Arrived here 730PM on a Saturday night. The place is always packed and it's nearby my house! Waited around 5 minutes to get seated. Ordered water and a bottle of coke (the coke with the glass bottle that's made in Mexico). Free chips obviously...lots of different types of chip dip. The green one has a gnarly kick to it so be careful or you'll end up sweating like me. You can always go and try other types of salsa at the salsa bar. Try them out! There's a different green one that isn't spicy so maybe you'll like that one more. The coke was amazing. No idea why, but mexican coke is bomb diggity. For our entrees, we ordered the 3 item combo. Each combo came with beans and rice. Enchilada, tamale, and a taco (choice between hard or soft shelled). Enchilada = 9/10...WOW! Lots of cheese. Warm, soft, and filled with red sauce. SO AMAZING!!!!! LOVED THIS!!!!!! Tamale = this was okay. 6/10...it was super hot. The others at my table loved it, but I just thought it was okay. I've never been a big fan of tamales but whatever. Part of the meal...ate it all obviously. Hard shelled taco = 9/10. WHAT THE HECK...THIS THING IS GOOD! I got the shredded beef, and others at my table got the chicken. They were all evenly delicious! Their tacos...for reals...their tacos are amazing. I used to always go to SABROSO in Garden Grove, but this place is loads cheaper and the food is just as good. TRUST ME, try this place out. I would give this place a five star if it weren't for the non functional air conditioning inside on a 96 degree day. Other than it being hotter than heck inside, my disinter and I enjoyed what we ordered. My sister ordered the fish fajitas, while I ordered their pollo asado. Beware...I was waiting for my food, and a couple of guys come into the restaurant, one is coughing horribly, no mask and just coughing, I mentioned it to the manager and you know he didn't even talk to them about wearing a mask! Ok, let me first start by saying the food here is really good. Their chorizo and al pastor are both great and they use king-size tortillas so expect big, filling tacos. They give you grilled serranos on the side to jack up the heat. They have a really good green sauce that is some kind of jalapeño cream sauce. Unfortunately the service here when you dine-in is so bad that I had to give it 3 stars. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars for the food itself. Can't visit my home state without grabbing some real Mexican food! After deliberating with Christina C. over what food to get for lunch, we decided to go for some tacos at a local restaurant. Thank the Lord Christina sent me out on a taco run and suggested this place! She had initially heard about this place from her coworkers and, since I trust her Mexican food judgment, I set off on getting some tacos, rice, and beans for us. When I first arrived, there was a person in line in front of me so can't even call that a wait. I ordered a carne asada taco, lengua taco and a side order of rice and beans for Christina C. I decided on a fish taco, taco al pastor, and a lengua taco. The staff was really friendly and told me to sit and relax while my order was being prepared. They even told me to help myself to the chips and salsa. The salsa was good and the chips were aite. They were pretty much what you would expect from an authentic taco place. None of that Tostitos bullshit! I had contemplated over getting some horchata but the cup looked small for the price. Anyways, I didn't have to wait too long before my order was ready so I definitely like how fast service is here. Christina C. and I were really excited to dig in to our lunch. I liked that they had lengua at the menu as you definitely can't find that in New Hampshire. The lengua was pretty good and wasn't overly salty. The taco al pastor, on the other hand, was dry and on the salty side. Probably wouldn't order that again. As for the fish taco, I was expecting it battered and fried so I was surprised that I got a grilled fish taco. It didn't taste overly fishy and I enjoyed it. Like Christina C. mentioned in her review, the main downside was that the structural integrity of the tacos was lacking since they fell apart despite being held with two corn tortillas. All in all, nothing here necessarily stood out or really knocked my socks off but all the food was done very well. It was the comforting feeling of eating Mexican food made well. As a San Diego native, I've been really spoiled by my Mexican food experiences and can get on the critical side for what I consider to be good Mexican food. When I moved up to Orange County for school and work, I had a hard time finding some delicious and authentic tasting tacos and I'm continuously on the hunt for that holy grail Mexican food. I'm ridiculously happy/relieved to be able to say that I have found a great source of delicious tacos relatively close to me! My workplace will regularly order food from Tacos Sinaloa due to the quality and proximity. They all highly recommended this place to me so I've had food through my work and on my own. I've tried the burrito mojado al pastor with red sauce, fish taco, carne asada taco, lengua taco, and quesadilla al pastor. While the burrito mojado was certainly tasty and filling, I'm personally not a fan of burritos with rice and beans in it. The portion size was generous, the red sauce was very tasty (flavorful and not too spicy for me), and I would definitely get it again with carne asada. More than anything I've tried so far, I'm a big fan of their street tacos, especially the carne asada and fish tacos. Other places I've been to have had dried and flavorless meat and fillings but the tacos here have juicy and flavorful proteins. I was pleasantly surprised with how good they were and would make these my go-tos. The only downside was that, even though the tacos were double wrapped with corn tortillas, they still fell apart rather easily. The only other reason why I'm knocking off a star from my review is because of my first experience when ordering from there in person the first time. There were people behind the bustling behind counter but no one actually at the register and I couldn't figure out how to get someone's attention to put it my order. Eventually, I was able to signal that I was ready (and super hungry for food) but it was a longer wait than it should've been. I'm sure this was probably an isolated incident and won't deter me from coming back but it was just an odd situation for my first time there. However, when I was able to put in my order, the lady behind the register was very nice so it's all good. When John B. had ordered and picked up lunch for us when he was in town, he didn't have any ordering issues so there's that. Overall, this place has really solid and substantial food at an affordable price. I'm glad this location is relatively close to me so that I can curb those Mexican food cravings. Definitely planning to try more things in the future and highly recommend this to those looking for a new Mexican food spot in Orange County! read more

Stopped in for a Carne Asada burrito to go. $11.49 and included chips. While I waited, I filled some to-go cups with salsas from the salsa bar. They had several choices, so I took 4 different types. All were very good. The burrito was huge and everything inside tasted fresh. Very pleased with my meal and the value. I also noticed several diners inside and observed what they were all eating. No one came to follow up on me after my order and left me sitting until I got up and asked for some more lemon. Not the manager or the employees came to check on me even after that. Stopped by this joint while coming back from the field. Ordered the menudo as there are not many places that serve menudo 7 days a week. The menudo was average - a tad bland. It's hard to find a Mexican restaurant that has authentic tasting flavor. The menudo needed a little more spice. The place is decently clean. The waitresses are friendly and hardworking. They have a variety of food on their menu. I will come by again and maybe try the chorizo and eggs and michelada next time. Overall, a good experience and full walking out the door. read more

Yum Yum Yum! Tacos at a Bridal Shower was probably the best choice for food! My best friend ordered a variety of meat, chips, and rice platters from Tacos Sinaloa for her joint bridal party with her fiance. Placing the order was quick and seamless, and just required that the bride call in the order (for approx 40 people) at 9am on the day of the event. It was quite surprising that so little notice was needed, but I'm glad because it made it so simple to quickly place the order and go pick it up shortly after. We ordered an assortments of meats (al pastor, carne asada, and chicken), with plenty of corn tortillas, chips, salsas and rice. The carne asada had to be my absolute favorite meat - and was so flavorful, and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The other two were absolutely still delicious, but definitely preferred the carne asada with the works! The red and green salsas were really good as well. The one thing that was a little iffy was the timing on the packing of their food, since it wasn't ready when our friends went to pick up the order. That's a minor setback, but otherwise everything was on point. For the price and quality - I'll definitely be paying a visit to Tacos Sinaloa in the future. read more

We had to ask for refills on our coffee or things that we needed since we were not attended to. The other patrons sitting near us are visibly upset because they have been waiting longer then 15 minutes for their bill.
