You get what you pay for- at 13.99 (9.99 with the summer promo) I got a good amount of sushi but the roll I got (Rocky Roll) said nothing about being fried and wasn't very flavorful. Not necessarily BAD and we were just looking for something fast & open which is what we got, but def not worth another visit

Food - for a small little place in this little mall, I was really impressed. The Jade roll was really fresh and they had a ton of vegetarian options! Very tasty! Service - very speedy and polite! Ambiance - casual and clean. Minimalist and modern with options for a table or take out.

We got take out when I was visiting my daughter in Seattle. I don't usually buy sushi except for special occasions. This restaurant almost ruined my holidays. The sushi rolls they gave us was old and brown. It looked like they made it the day before. Not good tasting. The wasabi was only two very small packets despite having ordered 4 rolls. And the pickled ginger they gave us actually tasted like mold. Not a little bit. It was so moldy I had to spit it out into my napkin. We spent $50 on a holiday meal to celebrate the little time we have together, and this restaurant sold us some shit in a box. It was horrible and these people have no idea what service means. What a selfish thing to do to your customers. They should be shut down.

The very greasy and hard beef bento box do not recommend

The food was very unsatisfactory and very cheap, the shushi burrito chicken dinner taste like a McDonalds McChicken the portions are a lot smaller then the photos they show, the teriyaki beef bento box meat was way to thick and taste like cheap freezer burnt meat, the sushi was absolutely disgusting the and the teriyaki chicken bento box meat was very grisly and not lean at all, made my mom very nauseous after eating it service at the restaurant was decent, wan g looked very tired and seems out of it, the ambiance was nice inside, on the street I heard someone complain about it saying it's "nowhere close the bb's teriyaki", which in my opinion is decent, today we called asking for a refund and we were told "no Since nobody else complained about the food we can not offer a refund" the only good thing was the rice

We ordered door for delivery. I am watching my sodium intake, do this was a refreshing experience. The chicken was tender, sushi was nice and fried shumia was yummy. The preparation and packaging was great service for our delivery with condiments included ginger, low sodium soy sauce and wasabi. I have not been to this location, but it is a great place to order for delivery LadyFlava of LadyFlavaNews

My boyfriend and I got our order delivered via Postmates and everything arrived super quickly. The fried foods were still hot, and the seafood was still fresh and amazing. We got the yummy roll meal with a side of tuna tataki for $22.95. The tuna tataki was savory due to the light sear and little bit of pepper on top. I found the addition of mango to raw fishes (tuna, salmon, and yellowtail) to be super refreshing and that it surprisingly compliments the taste of the sea. The yum yum sauce was creamy yet refreshing, completing and balancing the taste of the whole roll. We actually ordered extra of that sauce to dip the chicken karaage, which was in a promotion for only $1.95. The chicken was juicy and tender on the inside while the exterior was nice and crunchy despite having been delivered. We also got a BOGO deal for the fried california rolls (6pc), so we were able to get 12 pieces for only $8.45! We were able to get enough food to fully feed two people for just $30 due to promotions, but even without it, I thought the prices were decent. Fresh and delicious, I'd recommend!

Avoid ordering from doordash unless you're cool with getting an incorrect order. Tried getting a salmon poke and ended up with shrimp. Called the restaurant and got even more confused after talking with them. Definitely not ordering from there again.

Not bad for a quick Japanese fast food restaurant! They're is a variety of items on the menu. We tried the salmon don and the gyudon. Both were prepared fairly quickly and the quality wasn't bad! The rice to protein ratio was high but everything was tasty and simple.

The food is fresh. Comfortable environment, offer good service Recommend here to find food that suits you.

SOOOOO delicious! Ordered takeout from this spot. Food was ready quickly and packaged perfectly! The rolls are small but very well made and yummy. Got the Seahawk ($11.95) and the Snow Crab ($11.95) Rolls, and the Unagi Don ($12.95). ALl super fresh and delicious. Seems to be a small place with limited seating inside.

I have been here a few times now and thoroughly enjoyed everything here. It's not the best food yo eaten but the quality exceeds the price you pay. Karaage chicken - these are sooo plump and tender inside and very flavorful. The outside is a little tough but not bad. Also, they have promotions right now where you can get these for $1. Normally, it would be $5 which is still very reasonable as well. Unagi bowl - another great deal. A typical unagi bowl at most places can cost you around $15-$16. The bowls here are around $12. And the flavor and texture is all there. I love the flavor, it worked really well with the soft rice Takoyaki - standard, nothing really special Tuna tataki - this was surprisingly good. It's not as thick cut as most places but the flavor and quality is there again. I usually don't like rice but I was hoping to have rice to go with it. They could make a rice bowl with this and I would buy it. Onigiri - this is a new item on their menu and I thought it was a little pricey. They are super cute and very simple. One of them had seaweed and one of them has crayfish. They were good but I don't think I would pay more than $5 for them. Overall, this place will be a go to for a quick lunch and sushi in capitol hill.

Very nice to enjoy my date in peace with a simple meal.
    Darrion H.

This is a simple place. I like to come here to get away from all the madness. Prefect for a different, but simple date night meal. There arent any crazy bars or picked dining rooms here. You have enough elbow room to not even notice the others dining. If the place where Sunday packed you would still have enough room to enjoy a private date. You do however have to order at the front counter and seat yourself. The portions are fairly small, but it is on the cheaper side for sushi in the area. This is not my go to fit sushi at all... well I do think their handroll menu is probably my favorite I've had the pleasure of ordering from. If you want to go on a date and have good and simple food that won't break the pockets, this is your place. Unless it's happy hour, I think you can find better deals on sushi at other restaurants for happy hour. Either way, this place gets my vote! I love coming here. 4.5 for me.

While I have never visited the restaurant, they have delivered no less than ten meals to me via Uber Eats. I first tried them because of a 2 for 1 special they had and now find then an affordable delight at a fair price for Seattle. The delivery is always packaged with all the necessities (soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, chopsticks, etc) that you would need when dining in your hotel room. Deliveries have always been fast to the hotels as this location is central to downtown Seattle. Definitely worth a shot.

I remember the days when you'd see them sitting at the corner table, hand-folding wontons right in front of you. They've gotten so busy now that they do it in the back, and if you don't time your visit right, be prepared to wait in a long line. This is my absolute go-to combo on a chilly day, and honestly, the best hangover cure: Wonton Noodle Soup, Cod Fish Congee, Chinese Broccoli, and Chinese Donuts (Youtiao). You cannot skip the donuts--they are a must! My personal ritual is adding a splash of pink vinegar and chili paste into the congee, dipping the donut in, and taking a huge bite. It's pure comfort that warms you up from the inside out and instantly heals a tired soul. My husband prefers the beef wonton noodle soup because it's rich and hearty, but I love the classic, clean flavor of the plain wonton soup with its seafood-based broth. A quick heads-up: The service is typical for an authentic, bustling Chinese restaurant--don't expect fancy fine-dining treatment, but the staff is genuinely friendly and efficient. Also, **it's CASH ONLY**, so come prepared! Among the handful of restaurants I've stayed loyal to for 20+ years, this spot holds a very special place in my heart. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend and I stopped in before a flight, which in hindsight was a mistake. We ordered around 12:30 PM (niku beef udon, garlic pork udon, and chicken karaage), and it took nearly an hour to receive everything. The karaage came out first after about 40 minutes, then one udon about 10 minutes later, and the final dish close to an hour after ordering. Because of this, we weren't able to eat together unless one of us let our food go cold. On top of that, the restaurant itself was uncomfortably cold, which made the long wait feel even worse. It also seemed like many other tables were experiencing similar issues--orders coming out at different times or missing entirely, with customers having to repeatedly follow up. What stood out most was the lack of communication. There was no acknowledgment of the delays, no check-ins, and no apology--not when the food was dropped off, and not even when we left. Given that we had to pay upfront and the price point was $20+ per bowl, it made the experience feel even more disappointing. While the portions were decent and the noodles seemed handmade, the food itself didn't feel particularly special to justify the wait or cost. I truly hope this feedback is helpful. With better timing, communication, and overall service, I think the experience could be much better.

This place is a true gem, serving satisfying, delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere at an affordable price. The restaurant looks small from the front, but space is used efficiently and they manage to fit quite a bit of seating into not that large of a dining room. Tables are mostly four tops, quite spacious at that, and surrounded by sturdy wooden chairs. I came for dinner on a Friday evening and there were a few other tables at any given time. Service was quick and our water never ran empty. We had the wontons in hot oil, topped with peanuts, I had the beef chow fun, and my dinner buddy had the pork with hot sauce noodles. The wontons are very very good, stuffed with flavorful pork and swimming in a sauce that sits in that perfect spot at the intersection of hot and sour. The peanuts and scallions add a delightful crunch. Their beef chow fun satisfies every bit of childhood nostalgia I have for this dish, with lots of wok hei, bouncy noodles, and the most tender of beef. I think my favorite beef chow fun in the city still lives at A+ Hong Kong Kitchen, but this is a close second. The portion here is also huge. I am a human vacuum and I actually brought leftovers home, which is rare for me. The pork with hot sauce noodles is seemingly a fusion of zha jiang mian and dan dan noodles.
