3x in the last month or 2 I've come at 8 AM to get food I ordered on the app, just to find that they don't have any food ready. Today, though 7-28 @8:35 the AI at the drive-through kept taking someone's order while I waited behind them. No food was ready. She sat for 3 min ordering, then when I said my order to AI I pull around and wait another 4 min while they explained to her nothing was ready. Why did you leave the menu AI thing on when you had no food? you're wasting our time! Why did the app take my money?!? You wasted the ladies time in front of me, wasted my time the 10 minutes since I ordered and clocked out, drove here. Leaving 20 minutes left on my lunch break. 3 times I wasted my lunch break coming here to find my order wasn't even being made. Then I have to log into the app and see if I can cancel it. Oh wait no I close that feature by accident so now I got a call and get a refund and you believe I'm gonna explain how frustrating this is and they need to do something about the staffing at this store. Have not been to a taco bell in over 10 years but my buddy convinced me to go with him stating they have new better items. I ordered the crunchwrap supreme and a chalupa. The crunchwrap is supposed to have ground beef. lettuce, tomatoes, and sour creme. I took a few bites and detected no beef at all. After about 4 bites I got a hint of the sour cream. I unwrapped it to see if there was any beef and where the sour cream was. What is supposed to be the beef looked like a beef colored paste appearing to be less than a 1/8 inch thick. There was one small dollop of sour cream and the rest was lettuce and tomato. Tossed it after about halfway through. No taste and the price is insane for so little substance. What can I say? Brayden is absolutely Amazing and a definite asset to this location. He is always friendly, has a smile on his face and remembers me and my kids names. I have been to this Taco Bell a few times, and the drive thru and the automated order system is horrible, you have to repeat yourself several times before an employee inside decides to answer and take the order. I asked the employee why not disconnect the system that answers be used it never works right, he told me they couldn't, it has to stay on. I asked him if there's somebody to complain about it but he didn't respond, so I guess nobody to talk to about their issue. Also, I ordered a medium ice coffee and the cup was full of ice and very little coffee, ( not happy). Business has improved in the last 2-3 years, drive thru can be slow. Food usually is really fresh from 11am-6pm. I like the new Ai ordering in the drive thru and the app finally collects points. Every time I come to this location, the staff who works the window is always very friendly and kind. I didn't catch the name of the young man tonight, who was working the window, but if a manager sees this review, it was the time of about 5:40pm and the date was Friday Nov. 8th 2024 . He went out of his way to ask me how my night was going and made sure that I was satisfied with my order or needed any hot sauces.. I just wanted to be sure to write a note of thanks because it's very refreshing to come across people who go out of their way to put a smile on others faces. The worst Taco Bell & customer service that we have ever experienced. We were the only customer here and the girl tells us to use the ipad to order. How DUMB! It took me 10 mins to figure out an ios system that I have never seen before (and i am pretty tech savvy) she could have taken our order in 2 mins and avoided all the future things that transpired! Then the girl tells us there is no coffee at 10 am...we ordered on the kiosk, and it doesn't tell you when they are out. So a whole refund was done. Chicken quesadilla was not cut, nor cooked. Chipotle sauce was only on one half of the quesadilla also and the cheese was not melted. Ordered three cheese roll ups for our family also and none of them were cooked or even warm. Ordered a Supreme chalupa and it came with no tomatoes, that's apart of the extra "supreme charge". This was the absolute worst experience we have had at this taco bell. We had to heat up the majority of our families food in the microwave. Charged full price for a non-cooked meal. The employees seem to not care about people and just about more time to play on their phones. Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible presentation. If I thought about writing a review sooner, would have posted more photos of the cold cheese and cold food before heating it up, just to get what I paid for, "cooked food". We come to this location about once every two months, with the most recent time being a couple of days ago. What's interesting is this location tends to be a little cheaper than a the ones we have in LA, box combo here is $5 in LA the same thing is $5.99. Same thing for their $2 burritos, in LA they're $2.49. So when we are in the area and want to satisfy that craving, this is our go to. Obviously this isn't a 5 star steakhouse, but for a Taco Bell, it's always good, consistent and better than most of the other locations I've been to. I might be jinxing it, but we have yet to receive bad food here. Service is usually pretty good at this location too. Especially on Friday when I daughter accidentally dropped an entire lemonade and they were very nice about it. Okay hear me out...we all know what we're in for when going to Taco Bell. Everything tastes the same, quality is hit or miss, and we end of regretting it by the time we finish out meal. I can go on and on about the poor service at the drive through or messed up orders but that's nothing new to you Taco Bell connoisseur. No this review is about two of my most recent visits to Taco Bell was a bit different. No, not the food, that is still an insult to "Mexican Food", but the customer service. Quite simply, they were amazing. Both times we had someone stop by our seats to check on us and see how we're doing. They also promptly cleared tables when patrons left and asked if we need any refills on our drinks or sauce. When getting up to leave, they asked us to just leave our trays there and they'll take care of it. Not sure about you but I have NEVER received customer service like that besides Chic-Fil-A. It was an oddity, but a welcomed one. Maybe the Chic-Fil-A next door is having some type of effect? read more

Seriously have not been to a Taco Bell in probably 10 years. It's late at night, most things are closed, and McDonald's didn't sound appealing. Thinking I'd give Taco Bell a shot, I quickly found out it was the biggest mistake. Their online menu doesn't match the menu you get at the drive thru, so if you go there expecting something off of that, don't bother. Want mild sauce? Don't bother with that either...they don't have any. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos, I was basically handed taco shells because they didn't have anything in them but maybe a tablespoon of meat. Bruhh the amount of times the food here is awful is ridiculous. The workers either have zero pride in their work or they feel extremely underpaid and overworked. I've tried the Mexican pizza 3 times total here since it's return and it's always made like a ray charles himself is in the back putting these together. I mean there's zero excuse for the cheese to only be on half the entire pizza, the cheese not even melted, or the person cutting the pizza cut it in 20 pieces and you can't even grab it.
