairs since the elevator at my complex was broken! The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. Overall, this was one of the least stressful moves I've had. I would definitely use TopCare Movers again, and my brother is already planning to use them for his move in May. Highly recommend.
