    I would never recommend this business to anyone. The owner is dishonest and has no morals. I've…read morebeen helping my elderly mother with some expenses lately and her cell phone was something I'd paid for the past few months. Today I stopped by this establishment and let the owner know I wanted to pay on my moms account and he asked for her phone number to look up the account. The transaction was processed and when I asked what date she was paid til, the owner advised that the payment was for 30 days. I thought that response was strange but went on my way to my mothers home for her weekly med check. While at my mothers house, she informed me that her cell phone bill had actually been paid the previous day! So Mobile Global owner took another payment knowing that a payment was not due! Within the hour I returned to have my overpayment reimbursed to which the business owner stated that he would not refund the payment and the monies would be applied to the account. He also advised me that if I would like the money back, then I could have my mother give me the money that she would not have to pay on her next billing cycle! WHO DOES THIS!!! This owner clearly knew that this account was up to date and took it upon himself to steal money from me. I let him know that I would not leave his store until he refunded my money. He finally agreed to cancel my transaction, a bit reluctant I might add. I'm not 100 % convinced that had I not returned the very same day, this money would even have been applied to any account. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS OWNER!!!!

    Switching to Verizon was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I genuinely feel as if these…read morepeople are robbing me blind. On June 18th I was tired of my old provider and walked in to the Verizon store on Golden Valley. Angel helped me out and we agreed on a free iPhone 16 (after trading in my old one) + $65/month for my unlimited wireless plan. I paid an initial free and taxes plus a couple of accessories. He then helped me set up my new phone and since then my verizon bills (with autopay) have looked like this: July 17th 2025 Bill $103.12 August 7th 2025 Bill $74.45 This month I went into the store and inquired why my bills were so high. Angel and I spent 2hours on the phone with customer service. By the time I left Angel made it crystal clear that my new bill was going to be $55/month from now on. I thought it was finally over. September 8th 2025 Bill $69.12 October 17th 2025 Bill $102.06 I absolutely cannot afford a $100/month phone plan. I don't know if Angel lied to me or if Verizon is just plain stealing money from me but either way the initial deal we made at the store was $65/month + New iPhone. If I had known in advance that I would be paying $100/month I would've just stayed with my old provider. This review doesn't even mention the 2months it took a full team of verizon employees to simply transfer my old phone number to my new phone. What a joke.

    I went the one in Newhall CA, to upgrade my phone today because I recently lost my phone and was…read morehaving technical difficulties with the website to order my phone from. So I went to the nearest store that customer support directed me to. I went there and the purchase of the phone (I was going with the monthly plan) took about 30 min or so..But I want to say one thing. I was not aware of an activation fee that the girl I was working with didn't bother telling me about. It's $25 btw. It's not mandatory at Boost Mobile stores to have them activate it for a charge and a rep from boost mobile chimed in on one of the forums saying: "Keep in mind that most of our stores are independently owned and operated and might have their own sales policy. If you purchase a phone at www.boostmobile.com, you can activate it yourself and won't be charged for activation." Anyway I found this extra charge out by looking at my account balance after I bought the phone for only $25 (which I thought the price of the phone after fess and taxes and insurance - not bad!). So I see the actual phone fee for $21.63 (which I later find out was charged without her telling me during the time of purchase) and am thinking, "oh great another charge...what's going on??" So in short these charges once made are non refundable! So beware of this place and the girl behind the counter! Unscrupulous I tell you and unfair treatment of an unsuspecting customer. I mean I think everyone's hurting out there today during this Covid pandemic but at least be honest to each other!
