Amazing dinner here and its a new favorite for us in Vegas. We had excellent service, great food, and overall such an awesome night. I would recommend this place and we will be back. I haven't seen a proper bread service in forever. Most places are now charging for bread or not offering it at all. Here we had a tray of breads presented (pretzel, sourdough, white chocolate (?), and a few others) and were able to select which breads we wanted. And we were each given our own little dish of butter (swoon). We had two salads and an amazing french onion soup. For our entrees we had a few steaks and the wagyu strip was my absolute favorite. We tried the tater tots and green beans as sides. For dessert we had the butter cake and fried oreos (my kids insisted). We ordered a cocktail and mocktail and both were excellent although my husbands was either double charged or he got double shots as it was about $35 for a martini. We were seated in more of the bar area which was a disappointment, but later when walking to the restroom I realized the whole restaurant is somewhat a bar area. Its very loud and open-air kind of feeling - so not probably the best spot for a quiet romantic dinner, but there are some tables that are at least a bit tucked away from the tvs and bar activity. Impressive service at T-Bones. I sat at the bar at T-Bones the other night and it got packed out of nowhere. Even with the rush, my bartenders Sam and Thania didn't miss a beat. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. Bread, condiments, refills, they were ON IT. Someone even spilled water all over the bar but they stayed polite and professional in a hectic situation which was impressive. Overall great experience and I'll be back soon. read more

Tbones is the best steakhouse in Las Vegas. I tell everyone to eat here and they always thanks me later. The quality of their meats and seafood are so high and that's why their prices are somewhat "expensive" but you really get what you pay for. I feel like I'm stealing from them with every dish that I eat there. Such a great value for what you get. I come here religiously. It's my favorite fine dining restaurant in the city. The strip is so overrated especially the prices and service are just not great. Come here instead and you won't be disappointed. The servers and buzzers really take such good care of you and make you feel at home. Outstanding service every single time I come here but the most notable is a busser named Anthony who is always going above and beyond with his hospitality and making me feel like I'm actually important. Also worth mentioning servers Gio & Keith... they always take such good care of me and my family and friends. The atmosphere is just incredible you will feel like a king/queen dining here! Went here for dinner last night. The restaurant is nicely decorated. Service was excellent! I didn't get our servers name but she was the lady with the red bob haircut. Her service was 5 out of 5. Our drinks stayed full and she was great at recommending food and drinks. The drinks were good and strong. Now on to the food..... this place is super expensive and the food just doesn't cut it for the price you pay. We had a number of dishes and although cooked perfectly (the steak) the flavor just was not there. Everything just needed seasoning. However, the deserts were delicious. The night of February 3 was a big mistake! My friend and I had dinner at T-bone high-end steakhouse in the red rock Casino. We drove together, so my friend drove me home. My stomach was extremely bloated like unbelievable like a balloon that was ready to pop.. I did not think much of it at the time but approximately an hour after I broke out in sweats and had to run to the bathroom and remained on the toilet often on for the entire night something we ate at T-bones did not sit well. I spoke to my friend in the morning and asked them how he was doing. He also said oh my God I had the same problem, constant diarrhea, sweating stomach, pain pains. I think the meat was tainted. Something was not right. I wonder how many more people got sick that evening. This is not acceptable from a high-end steakhouse called T-bones.. today is Friday we are getting together and I think we're gonna put in a complaint with the health department. Overall, I'm not gonna say I was disappointed, but it wasn't an absolutely amazing experience either. I'll start with ambiance. Overall the place is really nice and clean. There was a nice window with a view if you wanted and it's not a stuffy kind of vibe either. Service was good. Host staff was very efficient with us. We ended up sitting at the bar and the bar staff was very attentive to our needs. We got the happy hour cocktails and they were good and fresh. The food was good as well. We got the Mac n cheese, mushrooms, prime burger, and cauliflower bites. It was good overall but VERY rich. It didn't do well with our digestion, but it was at least tasty. I'll get the negatives out now. We did come for happy hour but we didn't know it was only in the bar and the patio. The patio was outside and didn't have any cooling areas and our server first recommended us going out there in 100 plus degree weather which we politely declined. There was also inconsistency with the bread. We didn't get it (nor did we need it), but others did get it. Maybe it was served with steak orders, but it was weird to see either way. Overall, I would say if you are already in the Summerlin area and want something different, this could be a good place but I wouldn't recommend going out of your way for this. read more

The kitchen is a step above the best! Just the best steak I've ever eaten! Melted like butter and speaking of butter, highly recommend the truffle butter. We had our wedding anniversary dinner here at T-Bones, and overall it was a 4 star experience. When I called to make a reservation over a week ago, I requested a booth but unfortunately didn't get one. Not a big deal, I get that they can't accommodate every request. We were seated at a table right by the fireplace and the restaurant had a nice ambiance. Customer service from Troy and Brenda was excellent! Troy explained the menu well and added some of his recommendations. Brenda was very prompt with refilling our drinks and taking plates out of the way. We ordered the following: Appetizers: Shrimp Cocktail: the four shrimps were definitely jumbo as stated on the menu. Shrimp Tempura: I'm not a big fan of Yuzu, but this Spicy Yuzu Aioli made the shrimp very tasty! Steaks: Petit Filet Mignon: nice flavor, cooked almost perfectly and easy to cut! I ordered it medium and it was a just a bit too rare right in the middle. Bone-In Ribeye: my husband ordered this one. He said the meat tasted better near the bone and it was seared a little too much on the other end. Sides: Spicy Cream Corn: nothing special. It was okay, but eventually just tasted like bell peppers at the end. Tater Tots: not your usual tater tots. This one was different because the inside was like a mashed potato. Ate two pieces and had no desire to eat more of it. Dessert: Fried Oreos: not much else to say other than five warm, sweet and soft fried Oreos with a side of Vanilla Ice Cream. I was a little disappointed that we never got a complimentary dessert for our anniversary as other yelpers mentioned. Oh well! They were good but not flawless! Although the service was phenomenal. I came for a last minute birthday dinner with my Fiancé. We called a little after 6 to make a reservation for 7pm. Seated 10 minutes after as our table was being prepared. Ordered a delightful glass of Caymus. I ordered the Wagyu filet mignon for myself, my partner ordered bone in ribeye with a side of fries, Mac & cheese & Cesar salad that we split as an appetizer. I will say the place is a little on the loud side. 1. Cowboy Bone In Ribeye - so tender and cooked to perfection. The sauce was not needed but helped enhance the flavor of the steak. 2. Mac and Cheese - so delicious. They are wheel shaped and so cheesy and good. 3. Tater Tots - wow, didn't know a tot could be spectacular but just wow. 4. House chop salad - average. We've been wanting to try T-Bones for a long time now, and I finally made it happen on Mother's Day. I've been searching for a classic "old school" Mother's Day Brunch for quite some time now and T-Bones absolutely nailed it! The menu is what really caught my attention at first and made me rush to my phone to make reservations. The only have this Brunch for Easter and Mother's Day and the cost is $149 for adults and $49 for children. While it may seem pricey, the environment and extensive high end food offerings quickly make it all worth while. There is a very elegant entry way where you are greeted by friendly and attentive staff. The dining room is very classy with a long fireplace in the center and they also offer a very nice patio area that overlooks the outdoor pool area. The Seafood Station was definitely the highlight for us as it boasts fresh Oysters, Jumbo Shrimp, King Crab, Lobster and Tuna Tartare...wow! Everything tasted so fresh and delicious and we definitely made more than one trip back for more! The Carving Station was also a favorite, with Wagyu Prime Rib, Beef Wellington, Salmon Filet and more. The Wagyu Prime Rib was just incredible! My daughter enjoyed the Crepe Station where she got a Nutella and Banana Crepe and devoured it all. She was also of course a huge fan of all the fancy desserts and had a blast picking some out for each of us. There are also numerous other options to include an Omelet Station, traditional Brunch area with Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Pasta and more. Some of my other favorite treats were the Deviled Eggs with Caviar on top, Lobster Eggs Benedict, Prosciutto station with other meats and aged cheeses, Smoked Salmon...and well, yea I could keep going but you get the point. The staff and service is absolutely top notch at T-Bones. Our glasses were never empty and rarely reached half way and we always had fresh silverware for each trip back for more food. I highly recommend you mark your calendar for this incredible experience and give them a shot for dinner sometime too...our next visit will be for a date night for sure! Had dinner here and got to try a few items on their menu, I dont remember the full names though: The berry drink with agave- was good and refreshing. Crab cakes- these were big crab cakes which had lots of crab meat. Grilled Octopus- so twnder and the char added to the taste of thw octopus. Bone in bullseye steak- got it medium rare and it was delicious. Cooked to perfection and so tender. Probably one the best steaks I've had off the strip. Also, the sauce they give you for it added to the flavor. Puree potato- good and flavorful, really complimented the steak. Spicy cream corn- this was my favorite side, it had some heat but sooo good. Artichoke- this was okay, very small portion and tasty but not enough to really be a side. For dessert we got thw toffe butter cake, this was not to sweet but good and complimented their coffee well. The banan cream pie was okay, a little too dense for a pie, could do without it. The service really good too and the atmosphere was classy but welcoming to visitors that might are casually dressed. When we got attention, I don't have complaints about, professional and courteous. But for time, nobody checked on us, glass water were empty, plates removed. I think we sat for about 3 hours, and not necessary eating. I don't like to complain about service as it is obvious must of the time places are short handed. But I think the manager will have to start communicating that, rather than just doing their best. Was that the case? Best T-bone steak I have ever had, portion was huge and even as a cold leftover it was yum...! It came with fresh seasonal vegetables which was cooked to perfection, Crab cakes were real chunky pieces without the extra sauce or starch. Family made reservations for my birthday in December. Reading some of the reviews prior to arriving I was a bit nervous. Arriving we were greeted by the hostess. We had a 7pm reservation and arrived at 6:45pm. We were able to get immediately be seated. The establishment was not packed and noise level was average for being located inside a casino. Andre was our server in which he came to introduce himself and presented the menu after we had time to settle in. He was spot on with the nights specials and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the steakhouse salad, rotisserie chicken, 16oz steak, traditional mashed potato puree, and asparagus. The bus men? I don't even know if that's the proper term we're also very attentive. Bring a variety of breads to choose from and always making sure our water was full at all times, but not in a way that it became disruptive. Steakhouse salad was full of flavor and portioned out table side. Definitely a shareable item. I would say easily shared between 3-4 people max prior to the main dish, but two of us over stuffed ourselves and finished it. Rotisserie chicken was enough for 2 people and came with gravy. Very tender and juicy. I took home left overs and the next day it was still tender. Highly recommend for those that may not be red meat eaters. 16oz steak came out perfectly as ordered (medium). It was good quality and flavor. One of the employees stopped by and recommend a buttered garlic sauce with the steak, but ended up bringing out a sample of each sauce. They were all amazing! The steak didn't need it, but it was fun to try the variety of flavors offered. The sides are ordered a la carte and shareable. Traditional potato purée came out in a golden pot. Really delicious! Can't go wrong with potatoes in my opinion. Asparagus were large and tender. Served with a side of hollandaise sauce to drizzle. This was a favorite with my son who is a typical picky teenager. At the end of the meal I was surprised with the crème brûlée for my birthday. Absolutely phenomenal and full of flavor. The Filet is tender and seasoned well. The Dover Sole prepared with Meringue sauce and we asked for capers (if they had) on the side was amazing too. Love the crispy edges. Yay!!! T-Bones nailed all of it. We came for Christmas Eve in a large party. Initially didn't have enough seating for us, but they got it figured out. Cocktails were tasty, wine list was good, bread basket just OK. I mostly am writing this to apologize to the management at the restaurant. Our party had a very "vocal" member who forgot the difference between medium rare and medium and was generally very rude to your staff. I hope you guys know that we had a wonderful time and are very sorry for the one member of our party who was extremely rude on Christmas Eve.
