I wanted to give a shoutout to MARCO at our local Taco Bell by Canyon High School. OMG what a sweet, kindhearted young man. It is a wonderful feeling having opportunities to interact with young people like him. He was courteous, respectful and supper helpful. I noticed him interacting with other customers and he was chatting with everyone with happiness and a great big smile. This review is primarily about my interaction with Marco, but please note that the other young people working here also had a wonderful attitude. I always feel so happy to encounter the younger generation demonstrating appreciation for job opportunities. The ambiance is good, clean restaurnat and food tasted fresh. My other note: seemed like home office was paying a visit and talking to him about things to fix in the store and about his reviews. I have worked in good service for a very long time. In management. I tried to attach pictures, but the app wouldn't let me not surprising. I ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken and couldn't locate chicken in the bowl let alone extra chicken. They ran out of forks and I was told to go next-door to Ding Tea and ask them for a fork. They will happily give you one.. hats off to ding tea if you've been handing out forks for Taco Bell next-door. I've been to other Taco Bell's without high expectations and the food was OK. This location it is all lacking., meh due to the fact that there is no chicken in their chicken bowl. My total came out to $16..88 I never write reviews, but I literally used two straws as chopsticks to eat my chicken-less bowl because I was too embarrassed to ask ding tea for a fork. My wife went there this evening to order one Mexican pizza for my son and it took 25 minutes. Sadly, this place was very disorganized and really didn't care about customers because they were a lot of people that were upset and disgusted at how poor the service was. I went to Taco Bell and waited patiently for 20 mins for my order of food. I repeated that I don't eat meat and that I don't want any sour cream and beef. I stopped by to try the new Cantina Chicken menu 03/26 for lunch. Decided to order the Crispy cheese Chicken Fancy as advertised Taco. It was my first item on my tray. I opened the nicely wrapped taco. Took a look. Outside was nicely toasted with shell and mixed cheese. I take a look inside to squeeze the avocado hot sauce packet. I see 1/2 inch high x the 4 inches in bottom of the taco shell No other inside ingredients. BARE! 5/6's of the Taco shell EMPTY!!!! Looke cheap, shame. What a terrible value. A bad Product period!!! I think this Taco Bell only survives because of the high school across the street. There's no drive-thru, which isn't bad, but you do have to park to grab something to go. This isn't bad because I've often gone inside a place when they drive-thru lines appears long and got in/out quicker. The dining room was busy with mainly high school students. Sunday, October 1 visit at 3pm ordered $5 box and didn't receive any entry for the Xbox X giveaway. Workers didn't inform us they ran out of the boxes and entries. I am not a Taco Bell eater due to the quality and quantity of the food. Last week, I was in a hurry and needed to eat lunch, or would not be eating until after dinner. I stopped into the Taco Bell across from Canyon High School. The employees were very welcoming. I ordered a combo macho type burrito and taco. It came with a soda. I"ve eaten at Del Taco, Miguels and several other fast food restaurants and that was the sorriest combo, I've ever seen. It looked like two $.99 cent items from the discount menu. There was nothing in either item. Needless to say I left hungry, which has never happened at the other mexican restaurants. I know Taco Bell doesn't care and I am so sorry for not bringing it to the restaurants attention, while I was there. Today's review is only on the service I received yesterday around dinner time. I walked in and just happened to be the only one there and ordered my food from the register. A couple parties came in with online orders, and was given their food before me, which is perfectly fine. Then a person came in and ordered from the register, and was waiting just like me. Another person came in to pick up an online order, but it wasn't ready. Seven minutes later, the person who ordered their food from the register after me received their food before me which I thought was kind of odd as I ordered minuted before her. I ordered my double decker taco on the TB website. The TB app was acting up and I couldn't use my free taco code from T-Mobile. But when I got to TB, the employee just punched in the code on the register once he verified that I was a T-mobile user so I got my free taco! Thanks To T-Mobile Tuesday freebies!! Ok. Let me give you the step by step after a general review. I go to Taco Bell's all the time. I love some Taco Bell. I have been to many. These folks were the rudest and just most unfriendly staff I have ever seen. Food was below usual Taco Bell quality as well. We came in with 4 people. Two can't sit in high tops. So there is only two tables that we can sit at. One all the way in the back. So sat in the only one in the front. I sat down. The other three went to the bathroom. Someone was mopping the floor with no wet floor signs. So the girls came out to a wet floor. The person mopping put the bucket right next to the chair where you could not get it out on the other side of our table???? I had to move it so rest could sit down. We did. Then she started mopping almost under our feet. ?? Then we got our food. No less then three times did this same person with a scowl on her face did she come sweep under our feet WHILE we were eating. I went to the Taco Bell near to my house and I want to tell you I know why they get such bad reviews. I was craving a bean and cheese burrito so I went there.
