This review is for the CANTINA... the vibe is good and I've always loved the tacos but the drinks are soda water and cranberry juice --- even when it's asked with gin and vodka --- and the well drinks are 7.50! Terrible -- this used to be a dive bar - the Cadillac - now it's an over priced not personable place. And the drinks are WEAK and not worth the trip. Go to the rabbit hole or another bar - unless u want to wait and spend $15 on two drinks in Canoga Park. I was very disappointed. The music was good though - gotta give the DJ kudos! Stopped in for a quick bite...I ordered 3 tacos: carne asada, el pastor and carnitas...All were very good!

Just took a bike ride to this spot since its near by. Had to order their nachos!!! Every Mexican joint j hit up I have to try their NACHOS. Soooo... I loved them people lol. Their carne asada was great! They even pour nacho cheese on top! Mmm mmmm bomba, I'm definitely going back for a burrito... maybe tomorrow muahahaha. So I walked in here craving nachos and thinking I'd have one taco or something. My boyfriend had been raving about this place for weeks and we finally came together. I ordered my nachos and one taco, and the very sweet girl working brought us some chips with refried beans and salsa on them. WOW. Delicious. I was anxious for my nachos. So these nachos come out, and I see the cheese but I just assume it's very melted. They look absolutely delicious. I take a bite and realize it's that nacho crap cheese you find at the movie theater. I was so upset. I wanted some damn good nachos with REAL cheese. Not this nasty fake processed crap. So, unfortunately that didn't work out for me. They were nice enough and understanding to let me take them back and replace the nachos with tacos. So finally my tacos come out, and I am shocked. This looks like a quesadilla/taco combo. (Btw, real cheese on these!!) and I take a bite..... I will never look at a taco the same. I'm telling you. This thing was (not as greasy as I expected) and just flat out delicious. I don't usually like onions either, but my other half told me to get it with everything on it. And I was not disappointed. Seriously, these tacos are something else. I WILL be back. read more
