Came here for Cinco de Mayo, place was popping with a great atmosphere. The place has three areas, the front where the bar is, a back area with benches and a pack patio. You can literally find your vibe. Staff was great and helpful. I got the Seoul, Tempura cauliflower and wagyu tacos. All three really good with a strong preference toward the tempura cauliflower.

I live so close to this delicious restaurant, and I finally got the chance to check it out. This is a very family friendly restaurant. I came on a Friday night, and the entire patio was filled with families. I also made it right on time before "social hour" ended. The discounted beverages were great during social hour. The food and drinks came out so fast. They have many kinds of tacos, which include some unique flavors like bahn mi, tikka masala, ribeye bulgogi, etc. I tried the fish, shrimp, and carne asada tacos which were all delicious. I think the best out of the 3 would be the shrimp. My friend really enjoyed the Bahn mi taco. I would definitely love to come back and try all their other tacos! Parking was not too difficult. It is recommended to park in the residential areas and just walk.

First time here. I live 5 mins away but haven't tried it. Good I did today. Food was yummm! Service was definitely great - the gentleman behind the cash register was nice and patient and allowed me to make changes as I ordered. Food came out and it was almost instantly devoured. Will be back :)

Cute little spot in Eagle Rock! Parking is tough so go early to find a spot! I love the idea of tacos with a variety of flavors, etc but some were a bit too salty.... Service was great. Prices not bad. May or may not go back. Seemed a little greasy in there. We sat on picnic tables! It's casual. Fun for kids.

Sadly, I didn't have the best experience. When I walked in , I wasn't greeted or given any customer service on where to sit so I just grabbed a seat at the bar. Bartender's energy was flat, seemed like he didn't like to work there. He didn't offer any information on the menu so we ordered one of every taco to really get an idea. The tacos came out at a good time but they were extremely greasy, lack of flavor, and overall very flat , especially for the price. Spent over $100 on the food and had one margarita on tap (also very flat in flavor) . We Stayed to watch the game for a while but the ambiance was very loud intoxicated older gentleman. I wasn't impressed, probably won't come back. Quick update: The manager did reach out and offer a token of his apologies. I do appreciate that the feedback was taken politely and was made right. Therefore I added a star.

Doesn't have to be Tuesday for tacos! Been wanting to come here for the longest time. Was excited to see such a wide variety of tacos. Didn't realize that they were all made on homemade flour tortillas, which I love! Each of their tacos are unique, seasoned well and delicious! We ordered the wagyu smash burger, Thai chili shrimp and the Banh-mi tacos, each taco tasted exactly what they were! I loved the Thai chili shrimp taco and would definitely come back just for that one! They offered two salsas, one red and one habanero, personally I did not like either one, honestly, these tacos do not need additional salsa. They do not have a typical taco condiment area, as the tacos stand on their own, no additional condiments needed. These are not your typical street tacos, so don't expect that, trust me, you will be pleasantly surprised! Looking forward to coming back and trying other items on their menu! Great customer service! Street parking.

Came here for a catered event (was in the back patio and the event was catered by Taco Social themselves). The Ribeye Bulgogi and Baja Shrimp tacos were two of my favorites. We also had the Carne Asada and the Mexi-Cali ones. Service was fast and efficient, staff was friendly and responsive at all times, and the ambiance was great. Excellent setup in the back patio with great natural light. Highly recommended spot. 10/10

I was in California visiting family, and my parents kept raving about this spot in Eagle rock. They said it had "healthy tacos" which my dad could not get over. So of course, it was on my list the minute I got to town. We went one night and it was packed. Parking wasn't great but once we got inside everything move smoothly. We ordered a mix of tacos and every single one was delicious. My parents go here at least twice a week and now I understand why. The food was flavorful. The service was friendly, and the whole place had a really fun, relaxed vibe. Everyone around us look like they were enjoying themselves just as much. When I'm back in California, I'll definitely return. I've reached out and recommended it to friends who live in the area to check this place out.

    Quite a bounty of tacos!

Incredible tacos only made possible by the miracle of fresh, flour tortillas. They have the classics as well as an array of innovative tacos not seen anywhere else. These include chicken tikka masala , lettuce wrapped poké, French onion, falafel a many others including seasonal selections. Really astoundingly good tacos. They also have sides, bowls and desserts. An excellent spot!

Such a cute place! I really love all the menu options. Walk up counter service or you can sit and order at the bar. Happy Hour is available. Plenty of spots to sit and dine in! Perfect for friends and family gatherings.

I really appreciate how they live up to their name--"Taco Social" truly delivers on the social experience. Our large group had such a great time. The atmosphere was fun, laid-back, and still offered a sense of privacy. The spacious covered extension out back provided us the perfect spot to relax, chat, and enjoy amazing food and drinks. Their tacos are a highlight--creative, unique, and packed with bold flavors. They also offer a wide variety of snacks and meals to suit any craving or appetite. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks deserve a shoutout too. Thanks for giving us such a memorable night!

Grandma's Purse, which features miso-infused Suntory, butterscotch, and 5 spice, was surprisingly savory and not sweet. As a I grew up in Highland Park I took my wife to visit The Arroyo Club bar to celebrate her recent promotion after the bar was recommended to us by a close friend. We were looking forward to a fun evening and decided to participate in the trivia game being hosted that night. After receiving an answer sheet from the host, Matt, my wife and I began playing. The trivia topic was based on an older television show that we were unfamiliar with, and we initially used our phones to look up answers. A male individual approached us and informed us that using our phones was considered cheating. We accepted that explanation, stopped using our phones, and continued playing. Later in the evening, I observed bartender Justin speaking with the same individual and appearing to provide him with answers. When I questioned how that was different from what we had been told not to do, Justin stated that it was not cheating because they were part of a group. I responded that it was only a game and not a serious issue, especially considering my wife and I had only accumulated a few points. At that point, the interaction became uncomfortable. Justin informed the host that my wife and I should be disqualified for cheating, despite the fact that we had stopped using our phones when instructed. The employee who had originally confronted us also became increasingly confrontational, which my wife and I found intimidating. I later asked another bartender, Zach, what the concern was, and he explained that the winning prize was $50. While I understand the importance of maintaining fair rules, the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily hostile and embarrassing. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we appeared to be the only minority guests present at the time, and we observed other patrons using their phones without being confronted. This left us feeling singled out and unwelcome. My wife attempted to discuss how the situation made us feel with a female bartender who had blue hair. Unfortunately, her reaction appeared dismissive, and our concerns did not seem to be taken seriously. As we prepared to leave, the employee who had initially confronted us remained nearby staring in our direction, which further contributed to our discomfort. For reference, we were seated at the right corner of the bar if you were facing the bar from the front. I am not seeking compensation. Rather, I hope management will review the events of that evening, including any available security footage and discussions with staff members present. No guest should leave feeling targeted, embarrassed, or unwelcome while simply trying to enjoy a night out celebrating a special occasion.

They can make just about any cocktail, but they have some great highballs and signature drinks ranging from $14-$20. I tried the Goldliner, Japanese Old Fashioned and Nitro Espresso Martini and they were all delicious and well balanced. The bartenders are all really cool and service was pretty quick. The disco ball in the lounge area, the wall of vinyl and old photos of iconic artists give retro vibes. My friend DJ'd the night I stopped in and played nothing but 45s of classics for 3 hours. Gold Line would be my watering hole if I lived in the area!

The lighting is extremely dim, which isn't really my preference, but it definitely adds to the ambiance. The restaurant was packed, yet we were seated right away in a cozy corner booth. We started with an appetizer that our server recommended over the hummus, and I'm glad we took the suggestion. It had a unique flavor, and the pita bread was absolutely delicious. Be prepared to spend some money here. Dinner for two can easily run over $100 if you're ordering more than just an appetizer and salad. The food itself was interesting, with bold and unique seasonings. Some dishes leaned a little salty for my taste, and I found myself going back and forth on whether I loved them or not, but they were definitely memorable. If you're looking for a fun date-night spot or a lively place to meet up with friends, this restaurant is worth checking out. It has a great vibe and a lot of character. While it's probably not somewhere I'd visit regularly, I'm glad I gave it a try.

We were told seating was first come, first served, so when a table opened up outside, our group of five sat down while part of our group went inside to order. Shortly after ordering multiple drinks and several plates of food, another staff member came to our table and began yelling at us, threatening to kick us out for being "rude" to staff, even though we had done nothing but order our food and drinks. What made it even more uncomfortable was watching other guests openly smoking weed while staff said nothing, yet our group felt watched, accused, and singled out the entire time.
