What's with the TINY PLATES? Had an amazing lunch. Got dumplings, green bean, and fried rice. But they give you plates the size of tiny saucers. I could barely put the rice and veggies on there and ended up with a mess on the table. It was awkward and embarrassing. When customers share multiple items with their group, how the heck are they supposed to eat when you cannot accommodate more than one item on the plate? I don't get it. Service could be way better--I was struggling to eat rice with chopsticks and needed a fork. No staff member to check in-- the restaurant was not that crowded. we came on a tuesday night and didn't have to wait too long to get seated (about 15 min). the restaurant is decorated pretty cute! our waitress, catherine, was super helpful and answered all our questions and came to check on us pretty regularly. would really recommend ordering the xiao long bao! that was by far the best dish of the night! the beef noodle soup is a bit different than the traditional taiwanese beef noodle soup but still delicious. would also recommend the pork fried rice! read more

Supreme Dumplings truly lived up to its namesake. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon with my girlfriend and got seated right away. The interior of the restaurant was incredibly elegant and tidy! We ordered the Supreme Pork Xiao Long Bao, Szechuan Xiao Long Bao, Supreme Tan Tan Noodles, and Pan-fried Pork Dumplings. Both of the Xiao Long Bao orders tasted incredible, filled with hot, tasty soup in the inside (I would recommend poking a hole in the xiao long bao and submerging it in the dipping sauce to cool it down). The Szechuan Xiao Long Bao was quite hot and spicy so be careful if you are not used to Szechuan spice! The Supreme Tan Tan Noodles tasted just as good. The noodle texture was amazing as you can taste the saltiness, the peanut sauce, and the fresh cucumber with every bite. The only real criticism about the dish was the small portion size but otherwise I would 100% order it again! Lastly, we got the Mini Pan-Fried Dumplings. Not only did it taste great but there was a Buy 1 Get 1 free pan-friend dumplings promotion going on every weekday before 5pm, so I was able to experience yummy pan-fried dumplings twice in one sitting! read more

This review is based on my To-Go experience. I ordered through Uber Eats and the picked up from the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the same block as Asian Family Market. While there was plenty of parking space, sometimes it could be challenging to find a spot as it's always busy in this area. I scheduled my pick up between 12 noon and 12:30 pm. When I showed up at 12:05 pm, my food was already sitting there waiting for me. I love that they used reusable bags for to-go orders. In fact, this wasn't my first time order to go. I have been ordering to-go a few times, and I simply love the reusable bags that come with the orders. The bags are very sturdy. I use those bags for shopping bags or for lunch bags. The design was also pretty, so I sometimes even use it as my purse. Besides, reusable bags would help decrease the garbage. The food was always good. I couldn't have a chance to take a photo of food because as soon as I opened the food containers, my family members would grab the food immediately. I had to join them to get a bite before the food was gone. We never feel disappointed with the taste. We have tried XLBs in different flavors, Pork chop fried rice, hot and sour soup, and fried buns. I specially love the mini fried buns as they were actually fried XLBs. Unlike many fried buns might lose the juice during the frying process, their fried buns were so juicy as the steamed XLBs. If you haven't tried these mini fried buns, I would highly recommend them. I haven't tried to eat at the restaurant, so I couldn't comment on their services. I would love to come some time in the future to eat at the restaurant. read more

Our host/ waitress insisted on seating us on a very tiny two tops which is 2X2....Despite our request for a larger table as we expected to order a full meal, the restaurant was not busy at all. Yes we have decided to have an early dinner around 5pm-ish AND we have ordered 9 items including the 2 desserts!!!....really ??how will the food fit the tiny two top???? The hostess who seated us earlier had completely ignored our request and along came another lady waitress. Didn't see her name tag on her, only saw large jewelry and a two in large hoops earrings, she seemed nice and thought we tried explaining to her our needs for a larger table and her response was "you can pull the table together when the rest of food gets delivered"..... really??? have you forgotten the reason for working and opening a restaurant?????.....such behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!! This is not our first time here, we have frequent this place many many times and have been dining here at least 6-7 in the past few months and our past visit service and food has always been very good staff were professional which was the reason why we kept coming back ! After our experience with dinner poor service we had such an awful experience. If I could give a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS for the service I will immediately. However, there's saving grace at today's dinner, a waiter named Eddy who walked in to check in on us even though he was not involved in serving us when we we're seated nor taken our order. Eddy was very professional and took great care of us as well as other guests to the left and right of our table and for that Eddy really deserves a 7 stars. Arrived a few minutes before opening to avoid a wait. Not sure when the Yelp waitlist opens, but there were a few people already in queue when we input our info on the iPad in-store. Decorations remind me of restaurants in China - very flashy, bright, ostentatious, lots of marble and gold. We ordered the following: - Supreme Pork XLB - Shrimp and pork XLB - Szechuan XLB - Steamed Veggie dumplings - Pan chive pies - Wild mushroom fried rice - Tan tan noodles - Stir-fried seasonal greens with garlic (you cai) - Charcoal egg custard buns Supreme Pork XLB (2.5/5) one had leaked when the steamer arrived at the table, not too much soup. Shrimp and pork XLB (2/5) two had had leaked in the steamer, and there simply wasn't much soup in these. I know thin skin is desired for soup dumplings, but the skin was so thin the stability of the soup dumpling was nonexistent. Pretty disappointing. Szechuan XLB (5/5) surprisingly spicy and had a great amount of soup in them. Didn't expect these to be so good, but perhaps our standards had been lowered by the prior two steamers. Recommend if you can take the heat. Vegetable dumplings (4/5) also surprisingly good, with mixture of thin vermicelli, wood ear mushroom, shitake, some green leafy veg, and flavor of white pepper. They didn't look too appealing (shrunken green skin). We peeked in the kitchen when leaving, and these come frozen before being steamed. Mushroom rice (4/5) was very interesting - it seems they cook the egg white separately (perhaps drizzled in hot water/oil) so they look like little pearls. The fried lotus root was a nice crunch, and very pretty topper. Tan tan noodles (5/5) came in a very delicious sauce, perfect with a bit of the chili oil already present on each table. The noodles were very qq - would highly recommend! Pan fried leek pies (4/5) came in a set of 3, and were quite tasty. They were on the smaller side, without much filling, but quite flavorful. Charcoal egg custard buns (4/5) were definitely overpriced, but we had a $5 off coupon for take-out from Toast. We ordered and asked them to bring it to the table. These were quite good, once you look past the $10. Unlikely to get them if we didn't have the coupon. Overall, closer to a 3.75/5, as we were sort of disappointed by the soup dumplings, especially as it's eponymous to the name of the restaurant. read more

We ordered the Spicy pork dumpling, Braised pork noodle soup, Pork xlb, Dan Dan noodle, and Hot and sour soup to share. The XLB were rich and flavorful! One of my favorite spots in Bellevue! I most recently went on a Saturday at 5 PM and there was no wait, but it can get long during peak hours, so I'd recommend adding yourself to the Yelp waitlist ahead of time. They were out of their fried pork buns, so we got the mini pan-fried buns instead, and I'm so glad we did! They were absolutely delicious and super cute -- sort of like a soup dumpling with a crispy bottom. The tan tan noodles and the pork chop fried rice were also really good. This was a request for my boys for their Birthday because they love dumplings! The dumplings were really good and everyone enjoyed them. We also ordered fried rice, and the popular noodles. I can't remember what they were called. We put ourselves on the virtual waitlist and the restaurant is very cute! I would not go back. No complaints, it's just everything had pork in it. I don't eat pork. We go to 2 other places that we love and they have a variety of options for their dumplings. The selection here wasn't much at all and I just wasn't impressed with my meal. It was good enough but I wouldn't drive to back to Bellevue again to eat here. Nothing stood out that would make me say I want to go back again like the others. Solid 4.5 dumpling spot that's comparable to DTF. I came here with friends and tried a little of everything. I recommend making a reservation through Yelp as the wait can be long during dinner time. We ordered the Wild Mushroom Fried Rice, Black Truffle & Chicken Xiao Long Bao, Supreme Spicy Pork Wontons, Drunken Chilled Chicken, Beef Roll, Spicy Braised Imperial Pork Bun, and Gold Lava Custard Bun. We didn't receive the Gold Lava Custard Bun due to error on multiple parts. The server delivered our Gold Lava Custard Bun to another table, apologized and put in a new order, which the kitchen did not see and proceeded to close. We were refunded for our order, but were waiting for at least 15 minutes before being able to flag a server to remind them we were waiting on our order. Aside from the frustrating wait towards the end, all the other food was great. We've been here before and looked forward to the mushroom rice and Xiao Long bao. I also really enjoyed the new beef roll and the drunken chicken. The place has expanded since the last time I came, and it's beautiful, but definitely louder considering the increase in people. And it seems there isn't enough employees considering the number of customers as service was relatively slow. I'll be back again for the food, but service could definitely be improved. read more

Located within the Bellevue Marketplace, Supreme Dumpling shares a parking lot with the various other foodie establishments in the area, so parking can be a bit of a challenge on busy days. I had a reservation for 9 and arrived early, so like I expected, I was told I had to wait to be seated until the majority of my party arrived, which I didn't mind. Once half of my party arrived, we were able to be seated. The waitstaff were very helpful and attentive. The only downside was when we ordered the mini pan fried dumplings and asked if we bought two orders of it, would we get two additional for free? And the response was that we would only get one voucher to use for the next visit. Which I thought was interesting how we didn't get a second voucher for the second order. (A few weeks later, I went to the Kirkland location and they gave me a voucher for each order of the mini pan fried dumplings.) Other than that, service was great. The ambiance at this location was nice with their expanded space. Loved the interior decor. Setting was not too loud or too quiet. The space looked clean and well lit. Better than Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone for sure! Supreme Dumplings is my favorite place to get dumplings now, even if it means driving a ways to get there. All of the dumplings had so much filling and were so so flavorful. We ordered the shrimp and pork xiao long bao for our soup dumpling and the broth was delicious. The spicy supreme wontons were flavorful as well and had a good amount of chili on top which added so much to it. My favorite dish though would have to be the spicy tan tan noodles. The peanut sauce that they have completely elevates the dish and had me wanting more plates of it. The noodles had a nice chew to them as well. All of the staff here were very friendly. The one who seated us gave us a recommendation to try the new pan fried soup dumpling which we both enjoyed. The food came out at a very quick speed.
