It's not popular by demand and a "must go to" because I said that. The reason being, many new comers say that the must go by Walter's because someone told them how good the hot dogs were and the service. I've been visiting Walter's for 24 years. I know, it's hard to convince you because this is my first review and check in, but I'm not here to convince you of how long I've been eating Walter's hot dogs. I'm only here to convince you that you need to come by and witness for yourself. Walter's is a hut that sells hot dogs. They used to have a table where you can sit but it's predominantly take out place. They do have several trucks as well so you can have a catered event. Waiter's hot dogs are split in half and served flat. I really prefer my traditional hotdogs on the bun but this works and they are really delicious. I had one regular dog with ketchup and their mustard relish mix, the bun is toasted and that gives a nice crunch and mild flavor, nothing tangy. I also got a chili dog and it was quite different. A small portion of Walter's style chili, it also was pretty good and not overwhelmed by the chili. The tater tots were different they weren't regular tots it was more potatoie if that makes since. I discovered that they have a vegan dog. If I had viewed the menu closer before ordering, I would have tried it. The also have shakes and other is tems. Pics of menu posted. This was such a tasty trip and Walter's customer service is always A-1 service. I'm full but I have room to... Inspire more, Yelp more!

Walters has also been around forever; now they have expanded with another restaurant in White Plains plus a truck, cementing their legacy in Westchester indefinitely while expanding at the same time.

This was about 5 minutes away from the hotel we were staying at- Hotel Noma. Now one should know what Mcdonalds serves- anything from hamburgers to chicken sandwiches and nuggets, and they also serve breakfast like mcgriddles, and various wraps and sandwiches. This location is open 24 hours. This location has ample parking, and we were able to find a spot right away. Walked in. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Only thing is that he did suggest to us to use the computer mobile screens for ordering since they have pictures, and we were unsure of what we wanted. Me- i'm fine with that-- but my dad can struggle with those machines sometimes. But, we were able to figure out what to order based upon the photos. The cashier also spent time and helped us with the machine if we had any problems. Which was useful. I got a medium coffee with McGriddles (which are pancakes!) My mom and Dad got a combo with a sandwich and small coffee. in total we spent $27.00. We paid via a credit card. We ate our breakfast at a table. Oh, and side note- most of the tables were dirty with crumbs on them and fries on the floor. Now we were able to find a clean one and sit comfortably but still. We did notice that same cashier trying to clean as well. We all enjoyed our coffee and food. I enjoyed my pancakes especially, and my coffee. Would most likely be back if we are ever in the area.

This one seemed like a safe bet and it was as decent as you'll get. To be fair, this is Popeye's. Pretty much the main competitor to KFC and it's fast food. The commercials are annoying, but it is what it is. To come to Popeye's expecting something other than fast food and an average experience is nuts. I came with low expectations. The menu choices range, but I tried some basics. The cashier was actually very friendly. The food itself was ok. I got it to go, so no dining in comments. It was on the smaller size inside, but everything looked clean enough. The chicken was ok and about on par with KFC. The fries were good. The biscuit is ok. They seemed to just throw everything into the container without care, so best of luck trying to separate fries from chicken when you get home. Parking is decent. They share the space with Shop Rite and a car dealership and there is plenty of parking. Overall a decent fast food option in the area if you're looking for just that. Keep the expectations realistic and low and you'll be just fine.

They're out of business as of 5/30/2026. :(…read more I would go there on a regular basis in the morning and for lunch. The employees were great, and we knew each other by name. I was very surprised to go there this morning for a cup of coffee, only to find it locked. I looked in the windows; all the cases were empty, and all the pictures were off the walls. I was there the day before for lunch around noon, and nobody mentioned that they were closing. I don't know if the employees knew or not? Or maybe they knew, and were asked not to say anything to the customers? I hope all the employees are ok and had another job lined up. I'm actually going to miss seeing them. I also hope that everything is ok with the owner(s). It's concerning when a business just closes like this, with no sign in the window, or indication that they were closing.

Village Square Bagel is a staple in this community, serving delicious bagels and sandwiches…read morethroughout the Larchmont and Mamaroneck area. My first experience was in the summer of 2005, I purchased a bagel, cream cheese and lox. Through the years I've used Village Square Bagel on several occasions to cater Christmas breakfast for subordinates, ongoing for 16 years. Coming in today was a bit different. Although I was greeted and welcomed, it appeared there was a failure in communication. I had to keep repeating my order. There is a serious language Barrier that hindered the young lady from determining what a question was and a request. I asked what kind of pasta salad she says okay pasta salad for you what else. I ordered an Everything toasted bagel, scallion cream cheese, and lox. It came with a pasta salad and little bitty, eenie weenie side salad. The bagel taste very fresh, the scallion cream cheese tasted like regular creme cheese, and the lox hit a Grand Slam. Whoa! The taste was savory, like melt in your mouth. I wish it was a sandwich that really took long to eat because I could not get enough of that taste. (OMG I'm salivating) I had plenty of omega 3 healthy fats this morning, see the pics. The salads were something to write home about. All of this for $16.46 with an added on coffee for $1 plus a refill, WHAT A BARGAIN! I've seen it all here, the ambiance is casual, but people come as they are, be it works attire early A.M. and Dressed for the commuters into Larchmont. Not many locals come in Dressed attire, they're to busy running for the Metro North train- redline, into Manhattan! Of course there is room for improvements: having a cleaner dining area for those like myself that didn't want to eat and drive. Better yet. Have someone monitor the dining area because it really doesn't make sense for it to be that messy! And I can't say much about who they hire but comprehension and analytical skills need improvement. Lastly, the coffee is in a container so it's not hot, hot. Like THAT hot, it's almost hot. Okay? Belly full, refilled coffee to go. Next stop, get air in my tire and off to Queens.
