It's a Taco Bell. I've never actually gone into this particular location because I'm always using the drive thru. I just know that the line can get pretty long during rush times, but it moves decently quick. However be warned. Always check your bag to make sure you got everything in your order. Multiple times my order was missing something, or I got the wrong stuff. Last night I got someone else's order and had to drive around again. This is why I took off 2 stars. The employees are neither noticably friendly nor apathetic. They are just trying to get through the day and that's honestly to be expected so I wouldn't dock any stars for that. New Years Eve 8 PM Drive thru order Order Mexican Pizza and Taco Supreme combo, soft Tacos Left drive thru, 2 blocks away check the bag to make sure I got napkins, and realized they had given me crunchy Tacos. U-turned back to the drive thru, explained I was given crunchy Tacos instead of soft Tacos, they said come to window, I handed them back the crunchy Tacos, a guy in the kitchen said something to guy working the window, he said I could keep the crunchy Tacos if I wanted because they would be throwing them away. Then he handed me a bag with my two soft tacos​​​. They were very fast. I was polite for both visits to the window. Thanked them, wished them Happy New Year At home I discovered my 2 soft Tacos Supreme had only meat filling and soft tortilla, no lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or cheese. BEST Taco Bell experience EVER! Let me start off by saying that I have had a lot of Taco Bell in my day. I've been vegetarian/vegan for almost 12 years and until recently, Taco Bell was the only fast food option. In college, I made a point to stop at every since Taco Bell on the 500 mile journey back to my hometown and accomplished that goal by junior year. All that being said, I went to this Taco Bell on Jan 7th at 9:45am. I started off my morning by driving an hour and a half to Sterling for a DMV appointment that I incorrectly thought was that morning. After being turned away from the DMV, i was slightly hungry and wanted to eat my feelings of frustration of having to drive to the DMV AGAIN since I got the appointment day wrong. I'm usually not a Taco Bell in the morning kind of gal, but there isn't much around in Sterling, so I went for it. I got my usual, cheesy bean and rice burrito without the two cheeses (vegan). I used to add potatoes, but am anxiously awaiting their return. I also got a Pepsi and cinnamon twists. The beans were moist, not clumpy and dry. The burritos were perfectly laid out, no sections lacking beans. The cinnamon twists were warmer than usual at other TBs. The cinnamon was perfectly scattered across the cinnamon twists, not clumped too much in some areas and none in others. The food was really 10/10. I don't expect much food wise when going to fast food, it's not a Michelin meal. But this was better than fast food quality. Above all that, I placed the order in the parking lot on the app before pulling up to the order board. I let them know I ordered on the app. One person was in front of me, but by the time I got to the window, they were already ready and handing it to me. I hope to never return to Sterling, but will make it a point to always stop at this Taco Bell if I do. read more

So after landing late in Dulles, we needed food. The Taco Bell closes at 11pm inside but their drive thru is open later. Might have mixed up the time, could be 10pm, I forget. Anywho, got a 7 layer burrito, bean and cheese burrito, and a crunchy taco. All decently good. The thing is that it is really expensive to get full here, even tho It's fast food. The 7 layer burrito had a lot of filling in there but it was in a small skin for ~$4. Which is meh I guess? The bean and cheese burrito with rice is on their value menu and really good; I like it because it's cheap and tasty. Refried beans! The crunchy taco, not a fan. My husband and I will NEVER eat at this Taco Bell again. We arrived at this Taco Bell at 11:15 am. There was at least 3 signs saying that breakfast was from 7-11am, but all of the menus were still turned to breakfast. When we asked the cashier about it, she looked confused. It then took her about 5 minutes to find a ladder and rotate the menu boards. After we ordered our lunch, my husband got the sodas while I got the napkins and sauces. There was only 1 napkin in the entire dining room and only verde sauce. So I got the 1 napkin and went to find us a table. The floor and every single table in the dining room was dirty. I only had one napkin, so I couldn't clean our table. At this point in time, we decided we needed to talk to the manager. After we told her about the condition of the dining room she had 3 employees go and clean it. The restaurant was not busy, in fact we were the only customers. I find it sad that we had to complain to get a clean dining room. The place had been open for over 4 hours and most of the mess in the dining room was not breakfast items, it was left over from the night before. The food was ok. It tasted like it does at every other TB, but it was 'slapped' together and very messy. One of my tortillas had not been heated and was cold and un-pliable. My final issue was the restrooms. My husband said that you could see water in the drain in the middle of the floor and the whole bathroom smelled like sewer. There was also no hand soap/ The woman's bathroom was out of toliet paper. I understand that this is a fast food joint but this was the worst TB I have ever been to and I will never go there again. read more

This Taco Bell is lame. The food has surprisingly come out right the few times that I've been but they are pretty slow and maybe a bit dumb. They provide very slow service and charged me wrong on top of it. However, I didn't want to waste my time contacting them for $2 overcharge. read more

I'm not sure what happened with this Taco Bell, but the food has gone downhill since I was last a regular. I ordered the new Fiery Gordita Crunch, and the red chip part was totally stale and not spicy at all. Super disappointing in comparison to the normal Cheesy Gordita Crunch I used to always get. Also the shredded chicken quesarito is not as good as when it first came out. They used to really stuff them with lots of chicken and fillings. They're still generous with the cheese, but there was barely any chicken filling. It was mainly rice and cheese, so it doesn't seem worth ordering anymore when I could just get a cheese wrap for less money. On the bright side, the people who work at the window seem a lot nicer than the people who worked there before. Congrats on higher quality customer service. This is my first review and unfortunately it has to be one that is not too good and during COVID-19. It was a little after 4pm when my daughter and I stopped by this Taco Bell. My daughter, a 9 years ago has a hard time picking what she wanted and I asked for a minute. There was no other cars behind us but the lady very rudely said that there is a timer, I can park and come back when I'm ready. I don't think we were in the drive-thru for more than two minutes from the time I pulled up and drove away. Maybe they do have a timer but this is my first time hearing about it. This is a review of the Taco Bell on Sterling Boulevard in Sterling, VA 20164. I hadn't been to a Taco Bell in forever. Husband and I stopped for a quick bite at lunchtime on a Saturday. We both had the Nacho Fries Box (4.5 Stars combined rating on the food). HOWEVER, the star was Hal, a gentleman who offered superb customer service, ensured all orders were correct, and greeted everyone with great enthusiasm. He even calmed down a crying child by talking to him quietly and asking him questions about what he would like to eat. Hal even brought my husband and I mints "for after the meal." WOW! Hal embodies excellent customer service by ensuring everyone who walks in the door has a pleasant experience. ALL customer service industries should have employees like Hal! I hope Hal's leadership recognizes the value he brings to the organization. read more

I have lived in Sterling Park for 15 years so this Taco Bell has been a favorite of mine but lately they are just going too cheap. I like crunchy beef tacos and the past three visits what I actually get are crunchy lettuce tacos with a tiny orange spot at the bottom of the taco shell where the meat should have gone. Three strikes and they are out, I can make my own lettuce and cheese tacos... One other gripe...why do they always ask at the drive thru "Do you want sauce?". I answer and say yes, mild please and get home to find no sauce. Are they just curious when they ask? read more
