They were not told about the 2nd location they needed to deliver to and that was an issue that we worked out with the company that subcontracted to them, but they made it happen. While this whole moving experience has been absolutely awful, I'm sure working directly with them would have been a much better experience. They are hard workers and upfront about extra costs. Do not believe anything Chris the salesman says. He's your buddy up until you sign the contract then he doesn't know you or even attempt to help you. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not pay cash. Pay by credit card. Make sure the manifest is 100% accurate and legible before they leave you home. When they deliver your items compared everything to the initial manifest. If som is either broken or missing either pay them with a credit card (where you can put a hold on payment) or check which you card also put on hold. They wrapped as tho we were expecting a hurricane which is fine but it was done sooooo slowly. A 5 mile drive to storage took them 25 minutes while I waited for them. They were not in a hurry @ all. I definitely recommend that you include every single item in the video, because even with the biggest truck that they had, we still had overflow. For reference, we are a family of four, with two little kids in a three bedroom / two bathroom house. The price point was pretty reasonable and they were flexible, given the fact that they are located in Los Angeles, and we wanted them to come up to the Bay Area to help us move down to the Los Angeles area. They called us the day before to confirm all the details. When we realized that the truck was over the weight limit, Yana quickly called us to give us a couple of options. We opted for another truck to meet the first truck, to distribute the weight. It was an extra cost, but reasonable, considering the issue at hand. These guys were efficient and quick. We apparently have a ton of stuff lol. They originally mentioned that it would take 3 to 4 hours to move everything into the truck, but in reality, it took approximately 5-6 hours. They were punctual and even got there five minutes before the agreed-upon time. I wasn't there when they brought in everything, but my husband said that they did an amazing job at putting the boxes where they were supposed to be, based on our labeled boxes. They reassembled everything, no problem. I called 5 to 6 moving companies, and we are happy that we decided to go with this company, given the communication, efficiency, and price point. If you need movers, this is the company to go with.
