I was so excited after reading reviews, the employee who helped me was very nice and patient with me as I didn't know how to order (first timer). I ended up going with the Thai fiesta, they have a ton of ingredients they toss on and the sauces are tasty. Plus is that it's all delicious white meat. But two things if you get a saucy combo three finger chicken basket will run you 13$ without the sauces is 10$, and they didn't earn top stars from me because I went at a non peak hour and my chicken and fries were cold they sit there- I wish I could've had something freshly fried. They have a ton of cool toppings to put on your meal- from General Tsao to Smores, Sassy BBQ and Wasabi Aioli. I was NOT aware that the sauce would go on the fries and the chicken and as much as I love the kiddie foods, I am not a fan of overoaded sauce. So some of the food got a little soggy and made it annoying to take home BUT worth it. The best chicken fingers and fries I've ever had. My bf ordered the classic fries and the basic chicken fingers with the BBQ and sticky's sauce on the side. The order was really for him but after I took a couple of bites I ended up eating half of his food. Now whenever I stay in the city I always ask him to order sticky's for me. I haven't tried any of their other speciality chicken or fries but if the basics taste this amazing, I can't wait to try the others next time. I really wanted to like this place! I came here on a Friday night after Gov Ball Music Festival around midnight. I ordered a small bacon Mac fry and a large order of buffalo balsamic maple chicken poppers. Total came to around $17 with a drink and would be good for two people. I found a table which is very limited and after my first couple bites I noticed all of my food was cold, room temperature everything! Gross. I feel this is not only unacceptable, but unsafe for high risk foods not being stored within the proper temperature range. Everything was cold from the cheese to the chicken, the staff was not monitoring the food like they should've been. At this point it was getting late and there was a line of hungry people so I decided to eat the cost and carry on with my night $17 out and transitioning from hungry to hangry. We order the same thing every time: Spicy sandwich and 3 chicken fingers basket. They changed the menu up a bit, but I recommend the spicy classic sandwich (without cajun and with the purple slaw). I always get the sassy BBQ sauce. Their fries are amazing and super crispy. The chicken here is alright. I saw some people get the dressed up chicken fingers that looked pretty good, but this being my first time here, I wasn't ready for that. I needed first to assess the quality of the base ingredient, the chicken, in this case. I ordered the regular chicken fingers with the masala dipping sauce. My friend got the poppers with a couple of sauces. I'm glad to report that the chicken is not dry and does have some flavor. You can never really expect too much flavor from chicken tenders being that they are white meat. I will never understand America's obsession with white meat. It's the blandest, most boring cut of chicken you can eat. Anyways, the sauces were okay. The masala was a little runny. What really surprised me, however, was that my friend's order of poppers ended up being about twice the size of my chicken fingers. It was packed to the brim with chicken. We paid the same amount with the only difference being that I was still hungry afterwards, and he couldn't even finish his meal. That being said, they are absolutely overcharging for chicken tenders. This is food for festivals, sports games, and elementary school lunches. They are $7 for 4lbs are Trader Joe's. How do you justify charging $12 for three of these things? A great combo done right by this place except: why did my chicken taste like it was under-seasoned? Hence, the need for the sauces. Special (premium?) sauces are served on the chicken, while other sauces are served on the side. The guys working behind the counter were cool and laid back, and helpful in making sauce recommendations based upon what you are craving (spicey, sweet...). Only three problems A) Slightly pricey for the neighbourhood B) This location is dangerous ..especially at night and for women. They said the fee is to help offset the fee charged by seamless to restaurants. But then that's not a delivery fee is it? It's a seamless fee. I get that restaurants have a love / hate relationship with seamless. I just wish a delivery fee that's not a delivery fee would be called something else and not make you think it's going to the nice people who deliver your food to you! We ordered delivery from here to my office and it it was amazing. My coworker got the poppers and regular fries and loved them both. I got the vegetarian chicken fingers and parmesan truffle fries, which were definitely the best truffle fries I have ever had. I just finished them and I want another order. Both orders were bigger than we were expecting, so a great deal for the price! When they first delivered our order it came really quickly, but the delivery guy still apologized that it took so long and was very nice. I noticed that my vegetarian fingers weren't in the order so I called the store and they knew right away who I was, apologized and told me the rest of my order was on its way. I love Sticky's I have frequented there many a time since living in NYC. However, this most recent time, I placed on an online order and they screwed it up. Granted, it was their first screw up, but it's been 45 minutes since I told them they messed up my order and the employee told me he'd have it out to me in 15 minutes. So I called back again to see what was going on and he said, "sorry man, we got slammed". Really dude? Maybe that's why I ordered an hour ago and you guys could have just filled the order correctly brah, and you would be so slammed brah. Some of the guys there are great, but 1 or 2 stoner bros really don't care for accuracy as they've screwed my friends order in the past as well. I am obsessed with this place! The menu is incredibly interesting with a ton of variety of sauces and combinations. The music was on point. I ended up going with the thai chicken fingers, which I highly recommend. The sauce is a sweet thai chili. Definitely go for the chicken finger basket and fries combination because the sauce will leak on the fries and it provides ample dipping opportunities. I will definitely be coming back to this place. The food was ok, but one of their employees, the one who takes the order and prepare the boxes, was just horribly rude to me. I got there with my wife and two kids, just one customer before me. On my turn I asked him how the process works (they have an ordering system) and he just didn't like it. He explained very poorly and then I told him what I wanted. What happened next was crazy... Went there for dinner on a weekend. It's the type of place where you mostly takeout, very few spots to sit. I had the 3 piece chicken tender with Nashville numb hot sauce (their spiciest). The tender were crisp and very tasty. 8$ isn't cheap for 3 tenders but they are filling. The sauce was good, not that spicy. I also tried the truffle fries and they tasted really good. Very salty.
