We came here for my sister in law's birthday. We came here shortly after they opened, so we got seated right away. The restaurant was full by the time we left. The setting is cute. Our wait staff was attentive. They also have kid options which was great with 4 kids in our group. We got the Millionaire's bacon sample platter to share. It was good, but the sample platter shared across our group of 9 was good enough for me. I got the chicken croffle, which was a hybrid crossaint and waffle. This place is always crowded and we went on Christmas Eve for a nice little brunch. The food is amazing. The Brussels potato medley is so unique. Even the florentine had the perfectly cooked runny eggs. The espressso cocktail had a nice infusion of the coffee in every sip and it did not fade away. Service was quick and good ambiance. Only drawback, no online waitlist, so you have to go there in person to reserve. We split the Millionaires Bacon Sampler which is a great choice if you can't decide which one you want. All of the pieces of bacon were long and thick. Some had a slight crisp to it while others were firm and chewy. Our ranking for the samplers are citron, rosemary, original, and cinnamon. Citron really surprised us but the slight tangy mixed with sweet and salty from the bacon paired well. Rosemary speaks for itself. It's rosemary and delicious. The original was a great piece of bacon, I found it to have too much seasoning but was still enjoyable since I had rice. Cinnamon was our least favorite. We found that cinnamon didn't pair well with a sweet salty mix. It's was like eating a meaty churro The Matcha Moffle was delicious. You have to be sure to cut it into pieces and not try to take a whole piece in one bite. Since it's mochi, it's going to be on the chewier side. As it was chewy it was also so fluffy. The matcha sauce that was sprinkled on it was delicious. It was similar to a sea salt cream with matcha. The moffle was delicious but I wouldn't be mad if it had more matcha flavor to it. Came here for brunch on a Saturday and was expecting to have to wait a while because everytime I drove by I wuold always see a huge line. They use Yelp Waitlist but you're not able to join the waitlist on your phone, you have to register on their tablet. We were just a party of 2 and ended up waiting around 45 minutes which isn't terrible, we opted for which ever seating was first (indoor/outdoor) and ended up sitting outside. I always think I'm going to get something sweet, but I'm definitely more of a savory fan so opted for the Tornado Galbi Omurice and my friend got the Loco Moco. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got to for a birthday brunch with my friends. A couple of things that has really put me off into trying this place were parking and wait time. Indeed, parking is absolutely horrendous. We got there around 10:30am but luckily a person was leaving right as we got there. Even though we got SUPER lucky and were able to park right in front of the place, getting out was difficult and more so because of customers waiting and standing outside blocking us. We also got super lucky in getting a wait time of 15 minutes. We barely beat the rush crowd that came in around 11:00am. They technically use a Yelp waitlist but the waitlist is not available on Yelp for you to join ahead of time which sucks. Moving on, we got seated outside and the weather was grey and cloudy, but it was not too cold. Regardless, they have heaters outside which kept us warm and toasty. These are my thoughts on the dishes I tried: Millionaire's Bacon Sampler Platter (5/5) - I can see why people said this is a must try. Each bacon strip had a different flavor coating. Honestly, I loved the original the best! It had a smoky, honey, sweet flavor. Nice and simple. Everything was very unique and interesting to try though. The bacon is a medium cut, but certain outer parts had that crispy char. Blueberry Moffle (3.5/5) - A lot of people recommended the blueberry moffle, but I thought it was just ok. I think the dish itself is too monotonous texture and flavor wise. I'm glad that my friend and I split this one because I got tired of eating just the one waffle. Chicken Croffle (4/5) - The chicken was very meaty and crispy on the outside. The croffle was flaky like a croissant (my idiot brain did not put two and two together until after I started eating it LOL). I felt the chicken was on the dry side though. It wasn't as moist as I would like it to be on the inside. Everything just felt very heavy and dense. Ube Latte (4.5/5) - This ube latte is actually very potato forward. Many ube lattes just taste sweet. In this case, the ube latte was a bit on the sweeter side, but the ube flavor shines through. I think I would like the dirty ube latte with the added espresso so the bitterness balances out the sweetness. Overall, I think Sweet Maple is worth to try once, and I would be excited if someone invited me to get brunch here. Would love to eat more bacon here. As I was passing by Sweet Maple restaurant, I noticed a long line of people waiting outside. It made me think, I've got to try this place. Today I finally decided to stop by and see what the hype was all about. Maybe because it was raining, but we didn't have to wait in line we got a table right away. The service was pleasant, and the interior had a bright, feminine charm with multiple lights hanging from the ceiling. We ordered the Tornado Galbi Omurice and Two Eggs Any Style. The first thing that stood out was the coffee, rich dark roasted and really good. The orange juice was sweet and fresh, which we also enjoyed. As for the food, the omurice rice was overcooked and a bit too oily, while the galbi was a little too sweet for my taste. The Millionaire's Bacon? Basically sugar coated bacon with a bit of a kick. That said, the presentation of the dishes was beautiful colorful and thoughtfully arranged. The bill came to $80, which felt pretty steep for what we got. Overall, it was a fun experience, but to me, this is more of a ladies' brunch spot rather than a must visit restaurant. Would I recommend it? Sure... but I wouldn't go back for myself. The food here was delicious! I only give this 4 stars due to the wait and service. I ordered the egg plate with Millionaire's Bacon (with rosemary) and a side of avocado. My fried eggs were perfectly over easy / runny and the side of avocado was pretty generous. I can also see why this place is known for the bacon! The bacon was thick and fatty enough to add flavor but not excessive; it was a good chunk of meat! The only difficult part of my experience was the wait and the service. When I checked in, the waitlist said 8-18 minutes but it ended up being 30. Once I got seated, I was waiting for over 10 minutes for staff to come check on me or bring water; I had to flag someone down, and that person had to grab my waiter! This has been on my "want to go" Yelp bookmarks for some time. We hit a trail early Saturday so decided to grab brunch here. The wait was around 30mins and the place was packed, they turn over tables quickly and to be honest the experience was pretty chaotic. Servers kept bumping into the back of my chair and navigating the restaurant wasn't easy with a constant flow of dishes exiting the kitchen. The food is good, but in no way representative of the prices - which are out of control! There should be three dollar signs on this listing not two. My wife had a grilled cheese (for a whopping $19 was some melted cheese in between two slices of barely toasted whole-wheat bread, it was pretty tasteless, bland and floppy) and I had two eggs and three slices of their millionaire bacon (perhaps this suggests how wealthy you need to be to eat here ). In addition to our entrees we had one Diet Coke, and an OJ which cost $7.50. Our total with tip was over $70 this is insane IMHO. read more

I'm 6 foot three and the chair didn't even reach the middle of my back. So that was a little uncomfortable, but it did make me want to eat and get out of there faster. The millionaires bacon sounds really fancy and good, but it had a little bit too much chill on it for me. And the price for two slices of bacon seemed a little extreme, although it was kind of fun to try it. My wife and I split the veggie soufflé which was delicious and just enough food for the both of us with our fancy fancy millionaires bacon. We ordered regular coffee and soon saw an Affogato come out to the table next to us. We'll have to order that next time. Went for brekkie. We put our name down as soon as. It looked quite occupied even early. Both dishes we got were yummy. Coming from Hawaii I was a bit surprised at the loco moco being fried but it was good, this I got take out. The Galbi Omurice was soft and tasty, and the Chicken Croffle came out so cute and looked appetizing! They seem to use decent quality stuff. It satisfied my breakfast food craving. Nothing great or amazing but overall worth a visit! It's more of a fusion breakfast than traditional though here. Inside was clean and pretty. And workers were nice! We came here in a Thursday morning for brunch. We were seated right away. The chairs outside were kinda of hard to get to and sit down because the umbrellas are in the way. The table behind us also had a hard time because of their walker. We were greeted right away and the server had great recommendations. We enjoyed the bacon tasting. My friend had the tornado special and I had the mariner with fried banana and candied walnuts. Toast was an extra five dollars with just butter no jam. Staff was so nice here.
