I almost never review places but I was very happy with Take 5. I initially went to Valvoline up the road they quoted me $94 for an oil change. I left and called Take 5 they said $68 plus gave me an additional 25% off as a veteran. Employees masked and respectful. Also no upsells they said my air filter was good.

Take 5 gets 5! Probably the best car service out there since I've had my vehicle. I'm not a fan of waiting 2 hours and this place sees you right away. It's a drive through service that changes your oil right away! No wait time. They offer you a bottle of cold water as soon as you pull up. Once you drive in, they take your information and offer you their services. The gentleman working here are very energetic and provide quality customer service. While you sit in your vehicle, they clean your windshield and fill up your air on tires if needed. They check everything and give you an update on the vehicle. They also take the time to update your dash to reflect 100% oil. They guide your vehicle out the drive through and your are done. EASY and FAST! I must say, I was very excited to also receive 25% off for being a veteran.

The vehicle was in their possession for over three weeks, and when it was returned, several of the same issues remained unresolved. I even brought it back the following day for an oil leak that was still not corrected. I have since obtained an independent inspection indicating that some of the services I was charged for were not performed or could not be verified, along with additional concerns identified after their repair. At this point, I am no longer comfortable returning the vehicle to the same shop and am pursuing formal complaints and small claims. Update: The business responded publicly asking me to reach out, however I have already contacted them multiple times (including emails sent on April 7 and April 10) and received no response. I am still waiting for a resolution. paid $3,087.65 for repairs that, according to a licensed mechanic's written inspection, were not completed. My vehicle was in the shop for over three weeks, and I was charged for a CV axle replacement, tire replacement, and tire services that were not actually performed. The vehicle is still leaking oil. They also missed repairs like the serpentine belt and wheel bearings. If said work was actually done they wouldn't have missed the wheel bearings, and serpentine belt while they had the engine apart and while apparently replacing the left front CV/axel. Which I would have happily paid for. I have reached out to the business to resolve this and have received no response. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I would not trust this shop without verifying all work independently.

I had a tire get ripped and made an appointment for 12pm the next day. When making the appointment,…read moreit showed 3 types of tires in stock at this store. I made the appointment and recieved 2 emails no later than 10 min after. The first email was saying that the store needs to confirm the appointment and the second email was stating that the store confirmed it. The next day, I drove my car to the shop and walked in to give them my key. I told the sales rep in the front my appointment time and where my car was parked and she then asked me what type of car I drove and confirmed the tire size. I had no issues signing in and then went next door to eat lunch and do some work while I waited. I get a call an hour and 20 min later from the sales rep stating that I needed to come get my car because they had no tires availiable in my size... I asked her how that was possible when the website stated that they had 3 different types availiable and she responddd with "ya, sometimes the website says that we do have them. But we really don't." I asked when they would and she said she can get some ordered to be delivered Sunday and that I can just "drop my car off anytime on Sunday". I told her I wanted to make an appointment so I don't get turned away and had her put me down for 2pm on Sunday and told her I would be there soon. When I got back to the shop, she was in the Bay Area unloading tires and they had some mechanics up front. I told them my name and car type and they were unable to locate my key. One of the mechanics went to the Bay Area to ask the sales rep and you could tell by her demeanor that she clearly did not know nor cared to help them find it (they asked her twice). They finally located my key and one of the reps tried to ring me up. I told him nothing was done on my car so I would not pay. Come Sunday and I dropped off my car once again. When I walked in, I told the sales rep (a different woman) my name and appt time. Upon first look, she stated that she could not find my reservation and asked if I was at the wrong store. I told her what happened Friday and she eventually found my reservation. I confirmed that they did have the tires and left with my husband. When I was called back to pick up my car I paid and went home. When I arrived home, I looked at my receipt and noticed that the tire price was not what was advertised online (online: $99, I paid: $109). I realize this was my fault and decided it was not worth dealing with. I will say is that I will never go to this store again. The staff is unorganized and does not take the time to update the site nor confirm that the tires are availiable before confirming the appointment. Even if they do not have the bandwidth tho do that, they could have confirmed upon my arrival and it would have not been an issue. Instead it took them over an hour to realize it. There is also 2 other stores very close that they could have gone to retrieve the tires if they were availiable since the appointment was already confirmed. Many of us do not have the time nor luxury of taking a day off to play these games. The staff had 2 chances to notice that they did not have tired in stock. I was lucky enough that I was able to telework for the day since I had no appointments. I would advise the store owners and managers to better inventory their stock to avoid things like this in the future.

I had gotten a quote for some work I needed done, and wanted a second opinion. And Dylan found discounts and refunds and warranties that I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. It's so unfortunate having inconsistent service. A couple weeks ago I purchased 4 new tires,…read morespending upwards of $1500. I had a great experience. After picking up my vehicle, the following day I had a "tire pressure low" warning. So I called Firestone and was told I didn't need an appointment and to just stop in when I had time. I also checked the pressure on all 4 tires and not only were all 4 a different PSI, but none of them were even close to the manufacturer recommendation. I ended up stopping in and was told it would be a 3 hour wait, for a patch repair. I explained the conversation I had previously with them, explained about the pressure readings, etc. and was told "it's possible you have a nail, there's so much construction". I hate being spoken to like I'm a complete idiot by someone that's barely graduated high school. I told him I wasn't waiting 3 hours and requested an appointment. The next available was Sunday (it's Friday), at 9am. I took the appointment and asked how long it would be. He said about an hour. To which I inquired about the duration, as that felt excessive. He proceeded to tell me that it all depends on how many walk ins they get. You see my confusion now, as I'm making an appointment, why would walk ins impact me at all? I asked him this, to which he tells me "we prioritize appointments but you never know, so we recommend you call before coming in". To end the visit, I confirmed that "I'm making an appointment, but I need to call an hour before to confirm that when I come in for my APPOINTMENT, that I won't be waiting around forever because walk ins have become a priority". He confirmed that is the process. After spending $1500 I expect much better customer service for an issue that didn't exist before our original interaction. More to come pending the "appointment"...

I needed and oil change and thought I would find a place closer to home than Brandon Ford…read moreyesterday. I usually go to Brandon Ford....they do a great job, but it can take a little while, but it costs no more than $30. I paid dearly for that decision not to go them or find a Jiffy Lube. The Havoline place is next to East Coast Pizza in Riverview and is a small building. The cool thing is that you don't even get out of your car...you drive right in and they do everything while you wait in the car and get you in and out pretty quick. That's where the good part ends. You find out quickly it's VERY expensive. For a Synthetic Blend (2nd tier of oil), it was normally $58...if you have a car...if you have an SUV, it will be more. So, they offer a $10 off coupon on their site, or Veteran/Military Discount. They change the oil, clean your windshield and give you a couple small fragrance clips for your vents. I didn't see them top of the wiper fluid, brake fluid, or even check the tire pressure to put air in them like most other places. I won't be going there again so let that be a lesson learned. If you are SOOOOO rushed for time, this place may be right for you, but expect to pay out the nose. It's interesting how the prices are not posted before you drive in....only after you have driven into their bays. It's so funny how the guy was telling me that the top tier which was like $85 was best for.......any car. Not a great salesperson actually as he just kind of looked around as he spoke as if he had the entire spiel memorized.
