I really wanted to try this place because of the good reviews. The restaurant was fairly busy on a Saturday morning but it was easy to get a table, I love the wait-list option. Our server was very nice. However, we were disappointed with the food. We got the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and a breakfast burrito, both were bland, without much flavor. The blueberry granola pancakes were light and fluffy but was lacking in blueberry flavor, also the butter was salty and made the pancake salty. Not sure why they can't add some flavor to the food. Our server also did not let us know there was an upcharge for the chicken sausage. Overall a disappointment. We'll go back to our usual breakfast joints. read more

Aesthetically the place is very cozy. The service was fantastic. Started off with a white chocolate iced latte (can't start the day without coffee!) it was good but standard for a coffee drink. I ordered the strawberry Nutella waffles. They were VERY generous with the Nutella, it was pretty delicious. My husband ordered the huevos rancheros. Unfortunately his meal wasn't as good, it was pretty boring and bland. Salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce could only help so much. Everything was pretty expensive as well. We may return in the future but I think there are some better breakfast places out there. But if you're looking for a cute kind of upscale breakfast/lunch spot, this is the perfect place! read more

My dad and I came here after golfing one day. It's a cute little mom and pop shop that is conveniently located by my house. Thank goodness because everything was amazing!! To start, we came 15 minutes before closing and they sat us and no one seemed annoyed. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive and did not rush us. They have a small bar a lot of tables and seating. I had a cup of coffee and the mimosa flight. It came with 4 mimosas and you got to choose from like 15 different flavors. All of them were good except the pineapple strawberry. I had blueberry, dragon fruit and another I can't remember. Also had a pretty presentation!! For breakfast I had the biscuits and gravy. They didn't give you a huge biscuit, which I like. I feel like some places give too much. The gravy was delicious, one of the best I've had up north. It came with two eggs that I got over medium (a little too wet) and bacon. The bacon was perfect. My dad had an omelet and ate the whole thing. Very popular place, but I was fortunate to be seated immediately on a Thursday morning around 10:40. I asked if their chicken fried steak (CFS) was scratch made. They said it was so that's what I ordered; over easy eggs, sourdough toast 'heavily buttered', and a plain Bloody Mary. The CFS was just okay. Very thin to include the breading. I prefer it to be like fried chicken with a krispy well seasoned breading fried to a golden perfection. This was far from that. Gravy was fine. Together they needed salt, pepper, and hot sauce to give it flavor. The potatoes were cold, only grilled on one side. Texture was chewy where grill toasted on the one side and mushy for all the uncooked potatoes. They too needed salt and pepper to give them any flavor. Although I asked for the bread to be generously buttered, it wasn't. Just a light amount about the size of a quarter in the middle with the other 90% being dry bread. The eggs were cooked as requested and the Bloody Mary was fine. My waitress took my check and cash while I was still seated. Overall, not a good effort on their part. Their other offerings might be better. I just saw their Business Manager's response of 'if you got a bad meal, it's your fault for not telling us.' I will not be returning. read more

Great Sunday morning breakfast and i like being able to do remote setting up my place in line so I have a shorter wait when I get there.

Met a couple gals from work here. I was able to put us on the Yelp waitlist which was nice as it was almost an hour wait. The spot is easy to find and it's BUSY! There is parking in front and I noticed some driving around for a spot to open. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating with misters. It was nice out so we opted to sit on the patio. Service was quick and friendly even with how busy it was. I ordered the Breakfast Bowl which was a delicious Greek yogurt topped with bananas, blueberries, strawberries, their homemade granola and honey. It was super refreshing and light. It was perfect. Their house made granola was crunchy and had great flavor. I could eat it by the handful if I had the option lol. My friends really enjoyed the biscuit and gravy and also the classic Benedict. LOVE this place! Came here multiple times. Ate inside and outside. The outside patio area is dog friendly. They are also kid friendly as well. My personal favorite here is the chicken and waffles. So crispy and fresh! According to my boyfriend his steak tasted kind of old because he wanted it more on the rare side but they cooked it more then he would have liked. He still ate it anyway. A great breakfast spot before a day of golf. I'm a traditional breakfast eater: bacon, eggs, toast, and potatoes. The home style, sliced, country potatoes were incredibly tasty. All of the staff were so helpful and checked on us often. Service was quick and timely so the wait for a table was short (even though the restaurant was full). We purchased a gift card for our air b&b host who told us that Sunshine was their favorite breakfast spot. The locals love it! read more

To start we were running late, but to our surprise we were seated right away even though the parking lot was full. We always had good service here but on 01/18/2026 our waitress (Reyes) went above and beyond to make our breakfast very enjoyable.
