I recently discovered this restaurant since I started working in this area! The food is delicious, and the prices are unbeatable for the amount of food you get. I usually order over the phone and by the time I get here, my food is ready. I have tried a few of the salads and a few of the pizzas. Everything I have tried has nor disappointed me. You will not get as much food as you do here for the price they charge. It is very reasonable and delicious! This is my go to place and at least come here twice a week! They also have great lunch specials. P.S. If you are going to get a salad, a petite size will fill you up. I usually share a small one with someone and is enough. Walked into Stonefire Grill tonight after seeing a movie.The manager Rob helped me and my girl with our food order at the cash register..We got there at 9:50 pm..and they closed at 10pm. Rob even brought our food to our table for us..This guy has such personality and warmth that we were immediately impressed. He told us not to rush and take our time to eat our tri-tip meals.He knew the menu inside and out, lol! My family and I have been going here for a while. It's a great place to chill and hang out with family. You order first and then go to your table. You can sit inside or out on the covered patio. There are plenty of heat lamps around, so cold nights won't be a problem if you want to sit outside. The food is average. Well the cashier was kind enough to bring the salad out to me. Grate place to eat in a good price! I visit this place at least once or twice a week. the garlic chicken breast is so delicious when you ask them to do it well done on the grill, yummy. My dad is diabetic and I wanted to check it was safe for him. It was probably a really annoying question, but the manager was super friendly and researched to find out exactly how much sugar is in their Caesar dressing. We have used StoneFire for catering big dinners and although the food is great the customer service is lacking. We spend several hundred dollars when we use them. It is very frustrating when they leave out items or completely mess up the order even after they review it with you. The last event we used them for the service was so bad that when we went to pick up the food I was very close to cancelling it completely if it weren't for the fact we had 20 ppl coming over for dinner. The manager helped bring all the items to the counter but walked away saying the girl standing there would review it with us. Even after he asked her to help us next she proceeded to answer 3 phone calls and took an order from another guest. The wait time when you pick up orders is ridiculous. read more

Ordered lunch for myself and a few coworkers. Everyone had their specifications (additions/subtractions/things on the side) and yet all of our orders were ready within 20 minutes and all were correct. Very impressive! Greatly disappointed! I'm a regular customer at the Westlake Village location, food is on point. The Chatsworth location, SAD! Ordered the chicken tortilla soup (my favorite), it lacked flavor, chicken and avocado. Plus my husbands potato chips were super salty that he threw them out. Beware of ordering catering here around the holidays. I expected a wait, but this was ridiculous. I had a half salad which I ordered a full two days in advance, but they still didn't prep the meat for my arrival time. They began cooking it upon my arrival, as if the preorder didn't matter at all. I watched no less than 20 people get huge meat orders handed to them 5-10 min after checking in, but every time I asked for an update on my tri-tip salad, someone just said "sorry meat is cooking" and shrugged. They said each time they would check on the meat, and then never spoke to me again, while proceeding to give at least 10 other people who arrived after me huge portions of meat 2 seconds after they walked in. I was parked in the takeout spot right by the door and my phone died, so I asked them to walk two feet out and bring my salad to my car so I could charge it because I had been waiting 30 minutes. I love this location of Stone Fire. It's much closer than the west hills location and there's ample parking. The food was wonderful as always. I love the tri-tip and the Stone Fire Favorite pizza. The prices are always fair and the service is great. I want to go back again actually because I really love this place. I really like there food, but there curbside pick up service due to covid-19 is so unorganized and do not have attentive personnel. Called to let them know we had arrived for our order since the phone number is displayed large outside in the parking lot. They expect an employee to walk up to your car and ask for your order. After 15 min no one came to our vehicle. The car next to us was honking and the two employees outside acted like they did not hear him. So my husband had to walk up to the front and finally we were able to let them know we wanted to pick up our food. Very unorganized, people should be able to call when they have arrived for there order and then the phone person should take there vehicle info down, so the food can be brought out. It almost took just as long to make our order then to pick it up. 20-25min of waiting in the car for our Order to be brought out. Ridiculous! read more

My husband says that I am Stonefire Grill's number 1 fan. I'm pretty sure I would have to agree, since anytime some asks me where I want to eat, Stonefire is always my option. I'm so glad they are just 2 blocks away from my work, so I can always count on a great lunch special. I would call it in, and generally is ready by the time I drive there. I've had an office staff party in the patio which they accommodated (note: they don't take reservations), and it's great that you pay at the register where you don't have to deal with a check. There is indoor and outdoor patio seating that is heated. Get there early on holidays like Mother's Day or Father's Day. My ultimate favorite is the tri tip, then the salmon, and the chicken. I love the bbq tri tip salad as well. My go-to side is the cauliflower salad, and let's not forget the garlic breadstick. Secret hint, they still have the stimulus package where you get breadsticks, salad, tri tip and a 1 topping pizza for an amazing deal. Their staff are always courteous, even at the busiest of times. Half the time, the food is practically waiting for me at my table before I sit down. Make sure you get something that comes with the Cesar salad. My husband loves this place. We went there on Friday evening for a dinner. The food was good. I love their Cesar salad. Not sure what they put in, but taste little garlicky, which I love. The small size is quite big, so it was perfect for my husband and I to share. Also had half chicken, 1/2 trip tip, small basket of garlic bread. The portion is pretty big, so three of us (us and our son) did not finish everything, ended up taking half of the meat home. It was packed as usual, so we were seated in patio. They were amazingly easy to work with and extremely helpful in getting the orders placed and delivered on time. The delivery drivers/servers that set up the lunches were wonderful. Yikes!!! I had the worst experience today. I ordered my usual. When I went to pick it up my order was out but they asked me to wait on the breadsticks- after waiting 20 minutes for the bread- the rest of my food was cold. They kept saying-"what do you want us to do about it??" Seriously- am I supposed to suggest customer service and policies. I had to rush so i took my food and left. So now we were finally going to eat- the breadsticks were raw dough!!! The chicken and pizza cold--I waited an extra 20 minutes for raw bread!!
