First time and last time I will be coming here. Food was cold my chicken was not grilled it looked boiled and was still pink. The skin on the chicken did not help. Tri tip was dry and the center 2 pieces looked tender and moist but was not. Honestly the only good thing was the spinach dip. The loaded mash potatoes tasted like it was instant potato's from a box. Breadstick and kettle chips were ok. The guy at the register was nice and helpful. But the food not so much don't waste your money! In my opinion not worth it for all that we got. Never been to a restaurant where they don't check in on you to see how you are doing and liking the food. Maybe the cooks were having an off day but sucks my experience was bad. When you can't give it a 3, trying to understand why I paid for food which I needed to get all my own silverware, drinks and took a while to have a server come around. I've had the food several times through Uber Eats. Today I went to the dining room. It was very slow...unfortunately, the business model is strange. They have a pretty big menu. When you enter there is a big desk, they take your order at the desk, so if you've not eaten this food before, you have to make up your mind quickly...then you have some side dish choices, so they have to explain these. This line only goes as fast as the slowest person ahead of you. Fairly large dining area. When we entered, I don't think I saw two seated tables. The line was to the door...but because the place was busy, but because the person taking the order was training another person, and they "had to go consult a manager" a couple of times when this person was ordering!! We ordered, and then you go get your drink, seat yourself after you pick up plates, silverware, napkins. The food came very quickly, faster than the ordering process!! My food was good...tri tip medium rare with bbq sauce, and a Caesar salad. The wife had pulled pork that looked "ok"....we shared a blueberry cheesecake. Food was tasty, 4 stars...food ordering/speed a 2. I'll probably keep ordering Uber Eats for this food...painful ordering process.... read more

I went in with my friend Luke and we got breadsticks, Mac and cheese, and a salad. When we were looking for somewhere to sit every table was super dirty. We told a worker about it and it took 10 minutes just to do that. It took almost an hour for our food to arrive just to taste like if it was made in a gas station bathroom. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to and I'll never come back again :( read more

I come here maybe once every other month and get the reward points which is a bonus. We love to sit by the fire and I love the casual dark ambiance of this place. My 2.5 year old loves their marinara pasta and breadsticks. I always get the south of the border tri tip salad and my mother switches between pizza or pulled pork. The food is great! Absolutely a comfort food place for us. Today they were extremely busy and yet the manager and a server stopped by to ask if everything is tasting okay or if we needed anything. Please don't ever come here and waste your money. Servers don't go out of their way to make guests feel welcomed or taken care of. Received text at 5:10p.m that they were working on my order. Arrived at 5:34 p.m. girl at counter was avoidant. Finally she asked my name, came back and said they were working on it. I could see my plate was there already. At 5:45 p.m I asked another girl who was also avoidant and whose attention I had to get to ask what exactly they were waiting on? She said waiting on bread, maybe 7 more mins. Order was handed over to me at 5:55p.m. My plate was cold but I had hot bread. This is an operations manager issue. How do you fumble a one hour lead time? Mind you I was not the only one waiting on an order. The employees demeanor also suggests two things 1.) They get a fair share of upset customers 2.) I took my family to this restaurant yesterday for the first time. We ordered "the feast" combination and it was beyond what we would have ever hoped for! The rack of baby back ribs was excellent, tender and nicely smoked. The roasted chicken, sides and breadsticks were amazing as well. I just want to share my wonderful experience with Chris the GM at Stonefire Grill today. I placed an online order last night for 2 half pans but realized I forgot to order the amazing breadsticks. So i called first thing in the morning and Chris answered. She suggested that I order a dozen for the amount of food I ordered but she also said she would cut them in half so I would have more to serve. When why I arrived not only was she incredibly friendly but she generously did not charge me for the order of breadsticks and said "I took care of it". I came across @stonefiregrill on my way home from @animangausa and WOW. I was not expecting this kind of quality food from this style restaurant. When you walk in, you order and pay at the front end of the house and then proceed to seat yourself. The food. Ohmygosh. I tried the tri-tip, half rack of ribs, and half chicken with lemon garlic sauce. First of all, the chicken exploded with flavor. It was moist inside and covered in crispy skin and garlic cloves on the outside. You can never have too much garlic. Everything I had tasted better dipped in the sauce. It was phenomenal! The tri-tip was my next favorite entrée. It was prepared medium rare with a mesquite BBQ sauce exactly to my liking. The ribs were good. Not dry at all. They just couldn't compare to the star, the lemon garlic chicken. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this establishment and will absolutely come back when I'm in the area. read more

This place is definitely hit or miss. Last time everything was really good. This time the ribs were brittle (over cooked) and the Mac and cheese was watery. I had to add my own cheese at home to make it edible. Bread sticks didnt seem fresh. Maybe the regular chef was out today. Very disappointing. The salad was fresh and tasted good. read more

False advertising. I ordered the new family meal bundle online. What they picture online is not what I received in person regarding the pizza size. I wish they would clarify online that you will be receiving 4 very small slices. It wasn't until I picked up my order and saw the receipt says 7 inch pizza but no where online do they describe the pizza will be 7 inches. All the photos online show a decent size pizza EVEN when you order the "feeds two" option. Someone needs to make that correction online. This meal should be called "feeds two toddlers". read more
