So this evening I have had my first bad experience at your Taco Bell. Initially I was going to overlook it but to have my money just thrown in the garbage with no regard is unfair to me and I believe I should speak up for myself. Let me start by saying I had a craving for Taco Bell for the past 2 days. So when I drove past the location at 329 Main Street I gave in to my temptation. When I came into the store no one was at the counter to take orders. Myself and another lady concluded that they must not take customer orders so we ordered at the kiosk though neither of us wanted to. I placed my order and waiting for it to be given. There was a young man at the counter who had no concept of professionalism or the aspects of customer service but I disregarded it as he was young. He gave me my cup for my drink. The drink was watered down and essentially flavorless but I overlooked that as I should not have sugar anyway. The young man gives me my order and I head to the vehicle as I was getting a ride with someone becuase I do not drive nor do I live in Westchester. I take a bite of the cinnamon twists and they are CLEARLY freezer burned. It was TERRIBLE. I proceed to ignore it and remind myself that I should not have it anyway. The person driving me drops me off at home. When I get in the house I throw the twists away as they were beyond edible. I proceed to eat my food. I take a bite of everything and it's ALL freezer burned. To the point where I couldn't even tough through it. I tried! I proceeded to call the store and ask for the Manager. Unfortunately I did not get his name due to extreme frustration. I explain the situation to him. I tell him that everything is freezer burned. And not only was it freezer burned it was soggy and I had to pull bits of paper off of it because it was so much. I explain that I know it's freezer burned because I worked in food service for very many years. I go on to explain that I do not live near the location at all. He proceeds to tell me that he will have a new order waiting for me tomorrow. I again remind him that there is no way I can come to the store as I do not live nearby. He takes no initiative to find a solution and proceeds to say there is nothing he can do for me. The reality is, what he could have done for me is ensure that his staff is storing food correctly. He could also do quality control of the food. I get it, it's late. But that is no excuse to afford poor product to paying customers. I now have to throw all this food into the garbage because it's not edible and that is TOTALLY unfair to me. I work hard for my money and fast food or not, if I pay for something I expect it to be of the appropriate quality. I am so disappointed in the poor quality and poor customer service. And I'm beyond angry that I thought I had a quick and easy dinner just to have to throw it all into the trash. At the very least I would like a refund. read more

I go to this Taco Bell at least two times a week but usually it's closer to three or four. I love this Taco Bell. Other reviews complain that orders take too long but I've never waited longer than at most when it was packed maybe 15 minutes? Usually I get my order in about 5 minutes. The manager is exceptionally friendly as is the rest of the staff. I always get the correct items, and they're never skimped on ingredients. The food is Taco Bell standard and almost always hot. A friend of mine has said that they 'practically live out of that taco bell'. The only thing is that if they're busy and you're paying cash you might have to wait a minute or two to pay, but again only if they're busy. They pretty regularly clean the tables and in general it's nice to be in. The self order kiosk is also very convenient but that's pretty standard at Taco Bell. I don't know. After all my years of searching, I believe I have finally found a possible heir to the throne where Checkers once stood. I ordered two steak chalupas, but received two steak quesadillas instead. How is this even possible? How does chalupa sound like quesadilla? I also ordered the two pack Cinnabon Delights, but I ended up being given four! Not that I'm complaining. Maybe they realized "The Great Chalupa Caper" already ruined my lunch and figured they'd throw in some bonus Delights. Oh, and how can I forget? After each item I ordered, the lady in the drive-thru asks me, "something else?" What? What does she mean "something else"? Is she telling me that I can't have that item and must select something else? Maybe that's why I didn't receive my chalupas. And why is the drive-thru lane so narrow? This is by far THE WORST taco bell I have ever been to thus far. A few friends and I decided to stop at this Taco Bell after work around 12am. We checked online beforehand and it had said this new rochelle location was open till 3am- including the drive thru. We enter the drive thru and tell the employee our simple order of 3 crunch wraps and 3 sodas. This Taco Bell proceeds to leave us waiting in the drive thru FOR 30 MINUTES. There are two cars in front and 2 behind us so we are literally trapped for half an hour with no escape. At some point, this Taco Bell turns off all the lights in the place- which would make sense if they were closing- but were not supposed to for another 3 hours. The drive thru window is visible to us the entire time so we can see several employees standing there CHATTING. I cannot highly UNRECOMMEND a place as much as this one. Yes the bell is the McDonald's of Mexican fast food but sometimes that's good enough. stopped by taco bell in New rochelle Sunday afternoon to grab a little something to hold me till dinner and glad the self service tablets are available cause its really easy to use and the menu board on the wall is not easy to see from far away. Ok the typical menu of tacos. Burritos, enchiladas, , etc, and I like the simple list on the dollar menu. Inside seating is allowed but I see some dude mumbling to himself so I better order and go. The 7 dollar box which includes enough stomach turning delights to hold me till evening comprises of two tacos , one bean burrito, one semi stale cookie , diet coke and a bunch of nacho chips with liquidity cheese sauce which I assumed cause the rumbles in my gut.
