came here on Easter Sunday at 6pm received the worst service from a Carol who worked the cash register and took orders at first I thought it was just me then my husband and daughter brought the rude service we received by a Carol. The Mac came out stone cold frozen in the middle she said what do u want me to do rudely never offered a refund or replacement literally took the plate and reheated it I asked for some sauce or gravy for my mash potatoes she said we make none my whole family and I were made to feel so unwelcomed it was ridiculous will not return $65 down the drain to this place read more

I've never written a yelp review before and I actually used to really like this restaurant. The food's really good even though it's a little pricey but that's also what made me want to write this review even more because if you're expected to pay more, you shouldn't have to deal with incidents like this. Today I went in and after receiving my food, I got up to get some spoons for me and my friend and I saw that two of the spoons were crusty and dirty. We immediately let one of the servers know that there were dirty spoons in the pile and even though they helped take the two spoons away to be cleaned, I don't think I saw them check to see if the other spoons were clean, they just said that they must've not been washed as well as the others and that they were missed in the drying process. After that I didn't feel comfortable grabbing another spoon so I grabbed a fork but I no longer felt comfortable eating my food since there's no way of knowing what else could've been dirty in the kitchen. I will not be coming back but I hope this issue gets seriously addressed for future customers. read more

We had such a delicious and fun dinner here last night. We ordered two mega family meals for a party of 35 that was the perfect size to feed everyone. We were kindly given the large back room area for a wedding reception dinner here. Our friends all had a blast. Quite a few of us had eaten here before and those who hadn't were very impressed. I had personally never tried their BBQ chicken and OMG it was amazing. Fall off the bone tender and super juicy as well. We also ordered a cheesecake platter and a carrot cake platter, both were delicious and devoured. Thank you Stonefire for making our day so special. read more

I've been coming to Stonefire for OVER 15 years! My love for this place started at the Newhall/Valencia Ca location. Unfortunately they recently changed the bbq sauce at ALL locations and now I just can't eat here. The BBQ sauce used to go great on salad, pizza, breadsticks, chicken, you name it and it went with it. Now it is a super strong vinegar tastes and no longer bbq. I am beyond devastated. I unfortunately can't return. The food is no longer amazing without that sauce. It is just like everywhere else. As hard as it is for me to say I don't recommend this establishment anymore :( read more

We just ordered food from here today, New Year's Eve and this was our 1st time trying Stonefire Grill, and it did not disappoint!

I have been getting tired of the same lunch spots since I've been too lazy to make a list and go grocery shopping, so I tried Stonefire. I ordered online and was given a time to pick up. I showed up and checked in for curbside. I waited nearly 10 minutes before getting out of my car and as I approached the door I could see an employee coming with my order. The nachos were pretty good, lots of yummy goodness like black beans, cheddar and jack cheeses, green onions, cilantro, tomatoes but im they had become a bit soggy and were no longer hot. I ordered extra guacamole and sour cream which were warm and barely added to the nachos, which is a disappointment cause I think nachos need sour cream and guacamole and lots of it!!! The chicken tasted good and the size of the nachos for about $13 was pretty fulfilling for a lunch bite. For the most part nearly every tortilla chip had something on it, which is a rare occurrence as I feel most nachos served are only covered at the very top and then becomes nothing but bare chips eventually. We really enjoyed our experience here! The whole setup is very different than a typical restaurant... You order at the counter, but then it becomes more of a sit-down restaurant, where someone brings the food to your table, and the ambiance definitely feels more like a sit-down restaurant. So it really is the best of both worlds, with a nicer dining experience, but without having to pay a tip to a server! ;) We did the option where you buy a meal for two. The items came out family style, and we each had individual plates that we used to for our own portions. We absolutely loved the pesto in the tomesto pasta, as it was super creamy more than the typical oily pesto. Caesar salad was also good. I enjoyed the tri-tip, but my husband was a little disappointed as he was expecting a tad better, but still good! Carrot cake dessert was absolutely delicious! Portion sizes and prices were pretty good as well. Our only real disappointment was the breadsticks, which were very basic so we just shared a single one and took the rest to-go for our kids. If you're thinking of ordering stonefire grill for your next event. JUST DO IT. The food is amazing but most importantly the service and care taken into my order was perfect. I held a party for 60 guests. I ordered a full tray of tri tip, 2 full trays of garlic lemon chicken, a full tray of Alfredo, rigatoni with meat sauce, Caesar salad, breadsticks, marinara pasta with shrimp in the side, beans, coleslaw, cornbread and grilled veggies. Everything was delicious! And we had plenty of left overs to go around as the portions were very generous. I want to highlight that Juliana delivered our order she took the time to set up everything, including putting the water in the warmer dishes and lighting the flame under. Everything was packaged so well and stayed warm throughout our event. For the dessert we had to get the carrot cake, she even offered to cut it for us before she left, since we were celebrating a birthday we cut it ourselves. The cake was on another level, so moist and so delicious it was a perfect ending to a perfect catered meal. When Stonefire first opened it was exceptional. The food was always great quality. I feel like over the years it has become less quality, sometimes even tasting bad. We ordered the Superfood Fiesta Bowls (delivered from Postmates) and something tasted like it was going bad. They also didn't put the garbanzo beans on our bowls and we paid more to have extra on one of the bowls. So that was quite annoying. I really hope they can reprioritize and focus on making quality food again. read more

I've had Stonefire before in Irvine but this location exceeded my expectations! First parking was very easy to find. Upon entry there wasn't a long line but filled up quickly. Little to no wait once we got up to the register. We were greeted with the warmest smile and friendliest person! She took our order and helped with all the questions we have. We order the feast which feed 4 with tri tip, mashed potatoes, breadsticks, Cesar salad and Alfredo pasta! Once paid we were given a number to place on the table. All the tables were clean. The food came out immediately, everyone of our serves had a smile and made sure we were doing great! I never encountered anyone on staff that didn't have a smile. Everyone was so happy to be working! Which made us double happy. It felt like a big family working! The food came out hot and tasted so delicious! My taste buds were dancing yall! Even the manager was super sweet!!! The pizza here is pretty good!! The pepperoni pizza is my favorite here and their dough is so good. My husband tried the Tri-tip pizza with no onion. He said it was okay, the BBQ sauce was a little too tangy for him. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is because the girl that took our order in the front was in a really bad mood or something because she was not very friendly and even though we were nice and smiling, she didn't even smile once and sounded annoyed when we asked any questions about the food. The other people were very nice though, the person who brought our food over, the bus boy who picked up our plates and even the lady who gave us the to go box was very nice and friendly. Also, we've eaten here once before and got a large order of breadsticks because they looked so good but sadly they lack flavor. I had to dip them in ranch to eat them. read more
