    This place sucks

    My car came in the day before to get service I got a quote for service to get done. I bought my car up there and used and wasted a AAA tow for them to call me the next day and tell me that their certified technician doesn't feel comfortable doing the job that they quote me at first they need to find people that are confident in what they are doing The technicians are not certified or confident and make sure before you do business with this company ,validate everything that they're saying and make sure they don't give you the runaround and also not telling customers one thing Then go tell the technician other things we wasted a whole day with this place they won't even fix my car because they felt a liability ! your liability at any moment with somebody's car to mess up with anything you fix so I don't understand why they wouldn't fix my car!!!! they want you to pay the full price my price went from 809 to 393 to 1400$ In 1 day they not even examining the car right. The prices are everywhere so beware of this place!!! they want to scam you out of your money ! It's the fact that I've been there 3 time to get my car fix for the same Problem ! My car over heating This place suck

    Don't believe their promotional emails! They sent emails with promotions for 15% off for recommended service that say Oil change if you book them in advance but then when you get there they say the Oil change have no discount. Seems like false advertising.

    Today was the fourth attempt to get my car inspected since February here. Two times resulted in the "we're too far behind to get to it", once was "we won't have time to do it", and this time was "we don't have an inspector here". The last one is disappointing because that's the favorite excuse of Jiffy Lube and I thought they were better than that.

They not only completed my oil change quickly, but also took the time to inspect a few other things on my vehicle. Edmundo noticed that I needed a headlight replaced and new windshield wipers, and they helped take care of that during the visit. They were also thoughtful enough to offer coupons, which helped keep the cost reasonable when adding those items onto my oil change. When I went to ask about the rings, Benito mentioned it was actually his training day. It was really impressive to see Edmundo guiding him and setting him up for success, making sure everything was done correctly and that the service stayed efficient. It showed great leadership and teamwork. I'm also about to go on a road trip this weekend, and without me even mentioning it, Edmundo made sure my car was ready for the weather and safe to drive until my next oil change. That level of care really stood out to me, especially since my vehicle is over 23 years old. I truly appreciated their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Thank you Edmundo and Benito for making sure my car is road-trip ready!

The whole experience felt very interactive and customer-focused. I have three vehicles, and one belongs to my son, who is a brand-new driver. This would honestly be such a valuable experience for a new driver to better understand what is needed and why. I never felt pressured into extra services at all. Everything was explained clearly, and the team was transparent throughout the process. The service was timely, the atmosphere was great, and the pricing was comparable to other oil changes I've had. I also needed a coolant flush and was able to use a coupon, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here too. Shoutout to Miss Whitney, Tyreek, Trevor, and the rest of the team working today. Great communication and a great experience overall.

    I stopped by the location on Lake Creek Pkwy and 183 in Austin. I'm an Uber driver and needed an…read moreoil change before the start of SXSW. Besides my second marriage this was the biggest mistake of my life. I drive a 2023 KIA Soul and the tech put the wrong oil in my car. This wasn't discovered right away. Leaving Take 5 my car made a noise and died, just stopped running. My son helped me get it home and for 36 days it did not run. It would start, make a noise and die. After replacing parts, because I thought it was other things, a battery, a sensor. My neighbor who is a mechanic at UT made the wrong oil discovery. He changed my oil and it has ran perfectly. Take 5 took responsibility, they even have the tech on video putting the wrong oil in my car. Jaylen at the location told me the store would send a refund check for the oil change and claims would handle the rest. It is May 18. I have never received a check for the refund. I have sent receipts and proof of missed wages, everything they have asked for. Brandon in claims said he was assigned to help Dee in claims and it should be resolved in about a week. That was three weeks ago. Today Dee said she sent it to investigations and it will be at least five more days until they look at it. I missed 36 days of work. For 36 days I couldn't pay bills. I'm slowly catching up. I've been lied to and ignored and pushed to the next person on the ladder. I didn't want to make a post or a bad review but I feel like I have no other choice. Communication is all I want and I'm not getting it. Do better Take 5. This is just the beginning.
