Worst customer service at this location I drive out of my way to the location at Fallbrook. Fallbrook is fantastic. My order is often wrong and over looked on Winnetka. Online orders are simply abused. They check your name only when you first approach and quickly forget you. The estimated time has never been correct. They told me in the past my order would be ready in an hour and I had to wait well over an hour at the location. This review is long over due... I always see management clowning around with the staff. Corporate should clean up the location. Managment was unprofessional when I made a complaint in person. For me, it's an off-hours-only place due to the extraordinarily high noise level during peak hours. I rarely go to Chatsworth, so I've only been in this Stonefire a few times. Like their other locations, the salads are awesome, the help very personable, the prices reasonable, the choices numerous and it's business model is fast-casual dining. My Chatsworth friends order a variety of dishes and are always pleased (bbq, tri tip, pizza and garlic bread). I stick with some form of petite salad and a glass of chilled chardonnay every time- I love their chopped chicken salads. As mentioned, the downside is the noise level. Absolutely no acoustical breaks or absorbers of any kind. Horrible architecture and interior design= NOISE !!! My family and I have been going here for a while. It's a great place to chill and hang out with family. You order first and then go to your table. You can sit inside or out on the covered patio. There are plenty of heat lamps around, so cold nights won't be a problem if you want to sit outside. The food is average. Grate place to eat in a good price! I visit this place at least once or twice a week. the garlic chicken breast is so delicious when you ask them to do it well done on the grill, yummy. I recently discovered this restaurant since I started working in this area! The food is delicious, and the prices are unbeatable for the amount of food you get. I usually order over the phone and by the time I get here, my food is ready. I have tried a few of the salads and a few of the pizzas. Everything I have tried has nor disappointed me. You will not get as much food as you do here for the price they charge. It is very reasonable and delicious! This is my go to place and at least come here twice a week! They also have great lunch specials. P.S. If you are going to get a salad, a petite size will fill you up. I usually share a small one with someone and is enough. Walked into Stonefire Grill tonight after seeing a movie.The manager Rob helped me and my girl with our food order at the cash register..We got there at 9:50 pm..and they closed at 10pm. Rob even brought our food to our table for us..This guy has such personality and warmth that we were immediately impressed. He told us not to rush and take our time to eat our tri-tip meals.He knew the menu inside and out, lol! My dad is diabetic and I wanted to check it was safe for him. My husband loves this place. We went there on Friday evening for a dinner. The food was good. I love their Cesar salad. Not sure what they put in, but taste little garlicky, which I love. The small size is quite big, so it was perfect for my husband and I to share. Also had half chicken, 1/2 trip tip, small basket of garlic bread. The portion is pretty big, so three of us (us and our son) did not finish everything, ended up taking half of the meat home. It was packed as usual, so we were seated in patio. Beware of ordering catering here around the holidays. I expected a wait, but this was ridiculous. I had a half salad which I ordered a full two days in advance, but they still didn't prep the meat for my arrival time. They began cooking it upon my arrival, as if the preorder didn't matter at all. I watched no less than 20 people get huge meat orders handed to them 5-10 min after checking in, but every time I asked for an update on my tri-tip salad, someone just said "sorry meat is cooking" and shrugged. They said each time they would check on the meat, and then never spoke to me again, while proceeding to give at least 10 other people who arrived after me huge portions of meat 2 seconds after they walked in. I was parked in the takeout spot right by the door and my phone died, so I asked them to walk two feet out and bring my salad to my car so I could charge it because I had been waiting 30 minutes. I really like there food, but there curbside pick up service due to covid-19 is so unorganized and do not have attentive personnel. Called to let them know we had arrived for our order since the phone number is displayed large outside in the parking lot. They expect an employee to walk up to your car and ask for your order. After 15 min no one came to our vehicle. The car next to us was honking and the two employees outside acted like they did not hear him. So my husband had to walk up to the front and finally we were able to let them know we wanted to pick up our food. Very unorganized, people should be able to call when they have arrived for there order and then the phone person should take there vehicle info down, so the food can be brought out. It almost took just as long to make our order then to pick it up. 20-25min of waiting in the car for our Order to be brought out. Ridiculous! read more
