Clicking on someone for providing feedback (consistently missing boba from Oreo crème brûlée boba milk on Postmates) is crazy. Employee who took phone kept insinuating that I removed boba when ordering and acted annoyed that I called very respectfully to make sure they'd add boba (after missing it so many times on multiple different orders). Visited this Sunright location over the weekend while I was in Ktown. The interior is modern and clean and I appreciated the warm welcome by the staff. I find myself preferring less sweet drinks nowadays so having the option to adjust sweetness levels is a big plus. I ordered a oolong milk tea 25% sweet with grass jelly and it was terrific, a strong oolong flavor, creamy with a hint of sweetness and a playful texture from the grass jelly. The shop was lively but still got my drink in a few short minutes. Will definitely return whenever I am in the neighborhood. read more

Love this place but you need to turn on the air conditioner for your employees. I only have to be there for 5 minutes at a time; they have to be there for HOURS working in the heat. My personal recommendations: - Fave refreshing drink: Mango Frostie and add lychee jelly to it! - Fave milk drink: Oreo brulee boba milk - Fave milk tea: ceylon cheese - To matcha lovers: matcha red bean frostie. I was walking by and I noticed that they finally opened! They have a good selection of drinks to try and the store looked clean and modern. I believe Sam was the worker who took my order and he was super patient while helping me select a drink. I ended up getting the Oreo Brulee and the boba was chewy and fresh. I recently visited Seoul and was missing all things Korean so a trip to Ktown was in order. I didnt know Sunright had a spot here but was glad to see it next to a very popular shaved ice shop. I was so happy to see that their watermelon cooler was back on the menu, its one of my favorite drinks but only available in the summer. If you guys see it on the menu then definitely try it, I get it 25% sweet with agar boba and its super refreshing and satisfying! This location was very clean, cheerful and the staff were friendly and efficient. read more

Staff was very rude. Asked if they could make an adjustment on and drink and they just said "well that's how we make it" and walked off.

I was the only customer there at first and there was a long wait before the employee that goes by K told me to order with the self checkout. I pointed out there were a lot of price discrepancies with the drinks advertised in the store vs the checkout. Employee refused to tell me about the price of the drinks but instead got really triggered and shut down and said that she wouldn't know anything about the price of the drinks because she's just the employee and I should leave a review and speak to the manager. Flat out refused to help me with prices of drinks. Then was petty enough to make it obvious to treat every customer after me better all because I dared ask a question. So if you are K, I hope you learn that customers are allowed to ask questions about the price of your products because you are an employee. read more

I'm a big fan of Sunright! Their teas are always really good. I usually get the creme brûlée oreo. It's quite rich, but lowering the sweetness helps with that. Stopped by after dinner in the area for a dessert drink. This line was long so we ordered off the QR code, not sure why more people don't take advantage of their easy online ordering page. The line next door for shaved ice was even longer! I tried a mango frostie which came with jasmine tea jelly at 100% and it was way too sweet for me. The staff was super cool about remaking it for me at 50% and it was delicious. Parking is a challenge but there is $5 valet in the rear if you don't have luck with street parking. Taro puree is a bit hard and has too many big chunks... I guess the employee forgot to add some sugar syrups... I am a big fan of Sunright. My current favorites are the matcha strawberry latte, mango milk tea and white peach cheesefoam. What is best about this chain is they always serve up consistently made drinks across all their locations of which I have been to probably 10. This ktown shop is the usual modern and bright design with a friendly staff. I got lucky with street parking but theres a paid lot in the rear. read more

Ordered a couple tea+boba for delivery and loved both that I ordered. I got: 1. Iced Thai Tea w/ brown sugar boba + special house milk. 2. Jasmin & Strawberry Iced Tea w/ honey boba. The Thai tea was super flavorful and a delight to drink. The Jasmin Strawberry tea was refreshing and fresh, with fresh strawberries mashed up in it. The honey boba was extremely good. In a sea of boba choices to choose from in Koreatown, I am SO EXCITED Sunright finally opened their location here on 6th St! They have the best boba in LA and I always end up getting the Celong Milk Tea with foam cheese with either 50 percent or 25 percent sugar (depending on my mood!).
