Stand in line inside the entrance, order your food, find a place to sit, fetch you drinks, napkins, and silverware...Honestly, for their prices they need to be full serve! This was very disappointing. We got there at 5:30pm. We didn't have to wait in line for long. The girl at the front said there was no house Cabernet left so we had to have the premium $9 per glass. Then the baby back ribs came and both meals were cold. We sent it back politely and 2 minutes later they brought it back and it was barely warm. The manager came over and said they would make totally new meals but the kids had now finished their pizzas. We asked about the wine and he said no they hadn't ran out of the house red.... We decided enough is enough and we left! The manager said he would not charge for the two meals but I didn't see it on my credit card. I made a mistake thinking it was the same as Wood Ranch BBQ. The issue with this place is the ordering system. You order your food before you sit at your table. It's sort of like if they tried to expand Panera into more of a sit down restaurant feel. Maybe because it's so busy but he whole system is a bit ass backwards. I'll come again, but just know what you're getting into. You order your food and pay when you walk in then they will give you a number/table tracker. Once your food is ready, someone will bring it out to you. I drive for postmates during the quarantine. Every order I have to get out of my car go into the restaurant to pickup the order and then get into my car with my hands full of food. When I got to stone fire grill someone was already waiting outside. They asked the name of the order and brought it out to me. Pleasantly surprised. Really loved the steak, Mac and cheese and pizza. It wasn't what we expected but we left their satisfied and full. My steak came with a salad. My wife and I wanted to try this restaurant, the concept throw me off a bit at first but after all I see the point, really clean and great customer services, the food was good but I thought the portion was small, I know they have different sizes but still they should be a bit generous with the amount, my wife got the mozzarella pesto on Ciabatta bread with the coleslaw on the side! This was our first time here. My husband and I both ordered burgers.The food came out in a decent amount of time. My husband bit into his burger and it was pretty raw. We don't normally send food back but this was inedible. So we sent it back. We had 2 servers check on us and a manager came over. We weren't upset or rude, just wanted it cooked more. We were offered extra food while we waited, anything we wanted. We were very impressed with the service and the willingness to make us happy. Although we didn't ask for anything extra, manager Luis (I think that was his name) gave us a gift card and refunded one meal. Plus they brought my husband his order. She's often there and always makes sure our order is correct. She goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need and that we had a great experience from the service.
