A rad lil take out sushi place. Can order online for pickup or in person. It's take out only which is fine by us. Normally I'm not a fan of inari but theirs has changed my mind. It's just a chill little shop with a chef counter and register. They do normal orders for individuals or large orders for catering. Glad to have a good sushi place so near by.

My new favorite take out sushi spot! All of the rolls are about $10 and you can order ahead online which I definitely recommend. The yummy roll was one of our favorites with seared albacore and garlic ponzu. The staff is extremely nice and they pack it up for you with all of the essentials. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!

Door dashed omakase. Basic fish but well delivered and fresh. Tomato was not good lol looking forward to trying more items!

This sushi platter was amazing! My cousins and I were looking around for nearby sushi restaurants in Fullerton since we were hanging out for the holidays, and we came across this hole in the wall shop. The menu had great prices (especially for this economy) and we bought the 56 sushi platter, which was about $86.20 after taxes. Since my cousins and I shared it, the individual price was $17.24 (total party was five, 17.24*5=86.2)! The service was quick and the employee was extremely nice. Good proficiency in English. He even gave us extra ginger! Would highly recommend ordering sushi platters for parties.

Hidden gem! Take-out spot only, but even then the service we received was kind. The worker was alone and packing a party platter before our order and yet he was able to finish quickly and attend to our order with great timing! Rolls were freshly made and delicious! Will be returning again.

Ordered a sushi platter, edamame, and chicken karaage for a Christmas party. Both the presentation and the food were amazing.

I've already ordered the sushi & sashimi combo from this place twice, and it's been amazing both times. The portion is generous, the fish is fresh, and the overall quality is excellent. You really can't beat the value--great taste, great presentation, and very reasonable pricing. Definitely one of my go-to spots for sushi now. You can tell the chef puts real care into each dish. Highly recommend!

Everything is togo here. Reasonably priced for the quality, service is fast and food is good. . Lots of love in the Mac salad too. Kind of reminds me of an old school bento in Hawaii.

Amazingly generous portions for the price. All the fish presented in our platter were very fresh and had good texture. Despite the unnoticeable storefront tucked away from a main/big street, the quality of the fish and the price point are two key qualities of this restaurant. You can tell that the head chef puts a lot of time and care into preparing the food. Highly recommended for your next sushi pickup run.

Picked up some handrolls: eel, California and shrimp. Good sized and appreciate that each one was individually wrapped.

Super Delicious Take Sushi you need to find this place

If you are not getting rolls from Take Sushi what are you even doing with your life? Sure they are tucked away in an industrial complex on Gibert in Fullerton and their hours are limited but the rolls are worth it, I've lived in the area my entire life and many many moons ago there was a Chinese food place there so maybe that's how it caught my eye? They currently have a 9.99 roll deal picked up 2 between jobs today bothe were delicious as always, the Zen roll with the avocado on top was incredible in both texture and flavor... seriously find this place

Fresh tuna sushi with chef's special sauce so goood!

Elisa was friendly and delivered good service. The service was kind of slow, but the dishes were very delicious. The fish was fresh and I saw the chef filleting a whole fish, which I don't think I've seen in Southern California before. Maybe because I don't typically sit at or near the bar. The Yellowtail Jalapeño was perfectly spicy and had the umami I appreciate. The micro greens and tomato were nice additions to the plate. The Coconut Shrimp Roll had coconut shrimp, coconut mayo, and shaved coconut. This was a surprisingly delightful combination. The Lemon Salmon Roll was very good, but could've benefited from a sauce. The Caliente and Golden Tiger Rolls were also tasty. I would return for more rolls, cold signature plates, and their Uni Pasta. They offer BOGO deals on certain rolls and have an attractive selection of liquors & cocktails. This is a classy location for celebrating.

For the sushi we got the caterpillar roll and the giant salmon roll. The salmon was ok - it was drowning in sauce. My friend enjoyed the caterpillar one. We also got the curry udon which was also just ok. Everything about the food was just ok. The service was pretty mid too. She checked in once and that was it and it took us a while to flag her down for the check.

The serving sizes were satisfying, and both dishes were delicious. The meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked well, while the side dishes complemented the meal nicely. The curry sauce was especially tasty and worth trying. We skipped the soda since refills are not included. The menu selection is not extensive, but I actually liked that--it makes choosing easier compared to flipping through a large menu book. One thing that stood out was the technology they use for ordering and payment. Everything is done digitally, which makes the process quick and convenient without handwritten orders or checks. The service was satisfactory, with attentive and friendly staff throughout our visit. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, and parking is somewhat limited. On a positive note, the restroom was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with good food, modern ordering technology, and friendly service.

The vibes inside are nice and while it can get busy, the atmosphere inside the restaurant doesn't stop you from having a good time with a group of people. The restaurant is also spacious and you should look to get early to the restaurant if you're going on weekend nights as it can get busy 2. The food is delicious like their rolls and their sushi! I've had no complaints about the taste of their food. 3. Service is also nice and they are very attentive at serving you. Cons: I would recommend people to NEVER order takeout here. They charge you the same prices for their food as if you're eating indoors; however, the quantity they put into the containers is unforgivable. I've order the same rolls that I would get inside the restaurant with my fiancé (only 2) and it was quite numerous and we got full easily. I ordered 5 different rolls for my family to bring home to them and to treat my father especially for Father's Day weekend since he was craving it after a long week of work. I opened the containers to find like 5 pieces of a roll ordered (Salmon Love Roll) and the rest of my rolls had little quantity (half of the container was empty). I was pretty dumbfounded because how could you charge the price of a full set when my containers were barely filled with anything. You filled the rest of the containers with THE SAUCE CUPS. You can put the sauce cups on the side and put more in the actual container. Also, I had filled out that I needed utensils and napkins. I did not even get anything for that as well. In this economy atm, charging anything for those prices and giving us takeout service and quantity like this is pretty unforgivable. I've had other sushi places where I needed to save the rest for the next meal because they had given a lot, but definitely not here. I had rooted for this place when they reopened, but now I'm pretty disappointed.

The restaurant has a fun lively atmosphere especially with their 90s and 80s hits playlist. We ordered the poke bowl, sashimi bowl and the lobster dynamite bowl. Usually poke bowls at sushi places are quite small with the spare cuts of meat. To my surprise there was plenty of fish, perfect amount of yummy sauces, and a large portion. The food was beautifully presented as well. The fish itself wasn't the freshest (mom and I went 6pm Thursday). They even served us quite a large portion of ice cream, and 2 sushi pieces on the house.
