Salt bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese
    Zach L.

This place was amazing and I can't wait to go back to try out more sandwiches and their variety of bagels. We tried out two of the sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese and it was all great. The hangover cure was piled high with eggs, meats, cheese AND a hash brown. The Italian had some quality deli meats and was a great lunch sandwich. The salt bagel with the limited time sun dried tomato cream cheese was also great. The service was great and it was very busy. I'd recommend going early to make sure the bagel you want is still there

Rolled into the Reno Tahoe Bagel location for the first time today. I've enjoyed the South Lake Tahoe location prior so was excited to hit the Moana Lane spot. Walked into the spot and was impressed with how nice it was. Working the counter was Johnny G. who set me up with a "Back 2 life" breakfast sandwich bagel. Hash brown, egg, cheddar, pork roll, and bacon on Jalapeño cheddar bagel. 5 star tasty breakfast bagel! Thanks Johnny G!

We were here last week for breakfast and decided to try their cheesesteak for lunch. Friends have raved about the cheesesteak, comparing them to ones you would get in Philly! I cannot compare but the sandwich was awesome!! Lots of cheesy meat, great hoagie roll, served hot, all in all delicious!!!!! Johnny was at the counter again, he's very friendly and always has great suggestions, as in to add sweet peppers to our sandwich-yum! A few people were eating but there were still a couple of tables available. Return visit? YES!!!!

We were in town for baseball and my son wanted a cheesesteak sandwich. I found Tahoe Bagel so called to see if they were going to be open on the upcoming holiday. We went in late morning and they told me they did do lunch foods all day! Yess he got his sandwich and loved it! I was thrilled to see their selection of bagels and my fave, poppy! I had to have the lox sandwich..... cream cheese, lox, capers, tomatoes (hold the onion) . It was perfect !! The shop is cute... decorating paying homage to their Jersey roots. Great spot! Will def go back !!

Sandwich was the bomb! The ingredients were so fresh and tasty. It was a warm sandwich and I added mayo and chicken cutlets. Staff was sweet and friendly. She was patient with all my questions and really explained the menu well. Inside the shop is super cozy and easy to have breakfast or lunch. I love the choice of having a table or couches to sit on.

This was an elite event from Yelp. And I'm so glad I got into the event. And an All Star, which was even Mo Beta. On the elite All Star he got six bagels, cream cheese, which I got the garlic cream cheese and any sandwich or anything I wanted and also a drink. So that was pretty epic itself. Johnny was great helping me out this morning since I've only had an order to go another time. Super helpful kiddo. Happy guy. They have all kinds of cream, cheeses and sandwiches and bagels and muffins and drinks and lattes all kinds of syrup flavors. I can't wait absolutely can't wait to have my epic Philly cheese steak sandwich on a hoagie roll. They also have breakfast and breakfast specialties lunch you can build your own. They have online and phone or pick up. So what a great experience come down and try them. They are in the independent shopping center on Moana. Check them out give them a try. Definitely coming back and ordering for the office. If you would like to go to free events, start using your Yelp app and just write reviews and check in wherever you go and you'll be an elite before you know it. In any town you live in you get to go to events. Check it out.

Thank you, Tahoe. Bagel for a delicious Reuben sandwich and turkey club. The gentleman that helped us was very helpful. The sandwiches came out very promptly and they were absolutely delicious. Will be going back again as the sandwich is very filling.

5 star rating, probably 6 if I could. Not even sure where to start... Location, selection, service or food? Let's start with the service, Stephanie has to be the star of the show, no, maybe it was the sandwich, okay it's a draw. Service was beyond good, and the food was excellent. We started with a everything on it bagel with cream cheese, it was sooo good. It had enough cream cheese to sink the titanic. There must be six flavors to choose from, the plain may sound boring but it was so good. We split that and though it was filling we decided to split a turkey club sandwich too. You can see from the picture it was packed with goodness. It was delicious and very much a part of the great experience. Plenty of seating, coffee, breakfast, lunch or just a snack, Tahoe Bagel won't disappoint. Oh, and check out the menu, you can get a Bagel with Cream Cheese for under $4.00; now thats a deal in this day and age. Give em a shot, you won't be disappointed.

5/5/26 1st timer here and it did not disappoint. I came shortly after they opened at 6 AM and I was the first customer in that morning. So many choices to choose from I went with the Back 2 Life on an everything bagel and it definitely had everything on it. It has egg, bacon and sausage, hashbrown, and a little bit of hot sauce.. It was delicious. It was a massive bagel, see pic. I was only able to eat half took the other half home. Service was great Stephanie T is the one that helped me check out and was very friendly and informative. Ambience is nice. Plenty of seating everywhere. Definitely will be back to try other stuff. Enjoy !!!!

Until this 4th of July weekend (250/2026) we had never heard of Archie's. It was recommended to us and we stopped in on Sunday the 5th for lunch on our way out of town. What an amazing choice. I ordered their bacon cheese burger. Guess what? It was GIANT. It was delicious. It was perfect. Comes with fries but I got onion rings. The onion rings were perfect too. Largest order of rings I have ever seen. The burger (1/2 Lb I think!!) had nice thick bacon in every bite, two large and fresh slices of tomato, a big old slab of an onion slice, mayo and lettuce. I can't remember if there were pickles. It was the best burger and onion rings I have eaten in at least ten years, maybe 20. We will be back, EVERY time we are in town from now on. I can't recommend this place enough. Special shout out to David, our server. This guy made no mistakes. Laughed at all my stupid dad jokes, was attentive, patient while my companions changed their minds 36 times, and was friendly too. Says it was only his 2nd day on the job, but I wish he had been working for us at our restaurant (Hokkaido Noodle House) in Sacramento. He is a pro already, give him reasons to keep working for you boss. Don't worry, we won't steal him from you, we are retired and closed our joint 10 years ago. Rock on Archie's! You have earned a few new fans today.

Was surprised it had a second floor with a small deck and pretty decent views! Big place. Great Happy Hour Deals (half off drinks) and other specials. I haven't eaten breakfast there but the burger I'd put in the top 4 in Reno. It is giant diameter wise but the meat is the same amount of a smaller thicker burger which makes it no too hard to eat. I'd call this a Purist's Burger. Crisp lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mustard, sauce. They went really light on the sauce to the point I didn't think it had any. Fries were excellent too. Price is very reasonable (that's typical near a college.) I've tried Royce, Juicy's, and The Parlor. I'd put Archies below Royce and Parlor but above Juicy's. Two left on my list are Armando & Son's Butcher Shop and of course Beefy's.

Brunch is all day on Sundays however they do have a lunch menu starting at 12pm, so we ordered from each menu. The ahi nachos were great, thick pieces of tuna and a great sauce drizzled over. When we arrived, every table was full, so we grabbed seats at the bar. It turned out to be a great spot to watch the bartenders create beautiful drinks, including some of their signature cocktails served in a glass purse for parties of two or more. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, with groups celebrating birthdays and other special occasions. After looking over the menu, we decided on the lox crostini bites and the bruschetta. We each ordered a glass of sparkling wine. I added a chocolate rim to mine, which was fun to look at, although it didn't add much flavor. While we waited for our food, we enjoyed watching the flowing chocolate waterfall. Considering how busy the bar was, our food arrived quickly. The crostini were crisp, and both appetizers were fresh and flavorful. The only drawback was the volume of the DJ, but we knew what to expect as soon as we walked through the door. This is definitely a fun place for parties and groups looking for a lively night out. One last observation: I probably wouldn't choose this spot for a group of men. The décor and overall vibe are very much geared toward women, but the name says it all.

Pine State hails from Oregon originally, and the space feels like Portland or NorCal transported to Nevada. Cool, hip and funky. I got there right at opening and I think the staff were still getting into the swing of the day, because my gravy was pretty cold, which was a disappointment - and probably muted the flavor a bit. Unfortunately, we were stuck back in the rear corner of the building on this visit. The vibes back there are not nearly as nice as the up-front dining. Very well cooked, perfectly tender, and the Calabrian chili oil was perfect for adding some spice. We then ordered entrees, which included the duck duo and a Caesar salad. The Caesar is nothing to write home about. It's fresh and from scratch, but it's just a Caesar. The duck duo came with both duck confit and duck breast. The duck confit was unreal. So tender and so flavorful. The duck breast was a bit tough for my liking, but I really enjoyed the sauce they used on the dish. Most of all, I was shocked by how good the dessert was. We ordered the cast-iron chocolate cake, and it was unbelievable. The sauce that bubbles away in the hot cast iron was spooned onto the rich cake and topped with vanilla ice cream. Nothing better!
