They make their tortillas fresh and they have a sign that says "fresh food not fast food" although my food didn't take too long to make...they also have a salsa bar with plenty of salsa and vege toppings. The taco truck is located next to a Mexican iced cream shop. And the young kid working there was the sweetest, he walked me through their menu with such great enthusiasm, it was very refreshing! On this visit we ordered a small Rocky Road milkshake ($7.75) and a small is still a generous sized milkshake. I split it with my friend and it was plenty for both of us. One thing that makes their shakes special is that they blend them into a thick shake, but add an extra scoop of ice cream on top. This way it's nice and cold and you can scoop it or let it melt as you drink from the bottom of the shake and the thick consistency lasts longer. The buns glistened, the lettuce and tomatoes were centered and properly proportioned, and the patties were cooked juicy (well, as juicy as an In-N-Out patty can be) with a slight pink center.
