Well George your Manager really messed up my new phone gave me two lines and forgot to up load my original phone number. I was there 6 hours on my only day off. Then I went to Apple and they could not fix it, so they sent me back to Verizon. Thank God for Austin, he went way beyond what he needed too, so I could use my phone. It took him 1 hour to fix the problem. This was by the way after he had clocked out for the night There are not if praise and Thanks I could give him. Austin should be the Manager. They made me pay for a screen protector that didn't fit my phone(70$), they just put it on the phone knowing it didn't fully protect my phone , they gave me an excuse, that my phone had just recently been released n that no one had my screen protector I told them I didn't want it and they said they couldn't return it, when it was their fault they weren't up to date with the screen protectors. I went to ZAGG the next day and got the right screen protector I had to pay more money to get the right one, all this so they can get their bonus wow!! never went back terrible store. read more

My iPhone couldn't make or receive calls. Normally I would go to a true Verizon store. However, this store is very near to my house so I went there. Antonio was very helpful and personable. He spent an hour and a half trying to get it working again even calling Verizon. They weren't able to get it working so Verizon is sending me a refurbished phone. Antonio didn't make a sale but he has my business in the future. Eddie was also helpful and personable. read more

I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience at Verizon. Not only did the manager fail to uphold the professional standards I expect from a major company, but he was also blatantly rude to my spouse during our visit. When we asked important questions about Verizon's services, we were met with evasive, incomplete answers or simply ignored. This lack of courtesy and transparency is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before choosing this Verizon store, as customer service appears to be a low priority for them. read more

I have the same complaint as customer Suge P. I purchased an accessory (earbuds) on October 16, and they were defective. I returned them, and the replacement pair had the same problem. When I attempted to return the second defective pair, the representative told me they could only accept the return with a receipt. The receipt from the original purchase could not be used because it was used for the 1st return. The problem is that I was not issued a new receipt after the 1st return. I was not given any option. So, I was stuck with a $79.99 + tax purchase that does not work. When I called the product manufacturer, they explained that it was discontinued and originally made in 2019, so they were not surprised that it did not work. I resolved to return the product to the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer valued the product at $70, so I lost $10 and had to upgrade to a higher-priced product because the discontinued product was no longer available. The Victra representative was defensive and never apologized for my inconvenience. I would rate this a Zero if there was an option to do so. read more

A few months back I had decided to give Verizon another try at using their service. They had a great promotion so it made sense. I went in and Tanisha was there, five star service. She should be the manager. As she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was the only one working and it was busy. She handled it like a pro. Fast Forward a few months I went in to get help with something, 9/25 1:45pm. The young man there obviously doesn't like his job, he had a bit of attitude. Bought a glass for my Samsung from this retailer with a lifetime warranty. Went in today to get the glass replaced and they refused and said the policy is no longer valid. If you buy something with a lifetime warranty, it should be lifetime. I was never informed about this policy change and they did nothing to help. Lesson learned: Do not ever buy from a retailer that is not actually a Verizon store. read more

After having a bad experience at the Verizon Go Wireless store off Golden Valley, I called this store to see if they could help me. Tanisha picked the phone up and was so sweet and helpful over the phone, I decided to drive over there 10 min later. Tanisha helped me get my new iPhone XS, helped me trade in my phone and receive the benefits of it such as receiving a Google Home, phone cover, glass screen, and a wireless charger for free basically. All while letting me open the boxes of phone cases to see which one I liked on my phone. She was beyond helpful and extremely friendly and really took the time to help me choose everything I wanted while helping me and patiently waiting for my old phone to wipe out. She even helped me set up my email on my phone which is honestly something I could've figured out at home. She went above & beyond in giving great customer service. Her coworker with the hoop nose ring (didn't catch her name) was also very helpful in helping me choose the items I wanted. It did not feel like working with sales people, or felt like working with people I've known for a while. This is not an issue with staff - but for management. Please consider adjusting store hours online to reflect actual availability. It takes time and gas to get to the store and it goes to waste when there's a post it on the door saying "be back at 4" at 2:55pm. I get you're probably understaffed, and your staff needs breaks. That's perfectly fine, but don't communicate that via post it. Adjust your store hours (like officially close one hour everyday) so your customers don't have to play a guessing game. read more

Had a terrible experience here. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE. (Take a seat this will take a while) Came in because my pixel 2 battery was having issues and was wondering what I could do about it. The clerk tells me it's not under warranty and that you had to sign up because Google provides the warranty not Verizon. (uh, what?) I insist that it has the be under warranty because it hasn't been a year yet. Apparently the computer doesn't say anything about it. She tells me that I can either spend a couple hundred dollars and get a refurbished phone that might not work, or I can upgrade. I feel like I might as well upgrade since my phone can barely last half the day on a charge. She tells me how amazing the LG v40 is and that it's so much better than pixel 3 so I decide to try something new. Lose my promo on pixel 2 to upgrade, pay tons in tax, store case, and store screen protector. Had to trade in on bad battery phone to help cover the cost. Two days later I ask co-workers about their pixel warranty, they say it should be covered for at least a year if not 2. I tweet at Verizon support because now I feel like I got ripped off. Verizon Twitter support says it should have been covered under warranty and that I need to go back to the store in order to resolve this. Go to the store on Friday (soonest I could get in), and I speak to the manager. He tells me to call Verizon official warranty support and they will send me a new pixel 2 and he can activate it for me the next day. I call when I get home and stay on customer support for over 3 hours. Let me summarize this for you: Verizon can't help me because this was not a corporate store, and they have no control. The manager, David, should never have sent me to call that number because there is nothing they could do and he has to take care of it himself. The reps all said "he was trying to get out of it so they sent you to us". They also all said this store needed to be reported and that they gave me "the run-around". Also, they all said my phone was under warranty and that their system either lied or they did. Most of this is because my old phone has been traded in and processed, so we can't reverse it, even though the store liked to me. Go into this store the next day, they tell me that the manager isn't in today. (Weird, he told me he would be here, and that his days off are Wednesday and Sunday, but now he's gone, and he knew that one way or another I would be in today). So the oringal lady is helping me again, I fill her in, she won't accept fault and she can't help me because she isn't in charge. She orders me a black pixel 3 because I want to switch to that phone. Says she will be here next Saturday to finish the transaction with us. I could have come in on Friday, but I came in on Saturday to see her. Guess what, she's not here, the manager is, and he says she's running late but might not be in for hours. (She knew we were coming in today too). Trade out LG for Pixel, but we spent almost $200 on taxes, case and protector for the LG, and the taxes on pixel should be around $80, and he said he would give me the protector on the pixel 3 for free, and I returned the case. I got 0 money back, when though I spent much less on this pruchase. (I got my own case on Amazon) Overall, my experience with this store left me feeling like GoWireless tried to scam me and make a sale. I lost quite a bit of money because they lied to me about my phone not being under warranty. Will never come here again. TL:DR Was told phone not under warranty, got new phone, old phone was actually under warranty, couldn't get it back, forced to upgrade and lose lots of money. read more

I had to get a new phone in a hurry - it was quick and easy. I've been to this store a few times and always had good service.

I've only had to come in here twice and both times were lousy. It also stinks inside this place (literally and figuratively). Like some sort of unhealthy moldy stink. Maybe that's what's causing the crap attitude and ineptitude of the employees? If you are going for Verizon services, just skip this place and drive to the corporate office on Bouquet. These guys are near us and we always go here when we need help. They always super knowledgeable and quick when there's not a bit of away. They take a lot of individual time with each person to make sure they are fully satisfied, which I appreciate and understand. BE AWARE!!! Do not go to this location. Switched over and bought the S10+ and S10. There are several hidden fees that include set up at the location of $20.00 per phone and an addition fee Verizon charges of $40.00 per phone. Right off the bat you are paying an extra $60.00 per phone. The female that switched us over was not upfront and honest. We purchased screen covers for $40 a piece which the store installed but they are super cheap and they lift and bubble up issue was for both phones. When I brought my phone back in the female that originally switched us over was rude and tried to act like it was my fault that the screen cover was lifting within 2 days. Do not buy screen covers or accessories from them. They keep the screen cover packaging. Looks like they place a cheaper brand in the expensive packaging Shady, Shady, Shady!!! read more
