We ordered a variety of dishes, including the tuna pringles, wagyu, salmon skin salad, and a variety of nigiri. However, I have to say the premium chirashi was the star of the show. All the fish was high quality and fresh. You could really taste the natural flavors present in each cut. You could also tell there was time taken to make the sushi rice and it all paired extremely well with the fresh wasabi.
