This is not your traditional corn bread batter so don't go in expecting that; think panko and sugar. The hotdog they use is DELECTABLE. All-in-all it was pretty solid. Service was friendly. Got the ramen dog and cornflakes dog here. I forgot which ones had cheese and which didn't, but it doesn't really matter. They do indicate what is what with colors at the end of the stick though! Been wanting to try this place forever and finally decided to splurge on the calories. Ordered online and made the 15 mins walk to pick up. I got the potato Combo dog and the lychee black tea with lychee jelly. The dog was disappointing... It took several bites of something mushy before I got to the dog. It wasn't't terrible but I think it would have been much better if it was cooked longer and served hot when I ate it. Today, my close friends and I decided to buy lunch at Stix before heading to a locally-owned kpop merch store nearby. We ordered a Ramendog, Ramencombo, Combodogs, Deluxe Waffle Fries (with hot cheeto crumbs), Waffle Fries, Black Sugar Fresh Milk, Strawberry Black Milk Tea, Coffee Milk Tea all with boba and oat milk. The Ramendog was not stale and had the perfect crunch of uncooked ramen. Honestly when I was a kid, I used to eat uncooked ramen by itself and never did I expect that I would eat it today as part of my corndog. The beef hot dog inside the corndog batter is very tender and moist, which I'm curious to know who is the manufacturer of this beefy hot dog. My friends had their combodogs with mozzarella cheese inside. They didn't think twice upon stretching the mozzarella cheese from the Ramencombo dog. Upon witnessing that as I took a bite of my Ramendog, I ended up ordering a follow-up order of the Ramencombo dog, to-go! In terms of the deluxe waffle fries, my friend said that they would be more willing to pay for a "flaming hot" version, if that was an option. (To the owners, please consider adding flaming hot). The regular waffle fries were hella crispy and moist, and they were a perfect match with the corndogs, honey mustard sauce and our boba orders. Speaking of the boba drinks, the boba is very chewy. I love the fact that there's an option for Oat Milk instead of regular milk (lactose-intolerant here). I ordered a Coffee Milk Tea with boba and Oat Milk. This is truly 10 times better than my regular iced coffee, simply because the Oat Milk isn't watery and the tea flavor is retained. The best cheese dog I've had so far! I got the regular cheese dog and the potato cheese dog. Both were amazing! There was no line when I came by but the inside is very small. They have a small table with about 2-3 seats but other than that you might end up waiting outside. I ordered using the iPad and the food was ready shortly after. Finally had the chance to try out Stix! We tried the potato combo, Combodog, and the mango lemonade. Both dogs were patterned off with cheese, hot dog, and more cheese. What's the hottest trend going these days? Dogs... hot dogs, that is. I was doing a double trip on a summer Saturday afternoon to my family's favorite Japanese restaurant on Taraval Street. While driving home after the first trip, I saw this shop and amazingly there was no line. Finding a parking space three spots up, I walked out and studied their window menu. Not wanting to keep the cashier waiting, I order two things, paid, and stepped back to my car. As I waited a family of four and another few people placed orders. They studied the menu carefully before doing so. About eight minutes later, the cashier called my name so I took my bag and drove home. Already having eaten lunch, I had the dubious problem of figuring out how and when will I eat this. I decided to eat the combo dog (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=eMF82c4fAaWfR70y2ZmDeA&userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q); in my rush in ordering, I didn't fully digest the ingredients in this but happily enjoyed it. It was basically a corn dog covered with batter and potato chunks and filled with gooey stretchy cheese. I squirted some ketchup on it as there was no seasoning or sauce provided with the basic order. The variety of textures and ingredients made this interesting but I should have "sauced it up" with one or two of their sauces on the menu. not having an appetite for eat the other item, I reheated the deluxe waffle fries (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=sulQ2OpaHpSM0R5UUnh1cQ&userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q) in my toaster oven a couple days later. Liked the hot cheetos flavoring and wise that I tried a bite the 1st day of the waffle fries while still hot. This one is just okay when reheated but likely pretty bomb when freshly served. Rating food four plus but bumping up for operating under shelter in place. Well, I can say that I've tried a "Korean" hot dog now and it wasn't bad; very photogenic food. I probably need to spruce it up with their toppings and sauce options on my next visit. Do eat the waffle fries the same day. Will be back at some point. read more

Legit corn dogs! Ordered two ramen dog combos one with sugar and one without. Don't be afraid of the sugar! It sounds weird but is actually legit. The combo dogs are actually really filling with the meat and cheese. I recommend a spicy sauce like the wasabi Mayo to go with it. We also got a lychee green tea that was super refreshing with the combodogs. Also really appreciate how they pack delivery orders so they're sealed during delivery but don't lose the crunch of the dogs. Will order again! read more
