During my first visit, I tried the Dynamite Roll and the Bruce Roll--both were delicious, but the Dynamite Roll, which is baked, truly stood out with its rich flavor and perfect texture. I went back again after a few days and couldn't resist ordering the Dynamite Roll a second time--it was just as amazing! I also tried the Double Yellowtail Roll, which was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. All the ingredients were clearly top quality, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. This is the closest sushi restaurant to my house and they are great! The servers and chefs are friendly and welcoming and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. I think I only ate inside once but they have plenty of room for small and large groups. It's a good place for kids and families. Things I have tried and are tasty: - salmon sashimi (cuts are nice and big) - Philadelphia Roll - Cucumber Roll (for my son) - Mixed Tempura - Crunch Roll - Hamachi Collar - Poke salad (once or twice, the lettuce:fish ratio was off) They do have a parking lot BUT with the other restaurant, Starbucks and activity centers in the same plaza, it can get busy.
