She came with a smile and brought me my food and made absolutely it seem so inviting. She gave me a recommendation of a sandwich, which I ordered for my brother to go. It was amazing. She made my experience at stonefire do a 180. I generally have a distaste for this establishment because the staff always seem so upset or at least bored. Very unimpressed with the food I ordered. I made an online order which consisted of one whole chicken(Very ,very dry and bland), a whole tri-tip(bland), macaroni and cheese(bland), pesto pasta(bland), cowboy beans (Very good), breadsticks (Very good), and a few deserts. Now, I did order the protein dishes with the sauces on the side and the sauces do add flavor but we werent big fans of them. Paying almost 100 dollars for a meal for my family only having to throw most of it away is very disappointing. We were really looking forward to having a good experience at a new place in the area as we eat out frequently but alas the flavor is lacking and we will probably only be ordering deserts if we are so inclined. read more

Really enjoyed eating here. I came in with a larger party, 6 adults and 3 small children so things were a bit chaotic when we walked in. Luckily the staff is so helpful and attentive we were taken care of right away. The setup of the restaurant is unique since you order first then find your table, but it works out because once you're seated everything becomes a combination of self-serve, plus staff that walks around often that will ask how your party is doing. As a vegan, here are the options: For salads, there is the Golden State Kale (kale, golden raisins, roasted chickpeas, lemon tahini dressing, etc), the Cartwheel (greens, veggies, tortilla strips, cilantro lime vinaigrette, etc.), and a normal Garden Salad. Nothing "from the grill" is vegan. The Cheeseless Roasted Veggie Pizza is what I got and the crust was great! For sides, the Nutty Coleslaw was a great addition to my meal, but be warned, it has peanuts. The Cauliflower Salad, Quinoa, Whole Roasted Cauliflower, and Stonefire Roasted Veggies. The Roasted Cauliflower Pita sandwich is vegan. None of the pasta is vegan. For the most part, prices are reasonable, but for the fast casual stye, its slightly above the price for the lunch sized portion you get. read more

I am so happy a grill opened in the IE. the food is fresh and the place smells of BBQ goodness. The restaurant setting is a cross between fast food and sit down. You have to order your food before you sit and the line can get quite long. The beverage station is a "help yourself" which is good because you don't have to wait for refills. read more

My rating is based on the customer service that was provided to me today. My friend and I went for lunch, all food was ordered at the same time. My friends food came right away but my food was delayed to the point where my friend was more than halfway done with her food A server by the name of Martel took notice and came and said he would follow up on our order, which he did but not only that, he brought it to the attention of Ben, the manager who then came to our table and apologized profusely for the delay. I rec'd my food minutes later with a complementary carrot cake slice. Thank you Martel and Ben, that was awesome, thank you for caring. Your great customer service made me smile! read more

Went for father's day, even though it was busy, employees were very attentive and accommodating. We order the family baby back ribs with the tri-tip and added a pizza for an additional $12.99 if I remember right, I'll start with the tri-tip, I order medium well and it seemed dry and hard, ribs had a good flavor but were far from "fall of the bone" ribs, the salad which we went with Ceaser, was a big portion enough to feed 6 of us, went it came time and one of the servers approach us and asked us (how was our meal) I responded Ok, she immediately did a 180 and left. I will try it once more, obviously order something else different before I write it off. read more

This place is just an expensive cafeteria. You order at the counter, then you get a table. You get your own plates, napkins, forks and knives. Then they bring you your food. It is big portions. So don't go crazy ordering food. The taste is ok, not great but I'm not disappointed. read more

The food is great. This was our first experience at this restaurant. I appreciate the server and the cashier. However, towards the end of our great experience, I went to the front counter, stood in line, when it was my turn as a consumer/customer, one team member (Jackie) looked at me and walked to the other side to help two customers who came after me. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth as a person who prides herself in organizational customer service. Working in the corporate field myself, I check on our stores to make sure that each team member is providing excellent customer service. The food is decent but the restaurant cleanliness is most always an issue. The place looks like it needs a full blown scrub down. The barriers between booths are full of greasy hand marks and the tables and booths are dirty. Staff should be mopping and using some sort of disinfectant spray when cleaning up. read more

Soooooo I got pink chicken.... took about 2 hours to receive. Manager was sweet but I would suggest training employees to communicate with each other about having no chicken. My chicken was nasty, it was pink/red and was not well cooked. I would train employees to learn how to cook chicken.... I would also train employees to answer simple questions... such as sizes of food and/or how long it will take to receive our food. I liked the concept of order your food, find a place to sit and they will bring the food but practically it did not work well. Orders were coming out separated and not together, we had the bbq chicken breast, steak and cheese, try tip, ribs, Mac and cheese, pizza, bbq salad, Mediterranean salad, Caeser salad, guacamole and tomato salsa. There food is what saves them! I don't mind the concept that they are trying to do. You walk in you order and you sit down. If they want this concept to work they NEED to fine a more efficient way of doing things. The lobby space is WAY to small to have a bunch of people waiting in line to order. I walked into the restaurant at 2:15 and didn't get sat until 2:45 and there was only 2 parties ahead of me. This isn't a place you want to go to on a busy Friday or Saturday during lunch or dinner. The wait up front isn't working for them. Something about the way they do things needs to change somehow. Honestly when I sat down I was already in a bad mood cause I just stood up front 30mins waiting to order BUT after the food arrived it slowly started to make things better.
