When I called, they said they are happy to accommodate late orders (as his flight was delayed) but the kitchen appreciates a minimum of 30 mins before closing to ensure the best possible quality and be able to close the kitchen in a timely manner. Absolutely understandable and respected. They know what they are doing. We got 4 orders of Cod and Chips, a salad, and and extra cod piece plus an order of shrimp tacos... and when I tell you everything was still crisp and piping hot after making the 20min drive back home, it absolutely blew my mind!
