I ordered via Doordash because I was on a business trip, but wow! The sushi is packed in a nicely branded, to-go box that felt like I was ordering from sugar fish. The sushi was also extremely fresh, rich, and buttery. My favorite was the Seared Salmon Box, the fish was thick slices of salmon that was seared with mayo on top. I believe it came in two options with roughly 5-6 pieces of each. I also got the inari trio and that was yummy too.

I recently heard about Sushi Blossom, it's a small place in Belltown that basically does exclusively takeout orders. They don't have seating inside so I would recommend ordering online. I couldn't decide which of the sets to get; they all sounded great. I decided on the Salmon Set which came with Salmon Rolls, a couple types of Salmon Nigiri, and Salmon Sushi. The quality of the salmon is super fresh. I was surprised by the care that went into packaging the boxes. I also thought the price was great for the amount of sushi you are getting. Would come back!

A must try!!!! INCREDIBLE and so fresh! It is takeout only - order online and pay ahead of time. Our order was ready right on time. Cute little space and very sweet workers, will be back for sure! Tempura was absolute perfection.

*based off a takeaway order* Maybe one of my favorite places to get sushi! Considering that I got my order via DoorDash, I can't speak on how what the actual space looks like. My order came neatly packed in their cute takeaway box and for some reason, the aesthetic of it was very satisfying to see and open. I got the nigiri set B, I believe? And I'm so happy that I did. Each piece had a very well portioned piece of fish perched on top of the rice. The rice itself was a good consistency and not overpowering with the fish. Everything tasted wonderful and it was filling enough for me. I'm not particularly dying to go to the restaurant itself, not for any particular reason other than sheer convenience of delivery and already having had a fantastic experience with their food from that.

The sushi here is good. It doesn't stand out, but it is good. I tried some unagi, salmon, and tuna rolls as well as some sashimi. This is essentially take-out only and the actual location is very small.

Pretty solid takeout sushi spot! This place doesn't have any sort of dine-in option, so you can either pickup or order delivery. We got it for delivery, but their online ordering menu on mobile is absolutely horrendous to use so we ended up having to get it through Uber Eats instead. I got the maki quatro with salmon, spicy salmon, spicy tuna, and negitoro. The fish was really fresh and flavorful amongst all of them! The salmon and negitoro were my favorite -- so buttery soft and yummy. The spicy tuna was my least favorite, as it had some weird smoky aftertaste. The pieces are smaller than I expected, so although the price was great the portion really wasn't that much. The rice also wasn't the best texture but was nicely flavored. Overall, this spot does the job for that sushi craving, and has some great fish. I do want to try the nigiri and signature rolls next time.

The sushi was good - I loved the veggie roll they had. I wish they had more shellfish options instead of mostly salmon and tuna rolls, but that's my personal preference. The Inari nigiri were excellent and the wasabi was really fresh too. The miso was flavorful but didn't have much tofu. Definitely a fan though! They were kind and speedy with preparing the order. It was ready in about 20 min or so which was pretty impressive. Ambiance is that they're take out only pretty much. They have about 4 chairs you could probably sit and eat at but they're designed for grab and go and they're very good at it!

Just moved to the area and now I have no excuse to ever be craving sushi. We got 3 salmon avocado rolls, 1 salmon lover and a spicy tuna. We ordered and received our food in 10 minutes. No notes on anything, and if it was up to me, I'd come here everyday There's three bar stools that you can eat on, or eat outside around the area. Very small but Very good.

An excellent spot for take out sushi dinner in the city! Sushi Blossom is a strictly take out sushi spot, you place your order on their website and pick up at the designated time. The Sushi Blossom Roll is topped with seared salmon and was a delicious treat. The Salmon Lover includes 3 pieces of salmon nigiri, 2 pieces of seared salmon nigiri, 2 pieces of salmon sashimi, and 4 pieces of salmon cut roll. A salmon lover's dream! The Maki Quattro includes 16 rolls of your choice of fish. The sushi is decently priced and fresh, the quality was great! This is definitely a great spot for those craving for a sushi dinner!

Cute takeout-only spot with a team of friendly and efficient staff. Sushi Blossom's takeout offerings were quite enjoyable. We sampled the Inari trio (this was our favorite) along with an assortment of rolls - the fish was fresh, and the rice was well-prepared, dispelling any doubts raised by mixed reviews. It made for a satisfying sushi experience. No complaints here. If you're on the lookout for good yet affordable sushi options, this place offers delightful boxes of nigiri sets and inari that I recommend exploring!

I have been here 3 times. I enjoyed 2 out of 3 experiences and would have given this place 5 stars but today was not as good as normal for some reason. The rice was unusually hard and ruined the sushi for me. They should have noticed this when preparing the sushi and remade it. I did contact the restaurant to let them know about this issue and they offered a refund which was very kind of them as a small business. I will happily give them another try. This is currently my favorite casual sushi place!

Great spot for takeout sushi! The prices are super reasonable, but the quality is surprisingly fresh. Everything tastes clean and well-prepared, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

The small is a good compliment to salad. Instead of four pieces, we had five. Hubby was happy to have more protein to go with the rice. They are more of a 4.5 stars rating. There is a caveat though, which is that they only have select items in the AYCE menu. The ambiance of the place was inviting enough for us to give them a try! There is a 90 minute window for AYCE, and you can order a maximum of 3 items per person every 15 minutes. All orders have to be made from an app on your phone so make sure you have a fully charged device! When we logged in the app, it was confusing to manage at first so we worked with the server to put our orders in. She had to put in our orders for us a couple of times and then we figured out how to work the system after that. To do the math for those reading the review and maximize the number of items you can order with the 90 minute window, you can potentially order up to 18 sets of skewers per person. Each set of skewer has two sticks. My hubby and I missed a few items from our order but we were getting full after my 10th skewer and his 15th skewer so it did not matter too much! The AYCE menu also has options to order zaru soba, corn cheese, and takoyaki! Presentation is great but I wish the flavor matched the visuals. The standout skewers for us were the boruta pork and the wagyu beef tongue. I was really hoping that the yakitori would be crispier and had more of a smokey flavor but I really can't complain too much for the price point. The food is solid but not like a wow, I have to come back here again! We only saw one server for the busiest part of the night, serving 8 tables all at once. However, after I took my first bite I noticed the taste was unusually fishy and the texture was off. I checked the other rolls and the "crab salad" looked stringy like real crab so I spit it out and had my partner ask the chef if it was imitation or real. The chef said it was real so we flagged down our waitress to tell her we couldn't eat this even though I had literally asked her to confirm for me. She brings out the manager and there's no apology, he just says "the owners switched to real crab about 3 weeks ago for better quality" and that they can take it back and off the bill, but hello? You don't inform your staff about that change? Your waitress confirmed to me that it was not crab. They were lucky I spit out my food as soon as I realized and had allergy medicine on me. They rushed me to pick something else after I asked if I could order something without crab since the kitchen was closing and they didn't have imitation crab to use (which could all have been avoided had they given me the correct information to begin with). What we ended up with was alright, though the manager rushed me to order a roll with bell pepper in it (tf?). The cherry on top is that when our waitress came with our bill, they gave us three tip options - based on the original total LMAO!! Our new bill was around $50 (since we ordered less) vs the other $100+ bill and somehow an 18% tip was nearly half of our bill. We aren't ones to not tip and it's not like this was the kitchen's fault - just management - so we left a 15% tip for our new bill.

They open with a soup which was rich and so good for a rainy day -which it was-. Then the round of makis started. It started with the "basic". But for me they were amazing since the beginning. Of course the further it went, the more noticeable the delicacy and tenderness of the meat became. There was another soup at some point. I lost count of how many pieces we had. I was focused on the ingredients when they mentioned them. Pure art. I remember the second plate was a beautiful collage of many bites. Loved all of them! The mix of all these flavors is unique. I believe they cook everything previously (marinades and rice) and put everything together in that moment. At the end we had dessert. And thay tiny dessert felt so good. I didn't feel hungry even with just one bite of each. There's a parking lot on the next corner. So no need to drive around. I really recommend the experience.
