Cheesy Roll Up? More like a Not Very Cheesy Fold Over! And they don't even melt the cheese!
Diane M.

Gave this location another try. The "cinnamon" twists had NOT ONE GRAIN OF CINNAMON on them! And get this... they put FORTY-NINE packets of fire sauce in our bag! 49! 43 of them went in the trash! Do they do this with every customer? How wasteful!

Ordered soft shell tacos...they charged and gave hard shell tacos. -.-
Monica L.

My sister ordered 5 soft shell tacos for me through their drive thru. She came home with hard shell tacos. She didn't check in the bag before she drove off because the bag was folded at the top. There is an expectation that when you order food, that you will get what you ordered and paid for. Unfortunately this Taco Bell missed the mark on that.

A Taco Bell employee thought it would be funny to take a bite of a bean burrito we ordered. Didn't your parents teach you better?!
Jojo T.

I cannot believe how pathetic people are today. My grandson and I went to this Taco Bell around 9pm. We noticed the bean burrito was not wrapped up like it should've been. And what we saw was horrifying, one of the employees took a bite of the bean burrito! I felt bad for my grandson because he was hungry. This is a health concern and should be taken very seriously. For one, what sort of people are preparing our food. Second, if their mentality is that it's fine to take a bite of a customers burrito, what else are these freaks doing in the back. Urinating on our food? Spitting on the food? Something to ponder before going to this Taco Bell. OWNER: Please be diligent in the hiring process. This may have turned out as a liability.

$9 for rice and about a teaspoon of chicken. Plenty of other stuff that could add up to a dollar

Sonoratown continues to be one of my favorite places for tacos. We are so lucky to have it in Long…read moreBeach. They're known for their handmade flour tortillas that have an amazing bite to them. They were just awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand award this week for their excellent, affordable food. One thing that I appreciate about their tacos is that their meats have varied textures. The costilla (rib meat) is a crowd pleaser as you get the taste of the grill/charcoal. They have tripe that is crispy with corn nut texture. Cabeza (face meat) has a stewed texture. Unlike most places in LB, there is two hours free parking conveniently located across the street at the Harvey Milk Community Lot. This is easily one of the best options for tacos in Long Beach and, if you haven't had it yet, then you really should! This is the type of place that we need to support!

We ordered caramelos with the poblanos inside, as well as their horchata. Tortillas are some of the best I've had. Super soft and flavorful from the grill. The fillings and salsa were good too, but it was really wet, and the bean ratio especially compared to the meat, was a little off. Always am going to want more meat. Horchata was unique since it was coconut based. Overall solid spot with patient staff. Tacos La Rueda is still better, but will be back when in Long Beach.

They were all delicious and they give you the option to sub out anything but the starred items which are fish and shrimp and vegan tacos. They have two vegan options and 6 vegetarian options. Also good for people with allergies and now they serve beer. I had heard they were really good and they did not disappoint. Have to come back and try the breakfast options they sound great. They've got a couple burritos on the menu as well to try. Friendly and helpful guidance from the staff and nice little indoor and outdoor dining area.

My go to is the sampler to get a little of everything. The cochinita pibil is one of my all time favorites and the mole poblano. Absolutely delicious!! The service here is good. We didn't necessarily have a great experience though. They messed up our order and we never got it fixed. We just happened to be there when there was a big party there too and it seemed like staff was a bit flustered. I told the workers about our order and they just forgot. We waited for over 15 min and when I went up to ask again, they realized they had forgotten about us and hadn't made our correct order so we decided to leave it and just go. Regardless of that hiccup, the staff were very friendly and they were apologetic about the situation. I would come back for sure and give it another try. The Boyle heights location has always been on top of it and I've never experienced a bad visit so I wouldn't say this location is bad off of one visit. The space is small and has inside and outside seating. We tried to eat outside but that bigger party took up a lot of the seats out there. They have a beautiful mural inside too and we luckily got a table. Overall, guisados is a must and I'm happy there's a location closer to me now.

I realized that this pop-up was actually just a street away from where I live, which made the decision even easier. Upon arriving, I encountered a bit of a wait--there were at least 15 folks ahead of me in line, eagerly anticipating their delicious orders. After standing in line for about 10 minutes, I could sense excitement building in the air as the line inched forward. As I observed the scene, I couldn't help but feel the buzz of anticipation surrounding me.. The flavors of sweet marinated pork and fresh pineapple have a way of dancing on your palate. Our service was very slow and the drinks took a very long time to come out. We were some of the only people in the restaurant, so I can't blame it on being very busy. My girlfriend ordered a mojito and it tasted more like a margarita than anything. Our appetizer was okay but for the price you pay you don't get much. My burrito was decent, nothing to write home about. But you could definitely get a better one in Long Beach for $5 cheaper. My girlfriend ordered a salmon special which was about $30. I've never had a more overcooked piece of fish in my life. When the server asked how our food was I informed her the food was extremely overcooked. She didn't seem to care and there was no offer to find some kind of solution. I wasn't expecting a comped dish or anything special, but a little acknowledgement would have been appreciated. I wouldn't reccomend this place but if you're going to the club there and want food I guess this could be a decent option.
