Do not go here! You will waste your money! Went to this location for take out on a Sunday evening. My order was placed online and I was told it would be ready in 23 minutes. My sister in law and I arrived 5 minutes after the order was due to be ready. I clicked the link provided for drive up. Nothing happened...tried again, still nothing. Now this has nothing to do with the restaurant and more so the app. I went inside. Greeted by and young man, he asked the 3 people in front of me what the names were for their orders. He mumbled and then shuffled around a little before giving them their orders. It was my turn! I gave him my name, told him I placed my order online. Nothing, no order. I had my confirmation email pulled up...nothing. He went to get a manager. She was busy helping an employee with something and chatting. She never came to me, nothing. She asked the young man something and then continued looking at a computer screen. Finally 30 minutes have passed...she starts placing items in bags. She picks up food from a variety of places, some food had been sitting on the counter the entire time I was there. She called my name. Yay! My sister in law asked "is the food still warm." Her response: "yes." I picked up the tri tip and Mac and cheese and it was luke warm at best. I told her we saw this meat had been sitting out for almost 45 minutes and was in no way warm. She left. No words, no communication. Nothing. 10 minutes pass, still nothing. All the while more customers have come up to the counter, shockingly their orders are also no found! After 10 minutes of no communication, I tell the original young man I want a refund. He leaves. No communication . Nothing. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting around I left. I paid $70 for food I didn't eat, no one explained what happened, no one was remorseful. Absolutely one of the WORST experiences ever! I'm still trying to attempt to get a refund! read more

I really like coming here! This is my go to restaurant when I want to relax but still eat more than just a burger! Am I missing something? This food is sub par! I went last night for the first time and the waiters and waitresses acted like they hated their jobs. Every time we asked for something it came with an annoyed sigh or they just never brought it out. I think the front needs some organizational training. Everyone waits in the front like cattle & nobody explained to us how the process worked. I went here for dinner on Halloween, and the place was practically empty (so was every other food place in the area)... so I don't know if it's usually busy or not. With that said, the best way to describe it is a panera feel with a BBQ twist??? You order at the front and get your drinks yourself. You actually get your own utensils too. Food came out really fast and it was really good! The food is really flavorful and is actually a nice break from the norm in the area. So when you get inside you order so that isn't so great since you need to look at the menu see what you want, there are alot of items, and feel pressure when people are waiting behind you. Tonight was our family's first time here, we had a party of 11. I'm not one to do reviews, but I find this time I feel like I need to. My portion of the bill was 76.00 for 3 of us the other 1/2 of the family in the high $100.00. We ordered 2 tri tip specials and a 1/2 tri tip. A couple sides ( ranch beans, and mashed potatoes) We had a garden salad ( big) It was not your typical garden salad it had everything in it chopped up it was dry not enough flavor. I was looking forward to the cowboy beans.. didn't care for them. The garlic mashed was very dry, but a good flavor. I have taken out food via curbside several times during the pandemic restrictions and Stonefire has been great each time. They have had my orders ready as promised and courteously delivered the meals to my car wearing all required protective gear (more, actually). The orders were all accurate and yummy. We tried this restaurant on a Sunday night. We had the tri tip and chicken with cauliflower salad, baby back ribs and garlic mashed potatoes and a garden salad. We looked for a clean table and that was challenging. A lot of dirty tables and no one around to clean them. Finally sat down and was told the garlic mashed potatoes would not be done for 30 minutes. They removed the charge for the potatoes and gave me a free coleslaw instead. The food was plentiful and delicious. The only issue is it is a Chaotic dining experience. Servers and staff bustling around but no one paying attention to the customers needs. More chaos leaving the restaurant with the crowd lining up to order. It just seems there should be a better system as this could be a fire hazard! Would give it another try because of the food and see if anything has improved! read more

I went here for the first time yesterday. Different set up. You walk in and order off the menu and then find yourself a seat rather then wait to be seated. You grab your own drinks and silverware but what's nice is by the time you get settled in your food is up. I was confused upon entering, having to order your food immediately at the counter, than find a seat. The atmosphere is modern and trendy, and the establishment is clean. The staff have all been very helpful and friendly. Especially Evan, who assisted us throughout our visit. He checked on us and cleaned up after us. Larissa was very helpful and friendly. She explained the menu and how to order. When we returned a second time, she remembered us and welcomed us back. Very good customer service! The food is amazing. There is something about the caesar salad that I love... must be the dressing. The Tri-Tip is so tender and has two marinated choices. BBQ and garlic butter. I realized the garlic one is my favorite. With pasta, pizza and sandwich options as well, you will always have something good to choose from. The portions are also a very good size. Okay so I LOVE Stonefire. And so glad they opened one close to home. I work in Pas and always go there. It was nice to see some familiar faces as well that were rockstars at the Pas location. First time here. Food is very good. Prices are reasonable. You walk in and order and they bring you the food. The staff seems really inexperienced. The young lady who brought our wine clearly had opened very few bottles. The person who took our order was fairly familiar with the menu but was a little baffled when we asked her about salad dressing options. The salad, wine and salmon and chicken were all really good. Top notch for the food. Wine was only 18 for a bottle not bad. The only legit complaint was they they brought the salad and then a minute later brought the fish and chicken. A little time would have been appreciated. So overall good food with below average service. Atmosphere is fine. Called in a phone order for pick up and was treated with a friendly staff member who helped me place my order. He was patient answering all of my questions. He told me they have curbside pickup so I'll I need to do was call when I arrive in 30 minutes. I called and my order was ready. My meal was brought out and I was treated with a friendly hello. Would love to try this place, but couldn't even get in the door. Their concept is to "walk in" if you can, order your food at the counter then get seated with a buzzer to get your food brought to you. Unfortunately this concept failed miserably, they were so backed up at the counter we couldn't really get in the door, people leaving couldn't get out the door (potential fire hazard for sure) so we decided that trying this place was not worth this lame concept. Try sitting people and taking their order instead of making us stand in an over crowded line trying to decide what we want to eat. Fix this problem and I'll gladly come in to actually try your food.
